Deep Blu, Seafood Grille & Sushi is an excellent restaurant located in the Lobby of the Wyndham Grand at the Bonnet Creek Resort. Not only is the food delicious but the atmosphere is lovely. My husband and I visited twice while staying at the hotel and we were impressed! We can personally recommend the Swordfish, Steak Frites and the Grouper. If you’re looking for a mouthwatering dessert, the White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake will not disappoint! Our server, Rachel, was super attentive and professional and one of the reasons we enjoyed our meal as much as we did. When in Orlando, please consider this restaurant!

I’ve visited Orlando many times with my family, and unfortunately, our recent stay at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, the customer service was disappointing. The front desk agent was incredibly uninformative—she simply asked for my card for a security deposit with no explanation about when or if it would be refunded. She failed to mention basic details like resort amenities, dining options, or even check-in/check-out times. We were left to wander the property clueless, asking multiple people just to find out where we could get lunch. To make matters worse, as we were still trying to get our bearings, a man named Michael—stationed near the front desk but working for the adjacent resort—began aggressively trying to sell us a vacation package. Despite us being visibly tired and hungry, he kept pressuring us to attend a sales presentation. He even went as far as having me sign documents just to get him to stop bothering us. While we were finally sitting down to lunch, he continued to call and text, trying to get my brother to come instead. This felt like pure harassment, especially when all we wanted was to relax and enjoy a family trip. Another unacceptable moment came when I called the front desk around 8:17 a.m. to request toothpaste. I was told nothing could be delivered until 8:30, which was odd in itself. I waited, and no one came, so I called again and was told I could come down to get it. When I arrived, the front desk associate nonchalantly said, “I don’t know why no one ever came to your room.” There was no apology, no ownership—just indifference. Perhaps most disturbing of all, a fellow visitor had their belongings stolen out of a locked vehicle in the parking lot, and we were shocked to learn that this resort has no security cameras in the parking areas. The police were called, but nothing could be done. This raises serious concerns about guest safety and the overall security of the property. Sadly, the lack of care and accountability at this resort left my family and me feeling deeply uncomfortable and, frankly, unwelcome. I hesitate to say this, but at times we even questioned if racial bias played a role in the way we were treated—something no guest should ever feel at a “family-friendly” Disney-area property. In summary: • Poor and unwelcoming front desk service • Aggressive and inappropriate timeshare-style sales tactics • Lack of basic hospitality follow-through • Zero parking lot security despite being a “4-star” resort • An overall uncomfortable and disappointing atmosphere I will never return, and I strongly urge others—especially families looking for a relaxing, respectful Disney-area experience—to stay far away from Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek.

As a wedding DJ, I’ve worked at countless venues, but my experience with Ally Campbell at the Orlando Bonnet Creek Hotel truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, Ally made me feel more like a guest than a vendor. Her hospitality and professionalism were unmatched. I had forgotten my dolly that day, and without hesitation, Ally went out of her way to help me find one within the hotel—a small gesture that made a huge difference. She went above and beyond not just for the couple I was working with, but for me as well. She made sure I was taken care of, including getting me a meal (which, by the way, was absolutely delicious—not something vendors always get). It’s rare to feel that kind of support and warmth at a hotel venue, and Ally truly made me feel at home. I can’t wait for the next opportunity to work at Orlando Bonnet Creek again. Huge thanks to Ally and the entire team

This was our very first girls’ getaway, and it couldn’t have gone better. I went with my two best friends, and we all took Friday off work to start the weekend right. From the moment we arrived, we were in full vacation mode—we didn’t even think to check our emails once (which never happens!).||||The lazy rivers and pools were exactly what we needed—relaxing, fun, and just the right vibe. The on-site restaurants were a hit, too—great food, friendly staff, and zero stress. One of our favorite unexpected highlights was watching the brave souls who jumped into the poolside karaoke. We cheered them on from the hot tub, cracking up and soaking it all in.||||But the best part? Just being with my friends. We floated, we feasted, we laughed nonstop—and we made memories that are going to be hard to top. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect, this place checks all the boxes.

