Wrong Weather is amazing and always accomodates me in the event there’s any sort of issue. My products also always ship fast and immediately. I’m never waiting too long for anything. I needed a partial refund on an order and even had to do a return before and both went so smoothly. I’ll always come back to them if I need a specific high fashion item.

I just got a pair of sneakers from this store, and I’m super happy with my purchase! The delivery was so fast, which was an awesome surprise. The sneakers look amazing — even better than I expected! What’s cool is that they sometimes have really nice discounts, and I actually managed to grab my pair on sale. Great store, great deals, and super quick service — definitely recommend checking them out!

Last week I have bought for the first time some clothes from Wrong Weather online store. I was attracted to their 15% discount on their sale items. I bought two items; one is twice as expensive as the other one. Everything went smoothly, no human involvement, package arrive very fast to Amsterdam, well wrapped in a sturdy box. One of the items I bought was away too large, I returned it. I agreed with all the return sending costs - € 18,00. The item arrived, inspected all good and I got my refund back in two days. The amount of the refund is unfairly calculated as I returned the cheaper product. They simply divide the total 15% discount of both item into two, while the returning item is cheaper than the one I keep. Attached you will find the invoice Their calculation: 222,51€ - Item price 108€ - discount of 2 items (one item is 54€) 18€ - return cost So, 222,51€ - 54€ - 18€ = 150,51€ My calculation: € 222.51 - item price -/- 33.37 15% discount -/- € 18.00 return costs € 225.51 - € 33.37 - € 18 = € 171.14 € 20.63 higher than their calculation I am not going to drag on € 20.63 - it is peanut comparing to what I spent with them. It is the principal - their refund policy. Communication wise, the customer service is very responsive and polite. Their refund policy is unacceptable. I decided not to shop here anymore and will not recommend this online store. Now, you decide whether you want to take the risks :)

Amazing store with amazing owners. Beautiful displays and a very big collections to choose from. From easy to wear to runway Rick Owen’s they have it. What I think is extra special is the amazing care the people working there have for you. They show you all good suggestions and are extremely friendly and not pushing. I got a beautiful Emil heliot jacket and even got it for a very fair price! Thank you for having us❤️

Worst experience EVER in a Store !!! The guy didnt even say hello When I got inside the shop. BUT the WORST part of the experience was that I was wearing the same cap that they had in the store and When I was Leaving this guy without saying anything just took MY CAP off of my head because he though I 've stolen the cap. When he realized that he did a mistake he didnt even apologize!!! PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS PLACE.

This is unacceptable. You let me purchase a product, then admit there’s no stock, and now over 48 hours later I still don’t have my refund. This is borderline fraudulent behavior. I expect my money back immediately along with proper compensation for the wasted time and frustration.

Shipping was super fast to Singapore, within 48hrs of purchase and items arrived well packed in great condition, will definitely purchase again
