Small rooms, but efficient and luxurious amenities. If you are not organized with your packing you will be unhappy, but if you are you will love it! Great staff, checking in noted we had some larger suitcases so upgraded room at reduced rate. CLEAN, nice bathroom and shower. Great breakfast and small but nice bar. GREAT location right in the heart of sight seeing Dublin.

Overall it was good. I found the experience at check in a little strange but overall service was nothing to complain about. The bed was very comfortable and the tv was great. Shower was great too, would be nice to be able to make it a little hotter but it was good. Nice that the toilet is in a separate room to the shower. Found the lighting a bit strange/not user friendly to use. The area directly outside the hotel is pretty dingy.

Stayed one night, booked the same morning, quick and easy even thought I did not receive the QR code. The hotel is perfectly located, which is a big plus. The room is a bit small: great for one person, a bit tight for two, but higher category rooms must be really nice. I liked the modern setup, especially the touch controls for the lights. A bit weird at first, but fine once you get used to it. For one or two nights, the cosy room is perfect.

Me and my fiancé spent our first two days in Dublin on our Ireland trip and Wren Cosy Nest Room was a great place to stay! The location was awesome in Temple Bar with so much walking access to surrounding areas! We also added the breakfast to our stay which was so helpful for saving time and was SO good and had awesome service. I'd agree with some people in the reviews saying the room was small but since we were prepared for that and stayed organized I honestly enjoyed it, it was very cozy for 2 people. I also enjoyed the sense of security and eco-friendliness that we experienced here as well! A negative we experienced while there was in our room the shower was in a separate room from the toilet (which was a little weird...) and the shower would leek out of the basin even with the door closed so be aware!

A gem of a hotel perfectly located in an ideal location of Dublin City centre. A great vibrant atmosphere. Staff were very professional & very friendly. Rooms are very modern, compact but has everything you need. Breakfast was very tasty with ample choice, loved the pastries & Croissants were so fresh ! Perfect for making a night of it in the city centre. Looking forward to another stay.

The hotel's location is truly fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is good, with plenty of choices. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was quite small, though. We knew that beforehand, and after all, you're only there to sleep, but with two people, you can't move around.|The facilities, especially the shower, were fantastic.|So, if a large room isn't your thing, the Wren Urban Nest is the place to be.

I had to move hotels because my previous one was horrible. I stayed here for 1 night and it was amazing. Very calm. Spotlessly quiet and peaceful. 24/7 and magnificently well located. Close to every place you plan to visit. Should I come back to Dublin, I would undoubtedly stay here. Didn’t try breakfast but it looked delicious too.

Thought the hotel itself was great. Location was perfect, rooms were appropriately sized. Why 1 star? Their staff needs some serious training on customer service. First night I was there I ordered and paid for a drink from the bar, sat on the patio and then the hotel manager walked by and asked “Did you pay your tab?” I was absolutely confused… Apparently someone else (who looked liked me) didn’t pay their tab (which is crazy since in Europe you don’t carry tabs you pay when you order). He then went inside and sent the bar manager out to interrogate me. I later told the bar manager that was incredibly embarrassing and his only response was “well he was just checking.” Well no, he flat out accused me of not paying a tab. He walked up to me, demanded me pay a tab I have no knowledge of then sent the bartender out to do damage control. All of this was because I “looked” liked the person who ran off. I checked my bags in that morning at 8:30 am. Checked into my room at 2:30pm and napped till 7pm. Went to the hotel bar for the first time after being out all night at about 1am. If you’re going to accuse someone of not paying your bill you better be dang sure you’re correct. I don’t think I’ve ever been more offended and would never stay here again.
