Perfect in every way. Staff is very polite and helpful and professional. Dining is lovely. Surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Room was very nice. I stayed here before October 2023 Will return again Gracias

A little oasis in the city. Ideal stay if you are looking to stay put and get away from the city. Hotel is located in the wealthier side of town and mostly surrounded by residential units. A five star hotel in South American standards. Grand entrance and great costumer service at reception. Included breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of food. The room was spacious and clean. We were able to get a kid’s cot set up (free of charge) which was very nice! Very family friendly, especially with the big round pool. Nothing like a refreshing dip to beat the heat!

Fantastic hotel tucked away in a wealthier residential neighborhood. It was quiet, clean, and had comfortable, the most important aspects of any stay. Beyond that, the staff were great! The front desk was always prompt, polite, friendly and answered any questions we had. Fred, our server at the restaurant was awesome! So was the food, including the buffet breakfast. We really enjoyed the pool and playing lawn chess. It's a 5 stars hotel and we can see why. I hope to visit Trujillo again and if I do, I'll be staying here again! Thanks Fred for the fantastic time and your service!!!

Costa del Sol (golf) is a wonderful place. Roberto was very helpful with all info about the hotel surroundings, check in and out. We always come back.

It was my first hotel and Peru and great kickstart to our 3 weeks Peru trip. It has some historical sense in it but not too old on the inside. Good location with fantastic view to the city centre. It might get slightly noisy at night but I think the police will stop the noisy activity at around 11pm. The restaurant and food is great as well. A good stay!

The customer service is excellent Giusseppi made sure my breakfast was amazing and Kevin in the front desk made my stay magical. I am grateful for the care and commitment that they have for their customers. Planning to return already!!

A good base for exploring the region's archaeological sites. The hotel is comfortable, though a bit outdated. The lack of soundproofing on the room doors allows for a lot of noise.

Everything I ever desired. The restaurant is highly excellent. The music is good for the soul. Pet the llamas for me if you go.
