Amazing store with amazing owners. Beautiful displays and a very big collections to choose from. From easy to wear to runway Rick Owen’s they have it. What I think is extra special is the amazing care the people working there have for you. They show you all good suggestions and are extremely friendly and not pushing. I got a beautiful Emil heliot jacket and even got it for a very fair price! Thank you for having us❤️

I purchased a pair of sneakers from their online store and had to return them because they were too small. While the product was returned in perfect condition, WRONGWEATHER is illegally refusing to refund my money, claiming that they cannot process the refund until they receive a new box for the shoes because the original box was damaged by the courier’s seal.
This is completely unacceptable and goes against European consumer rights laws, which clearly state that refunds cannot be made conditional on the condition of the packaging. Their behavior shows a complete disregard for legal obligations and customer satisfaction.
I feel mistreated as a customer and am still waiting for my refund despite following all return procedures.
I strongly advise against shopping at WRONG WEATHER. There are far better stores with fairer policies and respect for their customers.

Everything was going well and very fast from Portugal to Germany. But the shipping is too expensive.

Ordered some sneakers, they came very quick to the USA. Sneakers were in perfect new condition. They also were very responsive via email. I will definitely purchase from here again in the future.

I felt robbed.
In December 2021 I made a purchase of €150 in the store. When swiping the credit card on the machine, it allegedly made an error. They asked to go through a second time. A few months later my wife was checking her card statement and noticed that we had been charged twice. I contacted the store who said they would make the return. They did not. I got in touch again and this time they said they could only make a return with receipts for the purchase. Now, obviously months later we no longer had the receipt, however, the original receipt would only have the payment amount for the purchase that was actually made and for which we did not intend to return. The receipt of the payment that went "unnoticed" obviously never existed. I explained the situation and the impossibility of having a receipt for a purchase that was not registered...No response to date. In fact, I would even like to understand how they justify an inflow of money in accounting terms without there being any supporting document... We even tried via the Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection, the same non-response. I know it's been a long time but when I came across this store again in a Christmas shopping search on Google, I remembered that it would be a good warning to leave to other potential consumers. And yes, €150 isn't much but it could be €1, it's a matter of doing what's right, something this store didn't do, quite the opposite.

I wouldn't go anywhere near Wrong Weather Store based on my experience which was absolutely terrible. I purchased a pair of trainers for €145 (including €30 for delivery) Within 6 months and having not worn them very often during that period the trainers had ripped in two places. I notified Wrong Weather and they initially requested that I forward them photos so they could forward them to the manufacturer. 3 weeks after sending the photos I heard nothing from Wrong Weather and when I contacted them again they requested that I return the trainers so they can be assessed by the manufacturer. Again I didn't hear anything for a further 3 weeks and once I did contact Wrong Weather again they responded by saying the manufacturer believed that I had not properly cared for the trainers, which was absolutely not the case. I've requested a copy of the manufacturers response but Wrong Weather have since gone completely silent so I'll be pursuing legal action.
