Woto was a small restaurant inside the Westin. We opted to sit outside but were bit by bugs unfortunately. The dining area inside was very small and quiet, so we did not prefer to sit inside. We ate the Ceviche Sampler. We enjoyed the variety. Everything was very fresh. We originally came for the sushi but the rolls were on the basic side. We were expecting something a little more creative, so we didn’t end up trying the sushi.

Kind staff, high quality seafood ingredients. Made with time and care. Great variety of cocktails. Not fake juice but real fruit cordial. Mathieu is a great mixologist. A more ambient vibe, even when it's high season, to wind down and enjoy your meal. You can tell they don't over pre prep or reuse anything. Fresh.

Good experience at Woto. Didn’t expect such high quality presentation and food. Started with the orange and pickled veggies as a complimentary appetizer. Poke sampler was varietal. Great food, very solid Japanese food with a heavy emphasis on being a hybrid Japanese food styled restaurant. Their maki rolls we're great, very solid subtle tastes. Definitely would repeat. EDIT: They further exceeded expectations with an insanely good dessert. For those who can't do hyper surgary things, it was FANTASTIC! Just enough sweetness.

Woto located inside the Westin Grand Cayman is a little hidden gem. One should not underestimate the culinary journey that this small hotel outlet can provide. The ambiance is cool and comfortable. The drink menu is sophisticated. The fare is fresh and flavors are amazing and most notably the staff is fantastic; friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable and excited for you to visit. We recommend ordering the hamachi, snapper ceviche, dragon roll..and pair it with the rose or the gin/sake cocktail. One of our favorite meals on the island so far!

An amazing find 😎 We went to Yoshi Sushi for sushi but it was full so we went across the road to the Westin and found this amazing ‘Woto’ restaurant inside. Beautiful open air evening dining, excellent sushi and great service by ‘Sunny’. Just a lovely calm setting on seven mile beach, perfect… will be a favourite from now on.

Woto has amazing sushi rolls and poke bowls. The hamachi appetizer and yellow fin tuna bowl are wonderful. The patio has nice atmosphere for an evening meal. This is a must try restaurant on grand cayman if you like sushi.
