Wyndham Garden Quito

Great hotel for my family vacation to Quito. The room was large and spacious for the 4 of us. Daily breakfast was great and leaned heavily into the Ecuadorian cuisine. Communication was not difficult. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel is located near Parque Caroline so the Vivarium and Botanical Garden are minutes away. There are multiple food options outside the hotel within short walking distance.

Monday through Friday their restaurant has an excellent buffet lunch prepared by a chef. Clean good service. I love this place.

My husband and I had numerous meals created by Chef Henry, all of which have been excellent! Additionally all dishes were served with a beautiful presentation. I highly recommend eating at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Quito Ecuador. Chef Henry, Bravo! Ann from Ct. USA

The hotel was amazingly helpful as my luggage did not arrive with me. Particularly grateful for Patricio’s help with super quick turn-around laundry for my limited clothes to be able to attend my meetings. Also, super comfortable beds!

We had a nightmarish check in experience and did not get the rooms we booked. I initially rated the place with one star but once I filed a formal complaint directly to the manager, they were fast and efficient in providing compensation. The manager did go the extra mile to offer her apologies and I am thankful for that.

This Wyndham is one of the best, if not the best Wyndham we have stayed at. Their breakfast buffet (included in our stay) was the best breakfast buffet we've ever tried at no extra cost. They had fresh fruit , and omelet station, ceviche, and typical Ecuadorian dishes. Everything we tried was fresh and amazingly delicious. |The rooms were nice and very comfortable, and the bathroom had a useful bar to prevent falling. |I am handicapped and use a walker, and the staff was constantly wanting to assist me. We also hired one of their contracted drivers to take us to 'Mitad del Mundo" and also historic center. |In the lobby, by late afternoon, they had their delicious drink canelazo, which I'd describe as a cross between honey wine and mulled wine. |The only annoyance was the noise level since our room faced the major street.

The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was amazing.|The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.|My son got altitude sickness and they made him a cup of tea to help with the symptoms.

The best experience, very friendly staff and I would definitely return, a very quiet and fun stay. Recommended more than anything if it's with family, very clean rooms and excellent food
