Wyndham Acmar Klang

Thank you very much for your kind support and warm hospitality during our event at Wyndham Acmar Klang. (24 Jan 2026) We truly enjoyed and had a great time throughout the event. The venue was excellent, and the food and hospitality provided were very satisfying. Everything was well arranged, and our team felt very comfortable and welcomed. Check in for business trip using Agoda. Surprisingly, Agoda room reserve was lit. Room is spacious. Corner room with full glass window. Room tv is flat screen Samsung, most hotel got cheapskate old school tv, with 320px. even the five stars one. Room lighting is very dim. I think management should improve on that, its hard to work around on dim room at night. Breakfast was moderate. Nothing special, just standard hotel breakfast. If you compare with Wyndam Garden I-City. Breakfast at Wyndam Acmar is much better. But if you compare with Wyndam Grand at Bangsar. Wyndam Grand at Bangsar is the best. Parking is very easy. Lot of space. Location wise. Strategic, just behind Aeon Mall Bukit Tinggi. 3 min walking distance down the road. U can grab ur dinner there. For those who might not know. The building is a long-abandoned building which just revive a few years back after Covid. No worries, no ghost wandering around. Chill.

I had a wonderful time attending the Westport Malaysia Annual Dinner at this hotel. Everything was top-notch from start to finish! The hotel is stunning and spotlessly clean. I also loved the pleasant fragrance throughout the premises—it really adds to the premium feel. The facilities, surau including the restrooms, were very well-maintained and satisfying to use. A huge shoutout to the night shift staff who were on duty. They were all excellent, professional, and attentive throughout our event. It was a memorable night in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended for corporate events or a comfortable stay!

The hotel was fully booked for the weekend, but that doesn’t mean we need to wait till 5pm plus to get our rooms. I had booked two rooms and only one was ready when I arrived at 4pm. We were told to wait in that room and the key to the other room was given to us around 5pm. We were also only allowed check out by 1pm for one room while the other had to be checked out by 12pm. Staffs at the reception were not as friendly as you would expect, maybe they were just flooded with guests on that day. Food at the breakfast buffet was truly underwhelming. Other than the egg station and nasi lemak, everything else felt like it was just cooked from a frozen packet. There’s a good variety, but taste isn’t there. Otherwise, the beds and room was extremely comfortable. The kids play area is a huge plus too. However, be careful while using the slide at level 2 as there’s not proper padding when they land from the slide. Even worse is that there is a barrier right in front of the small slide and it can be hazardous if not careful. I would definitely return again, but might skip the breakfast.

5star hotel yang best kat klang 😍 Hotel services 💯 Been here since a few years and already got experiences hitea, celebration at here. Best best! worth it. The price also affordable with variety of food yg sedap! Bilik hotel pon best, clean and got others facilities when overnight here with family. All staff friendly also. Usually i went to other 5star hotel the staff treat bad huhu. Special thanks to Encik Syafini 👍🏼👍🏼

The hotel has a kids’ club that my child absolutely loved—it was pure joy for him. The space is incredibly fun, with a wide variety of toys for children to choose from, and everything is very clean and well maintained. There is also a ball pool located at the lobby, which allows kids to play freely while parents relax nearby. My son enjoyed that just as much.||||The room itself is spacious and comfortable, and the view from the room is impressive. You can see the lively, busy traffic of Klang, which adds a dynamic city feel to the stay.||||The only small disappointment is the absence of a bathtub in the room. It would have been wonderful to have one, or at least a baby bathtub provided, as it would make bathing young children much easier for parents. It’s a pity, considering how family-friendly the hotel is overall.||||That said, it’s still a great option for families with young children, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

My Ramadan buffet experience on 21/02/2026 was, without exaggeration, shamely crowned as the most disappointing dining experiences I have encountered in over two decades of buffet dining internationally. At a price exceeding MYR160 per person, the standards expected are pretty basic, for sure its in term of comfort, organization, ambience & quality cuisine. However, this establishment failed on all fronts. Yes, i really mean it. We were assigned into a cramped, isolated table for two placed awkwardly near the customer service counter, packed with poor lighting and no sense of dining atmosphere whatsoever. It felt like overflow seating rather than a properly planned arrangement. For a supposedly premium Ramadan buffet, this was unacceptable. Owh ya, the overall setup was a crap and chaotic. Tables were crammed throughout the entire lobby, including directly in front of the reception counter! The space appeared maximized purely for volume, with no regard for comfort, privacy, or dining experience. Guests were navigating through tight walkways in what felt more like a crowded transit hall than a festive buffet setting. The buffet stations were scattered and poorly organized, forcing guests to walk unreasonable distances simply to collect food. There was no logical flow, yes i mean it. No zoning, no clear arrangement. Its just a disjointed, overcrowded setup that reflected poor planning and execution. Most critically, the food itself was profoundly super underwhelming! The flavors were bland, uninspired & entirely forgettable. No X factor, nothing distinctive, nothing refined & nothing worthy of praise! For the price charged, the culinary standard was frankly indefensible! Unhesitatingly, the whole experience has stands as poorest of all in terms of value, organization & overall quality. It is deeply disappointing to see such substandard execution during a significant and meaningful festive period. And yes, we took a few plate to dine & thats it. No other food taken after that, as we managed to leave the place under 30 min after azan! Wyndham, i know you try to maximise your profit but this was not merely below expectation, BUT IT WAS A COMPLETE LETDOWN.

The hotel location is good and near to interesting places in Klang and connects to other attractions. Hotel room is spacious however when checked in, found that the toilet bowl was not functioning well. But thankfully the hotel front desk was helpful and helped to get a better room, very comfortable. A call out to Syafik who was a great help.
