We really liked the hotel😍The interior is very charming, with a modern and cozy design, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. There is a nice lobby area downstairs where you can spend some time and relax. Outside, there is a swimming pool. In winter, the water temperature is around 22°C, so it is not very warm, but even then we saw people swimming there. The room itself was especially impressive✨It is very well thought out and designed down to the smallest details. Everything feels practical, unusual, and stylish at the same time, which makes the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. There are many supermarkets nearby, and the metro is within walking distance. It takes about 15 minutes by metro to reach the city center. The only thing that could be improved is daily trash removal and a slightly larger quantity of basic kitchen items that are already provided.

We really appreciated the comfort of the room, the amenities and well-equipped kitchenette, the high quality of the bed linen and towels, the free internet, and the excellent location next to the metro station. However, despite our 11-night stay including Christmas and New Year’s Eve, we did not receive even a simple greeting from the hotel. During the mid-stay cleaning, none of the consumables were replenished (shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, dishwashing or laundry detergent), and there was noticeable dust under the bed and mattress. Despite these few issues, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to others.

Loft family room for four was very nice. Kitchen was well-stocked, to include a washer/dryer and mini dishwasher. Room was modern. Beds were comfy. Towels were strong and plush. Gym, sauna, and pool on-site. Location is close to the U-Bahn station. Great value for the money. Cons: Loft ceiling is low and the breakfast is expensive (€20 pp).

The hotel is nice and clean, and we really liked the peaceful location. It’s not very close to central Munich, but perfect if you prefer a quiet place. Cleaning was only once a week, not daily, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The place is decent, the room wasn't clean enough had lots of spots on the sofa. The location is okay there are lots of parking spaces around the hotel, you don't need to pay 25 Euro per night. The staff are freindly and helpful.

I had a great time staying at this apartment hotel. This was my first time visiting Germany, and Munich was the perfect place to start. I stayed here with a friend, and for the price, our cute little apartment was such a great deal. The place itself felt cozy, the bed was super comfy, the rooftop bar was cool and they made a great Aperol Spritz! We also really enjoyed the coffee at the hotel, the barista was really nice. The location was great too for the kind of trip we wanted, outside all the noise and drama of the city center, yet just a couple of metro stops away from the heart of Munich. There was also a supermarket and a dm store nearby, so you never really miss anything🫶

Like: - Have microwave oven, washing machine - 300 metres to subway Aidenbachstraße Station – remember to exit at Hofmannstraße Exit - Cost to quality ratio very high - Staff very friendly - Early check in at a cost of €30, well worth it. - Excellent noise insulation. Dislike - Design of the room where is the bed is placed; I think the design waste the precious space inside the room. - The mattress, as a lot of others have said. - No door to separate the shower area. Note: Beware if you stay in summer, the air conditioner above the bed is extremely noisy. You must take subway to go to city centre, but considering the price and the washing machine and the kitchen, it is worth it.

Lovely and charming hotel! I visited it as part of a business trip and really liked the flair - from the uncomplicated self "check in" through the delicious burgers up to the cosy room! I booked the studio option and I was pleasantly surprised by the position of the bed - really comfortable and spacious! Thank you very much!
