Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta

I've been to many countries around world. I've stayed in many nice boutique, premium and luxury hotels. But believe me, none was as good as Wyndham Casablanca. And you know what makes it so special? From the doorman to the receptionists, from the pool staff to the restaurant waiter, everyone is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I can honestly say that just staying here has changed my perspective on life. This may also be due to the kindness of the Indonesian people. Believe me, you won't regret your stay here in this hotel. At a completely unexpected moment (even I'd forgotten) —I'm not one for celebrating birthdays— two staff members came to wish me a happy birthday with a cute cake. They made me experience every emotion at once. I'd like to thank everyone again. You are all beautiful and precious. Well if you are looking for more objective review, then let me summarize it like this: Breakfast : Amazing (mostly Asian cuisine) Pool: Clean and relaxing Staff: Just amazing. Very kind, smiling and helpful Location: City center. Just few meters away of a shopping mall Price: Compared to many other chain hotels, much better. Rooms: Clean and spacious

Seriously, I Really Like This Hotel!” “Just stayed here, and honestly, it was amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, not just because they were there for work, but genuinely so. Our room was sparkling clean really, really clean and the bed was soft, like sleeping on a cloud. The view was gorgeous! The breakfast was comprehensive, with lots of delicious options. The location is perfect for getting around the city 😊

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very nice. Food also delicious. We enjoy staying here, and will come back next holiday.

Booked a 3 bedroom suite. Room size, bed size and overall stay way very comfortable. One minor area of painpoint was the hot water in washroom or rather the lack of it.( Needs to be enhanced) Overall good experience.

Overall good hotel at good location. The room amenities is a bit lacking at the beginning and the hotel quickly fulfill our request without much delays. Overall good experience and will revisit again when visiting Jakarta with family.

Location is very strategic. Next to shopping mall Kokas. Room is very nice and clean. Breakfast many varieties and delicious.

Stayed here for just over a week and had a beautiful time here! The pool is massive and is usually quiet so it’s like having a pool to yourself! The fitness centre has a nice spacious gym, the room was very big and clean. Had no issues, service was amazing, very thankful for the hospitality! Terimakasih :)
