This is my second time coming to this place for their clam noodles, and honestly, there aren’t many restaurants I’d come back to—but this one is absolutely worth it. Everything is so delicious, I always end up eating until I’m completely stuffed, with nothing left on the plate.
What really impresses me is how clean the clams are. Even when I soak and clean clams myself at home, I still sometimes bite into a bit of sand. But here? Not a single grain. The ingredients are super fresh, and the broth is incredible—it’s not just seafood-based; they add broccoli stems for a hint of natural sweetness, and finish it off with some fried shallots for that extra depth of flavor. It’s just so, so good.
The noodles come with mung bean sprouts, adding a nice crunch. And the clams? The owner is super generous—you get so many it feels like they never run out.