Perina did a great job. Quick service and good quality. Drinks came out fast and food came out hot. It’s nice sitting around the lake, watching the fountains while having a cocktail. Thank you to Jorge for bringing everything out and getting us everything we needed

We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Aside from being about 4 minutes closer to the Disney parks, there is nothing “grand” about this resort. The rooms are very old, with worn-out furniture, dated decor, and a lingering musty odor that made the stay uncomfortable from the start. The condition of the room does not match the premium price at all — you’re paying top dollar for a space that feels like it hasn’t been updated in over a decade. Even worse, there was no hot water in the room. I had to run the water for nearly 20 minutes just to get it lukewarm. For a property that calls itself a luxury resort, this is completely unacceptable. Service was lackluster, amenities were average at best, and the overall vibe was tired and uninspired. You’re much better off choosing another nearby hotel — there are plenty of options that are more modern, better maintained, and provide far superior service. Bottom line: Not worth the money, not worth the hassle, and definitely not worth staying here — even if it’s slightly closer to the parks. Spend your money somewhere that actually cares about guest experience.

Our 3 nights stay in this hotel was memorable. We got a huge room with full kitchen though we did not use it. The view was amazing could witness fireworks from disneyworld. The breakfast buffet was superb with the accomodating staffs in Tesoro Cove.

Our family loves to spend time at Bonnet Creek, and while we visit, we love to go to Back Bay. The food and drinks are great…but Jorge is amazing and makes us feel special. ||We met Jorge several years ago, and fell in love with him. We love to come to Back Bay and enjoy spending time with him. Jorge is the reason we decide to dine and drink on site. Marvelous drinks! I asked him to make me something with mango, and he created something just for me. Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable…and just the type of person you enjoy being around.

Yelp
We stayed here for two nights and I thought it was fine. Usually we stay on Disney property. This was one of the first times we ventured off property. The prices are pretty similar to either a Value Resort or a Moderate Resort when it's discounted. I expected better for the price, because I thought there was a premium on Disney hotels just because they are Disney. However, it was a solid experience overall. The Good: There are a ton of pools, lazy river, splashpad, playground. We didn't experience the pool because it was cold when we came, but it looks like a ton of fun. If you have kids you'll probably end up spending a half day at the pools instead of the parks. The parking garage is convenient. It connects directly to the hotel, so if it's raining you won't get wet. There's a ton of restaurant choices. We didn't end up eating onsite, but I appreciate the options. Huge bathrooms with a big shower. This was great for getting ready in the morning. It's about 10 minutes from Disney. That's pretty similar to some Disney resorts. The Not So Good: They say they have room service, but they didn't during the hours they advertised on a Saturday night. My kids were really looking forward to room service (since Disney resorts don't have it), so that was a disappointment. This is a duh, but there's no Disney theming. I didn't think I'd miss the subtle nod to Disney so much. I found the decor just meh. Overall I would go back to Disney resorts before staying here again. However, if there's a great price, I wouldn't be opposed to staying here.

Yelp
Had a lovely stay. Guest services were responsive to every request. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. They have peaceful and relaxing grounds for getting fresh air. I enjoyed the many pools and hot tubs. They offer activities like Polynesian dancing and live music. The dueling pianos were not so much dueling but two guys playing electric keyboard and singing. Drinks are not very alcohol forward for the price. You can see free fireworks nightly from your balcony courtesy of Disney. My air jet tub was a great way to end every evening!

Yelp
We enjoyed a one-night stay here back in October. We found the property beautiful and impressive, especially the pirate swimming pool (I wish we'd had time to swim!). I can see us coming back here with our kids in the future. However, the only breakfast we found was at the Starbucks in the lobby, which was far from cheap!

Mark R.

Yelp
The team at this hotel is client - driven to make a difference! Politeness is part of the creed and everyone including the cleaning team smile when they greet you. The decor is outstandingly done! The rooms are large, big windows and even a cubbyhole with bulkheads for younger guests. The water pressure in the shower was EXCELLENT and nice and hot! My only concern was the TV - it did nothing but buffer to the point I gave up on it!

