Worth House really is worth it. From the moment you arrive, you can see why it’s earned such glowing reviews. It’s run by the most delightful couple, Guido and Maria, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and completely looked after. Nothing is too much trouble for them.||The house itself is spotless — Maria keeps everything immaculate — and the atmosphere is so warm and genuine that you immediately feel at home. Every little detail is thought through, and you get the sense that they truly care about their guests.||Honestly, there’s nothing I could fault. It’s one of those rare places that feels both professional and personal at the same time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again — Worth House really is exceptional.|Grazie Mille Pia and Jez

Worth House delivers in absolutely every respect!|Given the glowing reviews, expectations were admittedly very high. But even then, they were exceeded. It felt like staying with family. Guido and Maria do an outstanding job of making their guests welcome and valued throughout their stay.|Our room was very cosy, spacious and impeccably clean – no details overlooked.|Breakfast was perfection on a plate, both in taste and presentation. I love the idea of having a toaster on each table. Not only does it allow the hosts to focus on the cooked breakfast, but it also enables the guests to time it themselves, in order to have hot toast with the full English. Every little detail was just as it should be. And to finish the morning meal with a properly strong Italian espresso, to start into a new day of adventures, was an additional bonus I hadn't expected.|Guido runs the breakfast room with charm, efficiency and lots of humour, which is also something we thoroughly enjoyed.|Worth House is roughly a 20-minute walk away from the centre, which was absolutely fine with us, as it was a lovely walk across Jesus Green.|Free off-road parking is available.|After 4 nights, we were admittedly very reluctant to leave. But one thing is for certain: Next time I'm in Cambridge, there can only be one place for me to stay!

Simply outstanding. Comfortable, clean, and prettty close (10 minute beautiful walk along the river) to town. First class rooms with every detail thought through and delicious breakfast. Guido and Marie extremely friendly, courteous and can't do enough to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They've perfected hospitality for a few days in Cambridge so if you're hesitating, just don't.

This guest house is a gem, better than many hotels we've stayed in. I cannot fault a single aspect of either the accommodation or the hosts, parking on site so close to the city centre is a really valuable bonus.|Rooms clean and tidy, wonderful choice of teas and coffees in the room as well as fresh milk, cold water in the fridge and little chocolate treats too. Breakfast is excellent and Guido and Maria go out of their way to provide everything to your personal taste. Guido is also an great guide and advisor regarding best places to eat, walks and directions around the city. It's really, really fabulous value and I highly recommend this gorgeous guest house.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was nice and big, and very comfortable and clean. The hosts were lovely and made an effort to talk to us every morning and made us laugh! It was a really welcoming atmosphere. |The place was about a 20 min walk to the start of the city centre, and in a nice location. It was so reasonably priced for the stay, as it included breakfast aswell! I Would recommend!

Worth House was not the most impressive from the outside, tidy enough but nothing to grab you in. However, anyone who has stayed here is highly likely to recommend it. ||The room was well furnished, a very comfortable bed and a bathroom that made me give a happy whoop when I saw it with its freestanding bath. Everything you need has been thought of with tea and coffee, a Kitkat or two, potions in the bathroom and plugs with USB points. ||Let's move onto breakfast, delicious! The well decorated breakfast room had a great choice of continental offerings and our orders were taken for hot drinks and food. It was all good quality food, well cooked especially the crispy bacon. ||This was all enough to make Worth House a bargain to stay at but isn't the real reason I would undoubtedly recommend it. Guido and Marie were the warmest hosts, chatty, funny and helpful. Nothing felt like too much for them and I think the dictionary should be changed to show their names as the definition for hospitality. Thanks to you both for a lovely time.

A small group of us recently visited Cambridge for a weekend of long scenic walks. On our early arrival we went across the road to the cafe for a very nice breakfast, before we started the first of our planned walks. As we were debating the walk out the front of the B&B, Guido came out and introduced himself. It soon became apparent that Guido is a person that enjoys interacting with people. He offered us breakfast before offering us different ways to begin our journey. This was the first of many enjoyable interactions with Guido. The guest house is lovely, local to the town centre and the hosts are extremely accommodating with any requests made. Maria’s breakfasts are delicious and Guido’s level of detail to service is outstanding. Our group will return, if only to enjoy being looked after by Guido and Maria.
