Big Kudos to Jessica the attendant at the restaurant! She was genuine caring. She promptly accommodated my son dietary needs. Very thankful for her kindness. Definitely a very good service. Oh I forgot very yummy breakfast!!|I am a world traveler and that type of kindness make a very good experience, and definitely stay again in this hotel!

The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with attention to detail such as quality towels, adequate toiletries, and a comfortable bed.|The staff is available at all times to resolve any inconvenience, from simple requests, such as local recommendations, to more complex requests, such as room changes or special needs.|Fluid communication is essential; I felt listened to and cared for at all times. adapts to the specific needs of the client, whether through prompt room service, the organization of transportation, or the recommendation of activities in the city. Excellent service creates an atmosphere in which I felt comfortable, safe, and well cared for at all times|The hotel restaurant is characterized by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who are attentive, fast, and efficient. We enjoyed the facilities. The attention was great. We had dinner there and the food was delicious and it was delivered fast, and our waiter was great as well. Breakfast buffet had good flavor but the food was cold. The city is cold so we expected more warm food

Stay was generally good. Roxana at the front desk was exceptional in assisting on numerous things. One thing they could improve on is providing a tissue box in the room. Also the shower drain was blocked but they did fix it quickly when notified

very nice and very clean, everything super tidy in this place. The room was extraordinary and very good. Very good staff. All excellent location very good. We called to make reservations and ask several questions a few days before and the attention was too good. Really went with some friends and we all thought the same excellent place super recommended.

Fabulous hotel, which is very well located for the park and train station, which are both just minutes away. There is also a very large shopping centre opposite. |The hotel is very well staffed and there was always someone around who could speak English, which was very useful.|The rooms on the top floor are really big and there is a very efficient air con system. |Breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip, with a large variation of options, including an excellent selection of delicious fresh fruit. |For a 3 star hotel, I really can’t see how you can get any better than this

The chef's attention is cordial and the food is always exquisite. I enjoy the food and I like to go frequently. Congratulations on the preparation of the lunches and the varied menu, I hope that the quality is maintained and distinguishes them. Thank you.

Comfortable beds Curtains had Velcro to connect them to reduce light First room facing the street, second room better and facing the park. Windows could be cleaned to enhance the view Shower not the strongest The main issue here were the staff/management. I was already in Quito and walked past the hotel the morning of my arrival. It would have been helpful to have checked in a couple of hours early. They wanted to charge half the cost of one night. I declined. When I arrived I realised that I had mistakenly chose a room option without breakfast. I checked online and the price difference with Expedia for adding breakfast was $7.50 for 3 nights. The hotel tried to charge me 5x the price to add breakfast. I declined. I explained that I was having a very poor experience to the receptionists. No one from management tried to help the situation. These are very small things that irritate guests and can be handled so easily. I wanted to cancel and go somewhere else but it was too late to cancel. I purposefully did not spend a further cent with the hotel or restaurant.l and will avoid this brand in the future.
