Solid Hardware, but Software Needs Work The hotel has great infrastructure — the room is spacious and clean, and the facilities are well kept. Parking is convenient with plenty of space, though the carpark redemption didn’t work on the first day even after the concierge scanned the Touch & Go card. We were told no refund could be made, which was disappointing. Bathroom water pressure is extremely strong — almost like a water jet at full blast! The swimming pool is long, clean, and pleasantly free of chlorine smell. A swim school was using one end, but it didn’t bother us much. The real letdown was the software — service and housekeeping. We left at 9am with the “Please Make Up Room” sign on, came back three hours later and nothing was done. When we went out again later, the cleaning crew was along the corridor, yet the room remained untouched. Even after reminding the concierge in the evening, all that was done were two towels placed on the bed and two bottles of water next to the used cups. Bins weren’t emptied, used hand towels and cups weren’t replaced, and no new tea bags, paper towels, toilet rolls, or amenities were provided. It’s a pity. This hotel’s hardware has real potential, but the software seriously needs an upgrade to match.

Stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family in Klang. I have been to Malaysia 20+ times and this is absolutely the best hotel in the area. It’s new, doesn’t have the smell of cigarette smoke like most local hotels do, and most importantly they have a Western style bathroom with a shower door so we were able to keep the floor dry. One mishap was we checked into our room around 8pm after our flight (check in time is 3pm), and none of our THREE rooms were ready. This is unacceptable to me as we were 5 hours after the supposed check in time. Later on when I spoke to my other relatives who checked in the day before, they arrived at 4pm and their room was also not ready. This left a sour taste in our mouth and we had to ask the front desk how they would compensate us since they offered nothing but an apology. They ended up giving us 20% off at their restaurant for one meal, which was kind, but I wish the rooms were just ready on time. They also ended up upgrading my parents’ room to the deluxe with a living room, which was convenient for us all to gather. Personally in my room, our shower had malfunctions, but I was able to call the front desk. It didn’t get sorted timely enough, but when I went downstairs and spoke to the manager Nazran face to face, he was quick to address my concerns. Overall, we will stay here again for its proximity to our relatives, but hopefully they will improve their check in processes.

Such a stunning place locates in middle of nowhere, did not anticipate a giant building in a township. Facilities and services provided made my trip hassle-free. With a vintage-designed room which I liked very much actually. It had a quiet ambience most of the time even the room was adjacent of the highway. Staffs were definitely friendly and helpful. The buffet style dining was unique and of course delicious, not to mention the variety for every meal was too much to handle. Had a very relaxing and amazing experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The towels and blankets had some kind of strange substance on them, and the bed sheets were not even properly made. After sleeping on the bed, my body started to itch, which made me doubt the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was also dirty — the floor was full of stains and clearly hadn’t been cleaned well. To make things worse, there were strange noises coming from the next room or the water pipes throughout the night. The sounds kept coming and going, making it impossible for me to sleep. I have video recordings to show exactly what I experienced. For a hotel that claims to be five-star, this was completely unacceptable. The hygiene, maintenance, and soundproofing were all far below standard. It honestly feels like this hotel doesn’t deserve its five-star rating at all. I expected comfort and quality, but all I got was frustration and disappointment.

Their entrance staff hospitality was a top notch! From the security guard, bell boy, concierge and registration. All were amazingly nice. Breakfast was good but not so many options. I had a bad experience here. My table was taken by group of navys even though I've put 2 glass of water. When we came back with our food, the table was taken with our drinks still on the table. We had to mingle around searching for empty seats and no staff assist us. Check in and out process was smooth, and they answer all my questions nicely. In room dining food was surprisingly good! But, some of it were so damn salty! Tell your chefs not to be too generous with the salt. Swimming pool was nice but why did the smoking area located in the kids playground area? Is it normal for kids to play with smokes around them?

We stayed here as a family in rooms 303 and 305. Both were comfortable and quiet, with great air conditioning and comfy beds. The kids loved the pool, and the location was convenient for sightseeing. Would definitely come back! The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of fresh options for everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful—highly recommend for families!

I attended a 3-day workshop at Wyndham Acmar Klang and had a wonderful experience. The meeting room was spacious and comfortable, the guest room was clean, and the breakfast and lunch buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food.||Most importantly, the staff were very honest, responsible, and caring. I accidentally left my handbag in the room after checking out, and the team (Mr. Ammar from Front Office and Ms. Syaripah from Sales) were extremely helpful in keeping it safe and arranging for it to be returned to me through my friend. The security team was also excellent — they carefully verified all the details before handing it over. Special thanks to Mr. Ammar, Ms. Syaripah, and not forgetting the housekeeping team. You guys are amazing!||Thank you to all the staff at Wyndham Acmar Klang. Truly outstanding service! 🌸