Mayurakshi S.

Yelp
This was the best stay. Close to the park, and you will get a free shuttle from the resort. The hotel itself is beautiful they have a huge walk trail, lazy rivers, and swimming pools. Perfect place for a family gateway. We spent a day doing nothing at the resort, and it was amazing.

Yelp
Front staff and bar staff were so helpful and kind! I also loved the mini pharmacy vending machine at the front. So convenient.

Yelp
This has slowly but surely become our favorite hotel in the Orlando area. I do need to preface my review by saying that I typically stay as a timeshare guest and my review is over timeshare rooms specifically (but they are part of a single property with all the same amenities just different room types) First I love that it is IN the bubble. It's incredibly close to all of WDW. 2 min drive to Disney springs. 5-10 min to most of the parks depending on traffic. They also have transportation but I have never used it-I like to have my car at the end of a long park day. I believe there is a small fee per person for the day to use there transportation. You can actually see the Epcot fireworks from this resort. There are multiple on site restaurants and bars. Many pools so if one is crowded you can always find a those-many of which are themed so it's great for families. Room entrances are enclosed-unlike many hotels in the Orlando area. This feels cleaner and safer to not have your room open to the outside. You can feed the koi fish and turtles in the lake while getting your hot girl (or guy) walk in around the walking trail that encircles the resort. Easy check in. Great views of the lake or pool (I recommend calling a few days before to request politely and hope for the best) taller rooms are a bit quieter as they are not as close to the pool and you have an even better view of the fireworks if you have a room facing that direction. The gate is actually gated and monitored by a person 24 hr per day. I have stayed in hotels in Orlando where the gate is propped open at night which doesn't make me feel safe. Property is big and beautiful. Lots of engagement options for kids. Fire pits. Swings for overlooking the lake. I've never stayed in a. Room and had any issues with cleanliness. No dirty showers or anything like that. It's just a really solid hotel. Also if you stay in a timeshare suite, your full kitchen is huge. Like bigger than some apartments I have lived in, in the past. Usually my only complaint is that during busier seasons it can be hard to find parking but it's not like they don't have enough-just you may have a hike or have to park on a higher garage level.

Jessica S.

Yelp
I love coming here every summer. The resort is BEAUTIFUL and all the amenities are limitless. My husband and I like to walk around the lake and go to all the different pools. They have really good walking distance restaurants too. The rooms are nice and worth what you pay for. I love getting the rooms overlooking the pool.

Marie S.

Yelp
Upon entering the lobby is very big- check in desk receptionist was pleasant a little hard to understand. The room was pretty clean random raisins on the floor as well as wrappers. The bathroom was clean and spacious (we got stuck with a handicap room) it had awesome view, we watched the fireworks every night. Looking at the pictures on the wall we odd and uneven. Bed was firm and the pillows were too soft. We had to pay a lot for self park in their garage. We also had to pay for activities which some were difficult to use- our key didn't let us in tower 6 so we could use the putt putt. The lazy river was nice- a little narrow but water was warm.

Kathryn G.

Yelp
Luxurious hotel with plenty of pools, water slides, and lazy rivers to enjoy! The rooms are very nice, but the walls are quite thin. Front desk is very kind and responsive whenever you need them. It was a bit confusing with the different buildings and passes for pools, but not a huge deal. It was also oddly difficult to find a bar in some areas of the resort. But the views with the nature trail and ducks was beautiful! The main thing that took this down a notch for me was the parking situation being very confusing (for me at first, and for others as I'm reading reviews after the fact) - you DO NOT need to pay the $29 self parking if you are staying at the hotel! When you arrive, you will press the button for the parking pass, and then every time you leave (even once you have checked out, you can keep a room key!), you simply scan your hotel room key to be let out! I have a feeling there is a BIG misconception that you have to pay to leave, which is unfortunate for those who paid for something they did not need to! I wish they made this more clear to guests, the only way I knew was because I asked the front desk about it. Be careful!

