Wyndham Acmar Klang

We had a great stay at Wyndham Acmar Klang! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for families. The beds were cozy and the bathroom was well-maintained with good amenities.||What really stood out was the kids club. It was such a nice touch for families traveling with young children. The play area was clean, safe, and had plenty of toys and activities to keep the little ones entertained while we got some time to relax.||Breakfast was another highlight. There was good variety of local and international options, fresh and delicious. The staff were attentive and quick to replenish the buffet items.||Overall, a pleasant stay with great facilities for both adults and kids. Would definitely recommend for families visiting Klang!

Service very friendly but location very out of the way. The food is soso, their jelly is terrible. Rooms are big and spacious. However, I really think the staff deserve more recognition and a pay raise. They are all very accommodating and friendly, and I think that they should be treated well and given more salary for all their hard effort and work.

Clean and modern hotel with excellent service. The front desk staff was outstanding—despite a booking error on our part and my not-so-friendly tone at the start, he handled everything calmly and professionally with a smile. Truly well-trained and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was impressively strong. Overall, a very pleasant and wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a beautiful view.||The room itself was spotless, well-designed, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I recently stayed at Wyndham Acmar Klang and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the breakfast buffet staff. While the hotel itself is nice, the service at breakfast was unfriendly and not attentive. Staff seemed unwilling to assist. When I tried to enter, I felt uncomfortable because the staff questioned me as if I was being interviewed, even though I thought just giving my room number should be enough. Later, when I asked a staff member for a fork and spoon, she responded with an unpleasant facial expression, which made me feel very unwelcome. This really affected my overall impression of the stay. I hope the management can improve training and service at the restaurant, as the hotel has good potential otherwise.

Exceptional stay! The lobby is stunning with its dazzling chandeliers, and the entire hotel feels upscale and inviting. My room was super comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. The gym was well-equipped, the pool was pristine, and the lobby was always spotless and elegant. Loved the coffeehouse too, great drinks and beautiful lighting! Truly a five-star experience!

Check-in was easy, and our room was big, clean, and had everything we needed.||The facilities were very good—especially the pool and gym, which were clean and well taken care of. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with lots of local and international food choices.||A big thank you to the front office staff (Ammar) and housekeeping teams for their great service during our stay. Their kindness really made us feel welcome.||We highly recommend this hotel for both holidays and work trips. We would love to come back again!

This review is a little overdue, as my stay was during the month of Ramadhan. Upon arrival, the lobby was filled with tables for guests to break their fast, which is understandable given the season. Despite that, the entire lobby still smelled pleasant; more of a fragrant aroma than food, which made a good first impression. The front desk staff were attentive and extremely helpful. I had requested a room with good lighting for makeup purposes (as many hotels tend to use warmer, dimmer lights), and they thoughtfully assigned me a room with excellent natural lighting. That small detail really made a difference! The bellboy, although seemingly new and in need of a bit more training, was very respectful and attentive throughout. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room to move around and relax. The swimming pool was decent as well, perfect for a short dip. All in all, it was a lovely experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return if we’re ever in Klang again.