Yelp
Recently spent a week here with family. It was not the smoothest stay but we definitely enjoyed ourselves and will return. Location is awesomely close to Disney if that is your goal. We were able to make it from hotel into Epcot on the test track ride to make our lightning lane Resy in 20 minutes after our lunch break. It is a very large resort with a great walking path/boardwalk. There are a variety of pools located near the various towers so that you can be near your space or explore another pool/lazy river. Honestly we loved the lazy river, the people splashing and running through them were not appreciated but who am I to police someone's vacation. Just wish they would take the hint from the name "lazy river". All that to say there are only lifeguards for the water slides. There is no one specifically for the pools so folks have to be mindful of their children. There was a serious lack of towels at the end of the long days and probably due to the heavy rain but after the first two nights and some calls were made we noticed a definite uptick in attention being paid to the towel dispensing machines. We had pizza from the shop near our pool twice. It was good. One of the times, they mistakenly put cheese on a vegan pizza but rectified immediately with a fresh pie. I'll be trying that Mexican restaurant on site as it also looked tasty. We had a few daiquiris on the Friday special by the pirate pool and they were top notch. Love that food and drinks are available, didn't love the standard high tourist pricing for the time share guests, but there was a special available on most days. We popped into the activity room to check out the deal or no deal and it looked like a good time, for the kids. Also saw some set up for pool scrabble starting on our last day. That looked like it would be a good time as well and they said adults could play. I wish there was some more activities for adults like water aerobics but it is very possible that I missed it. There was a lot happening at all times and I can't say I was on top of the schedule. Our experience was very positive and I'm glad my parental units set us up here for the week. Would like to thank the front desk & engineering staff for coming through with a car key fob battery in the middle of the night. It was clutch!

Steph R.

Yelp
Stayed here for a work conference and overall had a great experience. Room was spacious and clean, beautiful view overlooking the pool. I loved how close it was to the MCO airport and best of all, close to Disney World parks! I will say that it can be confusing at first to navigate to because there is the actual resort and the timeshare. Separate locations. Ensure you're at the right spot or else you'll have to ask for a ride on the golf cart to the correct lobby. I'm only taking one star off for being hassled by their timeshare sales guy and made feeling uncomfortable. It gave a cheap feeling. It was unfortunate because I had to hide or brush past his desk with my head turned and eyes averted to get to my room without being hassled by him even after I said no thanks politely.

Madame S.

Yelp
Place is a joke! Front staff is un knowledgeable about the hotel. Provided conflicting info regarding shuttles to the parks. Shuttles were very late arriving to hotel and will leave you coming back to hotel. They hold $100 per day for incidentals but lied and said they didn't when you can the 800 number. Front staff is weak. Food is gross and poor quality. They advertise everywhere that pool bar and hut is open and serving food but when you get there it's closed until further notice. The timeshare people harass and borderline stalk you to go listen to their presentation. Don't fall for it! Scam! Housekeeping and Valet are stellar and the only thing holding this hotel afloat! Will never stay here again.

Louise S.

Yelp
I almost didn't book this hotel because of some reviews but I am so glad I went with my own instincts! I love it! It is a wonderful resort with several pools, lazy River, lake, walking paths, shuttle to and from Disney parks and across the street from Signia and Astoria. Located in the Bonnet creek area when you enter the street to get here there's a sign that says :Wyndham, Signia, Astoria and JW Marriot. All of these nice resorts are near each other, awesome! In terms of pricing, this one is the best value because you get all of the parks being in a 4 Diamond resorts but for a slight lower cost at least it is for us. The staff is friendly, they have a breakfast buffet that's pretty good, runs at about $28 adults and $16 for 12 and up. They have a Starbucks in the lobby that also has gelato. Many pool bars/restaurants. Resort grounds are lovely and room is spacious. We stayed for 7 nights!!!!!! And loved the room size when we were in it. They have valet parking $35 per day if you have a car or covered/garage self parking at about $24 per day (only fee I don't like it/ too high)I drove to Disney Springs and it was only 6 minutes from here wow! We stayed in a lake view king bedroom with two bunk beds and it has a living room area, really nice. We also have full views of the Disney fireworks from our room window! From our room we also see the lake and one of the resort pools. So far we love it!

Yelp
Just want to start out by saying I'm a bartender visiting from San Diego with my family that lives out here. I relaxed at the bar by the pool which is called Back Bay I highly recommend coming to see George and Tony they were everything you want out of service and a bartender! Great conversation and quick service! I was by myself enjoying so they really made it enjoyable for me and drinks hit the spot! Again George and Tony were phenomenal!!!!!!

Yelp
I wouldnt go again. We stayed at Marriott Cypress Harbour and decided to extend our Labor Day vacation one more evening and check out other similar properties. Saw this one on Orbitz and looked awesome so we booked. What wouldnt you love with multiple pools, restaurants, lazy rivers and great rooms, right? Check in was fine. I saw there was a resort fee before booking, but must have missed the parking. $29 self park vs $38 valet... whatever, I guess is what it is. Check in was fine, the guy Jake at the desk was nice. Property is very large as it spans the resort building + the other "Club Wyndham" timeshare properties. Only reason for going was for the pools and lazy river for my son (2 years) No one explained towels... You need to get towels at the pool, easy enough. No one explained the Club properties dont give you towels. They do say you can walk around the lake (I called front desk to ask how to get there, they had no idea if could drive or not, said to just walk). So, walk we did. Was a nice walk, enjoyed seeing all the turtles and ducks, kids into that. Was pretty unfortunate to get all the way there and be told had to bring our own towels, though. All the pools were merky/cloudy. So many people, so much sunscreen and pee I'm sure. Was thankful when it was time to be done and go shower to head out for dinner. Most chairs were always taken. Trash left all over. Bathroom at the Oasis pool had melted ice cream all over the floor. Trust me, I get that happens, but imagined an employee would have cleaned at some point Didnt bother with any restaurants, too expensive and already had a bad taste in my mouth. Def check out Freddys steakburgers, was very surprised and enjoyed! The room (318) was ok. Air runs good, maybe too good. AC vent was covered in mold, so thats fun. Never really felt "clean" after showering, dont know if it was the towels of body wash. Sheets felt damp all night, too. Room had a connecting door to neighbors, luckily brought our sound machine for our child. They were simply having conversations, not being rowdy or anything, and could hear very well. Bet they appreciated the multiple times my son woke up crying throughout the night. Also, back to the towels... talk about cheap hotel towels. Felt like something from a Holiday Inn, but I love Holiday Inn and know what to expect. Window had big long smudges on it, def dont want to know from what. Long story short, hard pass. I'd rather spend the $60 more and stay at Marriott Cypress Harbour a few miles down the road. Pools were clear, not over crowded, towels available close by or in room. Quiet. Def would go there again, and again, pass on this place.

Yelp
What a beautiful resort! We booked through RCI as an "extra vacation" in November. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The view was amazing. On nights where we were too exhausted to go out we laid in the bed and watched Disney fireworks. The customer service was great. The lady who checked us into the room was able to accommodate us a few hours before check in. With three little kids who had been traveling since 3am we were extremely grateful. We swam and got drinks by the pool. Very close proximity to Disney parks and Disney Springs. The kitchen was fully stocked. Rooms were large and clean. Loved having two full bathrooms in the unit. I can't say enough good things. We enjoyed the resort so much that we just booked again to stay this upcoming April. Counting down the days!

Roy S.

Yelp
Clean rooms at a renovated property. Close to Disney and a walk to Disney Springs. I stay here when I go to Orlando for its easy access to Disney.

Raymond N.

Yelp
The place was nice and well situated to the parks. The main pool was very kid friendly. The rest of the experience was really just meh! I have stayed at other resorts in the near vicinity that offered more. Expect to add $75-$80 per night due to various fees. Limited dining options unless you drive to another building. Housekeeping was scheduled but then became "on demand " as 2 of the rooms in my party went un-touched during our stay. We did have 1 room lose a bag of brand new clothes.

Kyrie Z.

Yelp
From check in to check out this place was perfect! So close to the parks! We saw the fireworks nightly in our pjs! Two pools and a great gym! We got the family room with bunks and the breakfasts buffet was really yummy!

Lori S.

Yelp
Not a place I will stay again. Front desk and vallet were polite and accommodating but the hospitality (restaurant/bar) side of it was complete opposite. You never know who you are serving. Everyone deserves the same level of service. Traveling since 2am and completion all day I probably wasn't looking up to par for them. I came for my daughter's last college cheer competition (they won) and for my 52nd birthday. We had a lot to celebrate. I am leaving 2 days early because of this. Should always stay Marriott. Lesson learned. Also beware of and extra few hundred added to your stay without notice. So many fees for things you will or will not use. I use a certain debit card with a limited balance for hotels for this reason. Had to transfer money just to get my room for inessentials I won't use. Ridiculous! They don't have breakfast for room service in those "resort". They have nowhere to get snack or something to drink after 10/11pm. Coming back after a long day of competition, and not even a bag of chips. Or a soft drink/tea/water. The front desk said, NOTHING. Oh but there's a bar. The same bar that has bartenders that only serve the chosen guests. I would wait 30 minutes to get a water. I've never been so upset about a place I've stayed. Come give them your money for absolutely NO customer service. But you can expect a bottle of lotion in your bathroom half used. Be ready to hear the conversation next door. Clearly. Very thin walls. I know all about the 2 at the convention and the infidelity.

Gerald B.

Yelp
The resort is rather large and has several pools and lazy rivers. There is a walking path around the lake on the property. The restaurants and catered meals are average.

Christine L.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing hotel. Came here in September of 2022 and everyone treated us so nice. We got a room with a balcony and we were able to see the fireworks from Disney from there every night. And the price makes it absolutely worth the stay, not bad at all. The restaurant was soooo good too. We ended up having to stay an extra day because of an incident and they were able to make it happen on short notice. I'm definitely going to be coming back here for my next Disney trip.

Dwinel B.

Yelp
Stayed for a short business trip and it was a wonderful stay. The staff was more than accommodating. Super attentive and friendly. I would certainly visit this resort for a personal stay if I'm in the area again. The room was clean, awesome views and last but not least the food was good in the restaurant off of the main lobby. I totally recommend.

Thomas C.

Yelp
l am a owner at Wyndam Bonnet Creek. So I had my fiancé and friends stay as guests. They told them they had to wait because They were not owners! BUT I AM!!! Not a nice way to treat guest!! I understand it's not at 4:00 but other people had got there rooms!! I called and the told me they are cleaning the room?! So when my guests get into that room it better be immaculate clean!! I will write another review on the way they will be treated and how clean the room was!!!!!

Timothy A.

Yelp
Had a wonderful stay at this property! Everyone from check in to check out was top notch! Hotel was immaculate, everyone was friendly and helpful, we truly Felt welcomed by everyone. Obviously a very well run hotel on Disney property.

Peter Y.

Yelp
It was OK but I will not be back. Too many options for this place to last in my opinion. Vallet and bell service were great. Front desk was also decent. Service was not really an issue. It was the accommodations that were trash. Everything from the wifi, to the TV setup was worthless. You will not get internet here and TV is streaming, not cable so get ready to watch a blotchy buffer show as you fight for bandwidth amongst the other guests. Chromecast does not work either and they just market on demand movies, which I think is what they are aiming for. They basically give you nothing , hoping you bite the bait on a movie. We don't stay in the room much but if you have young kids and need to be entertained once they are asleep at night, this place is simply a prison for adults. Bring your own entertainment

Crystal L.

Yelp
The hotel is OK, bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice. The shower was bad, it had a high pitch whine and had sporadic pressure. Biggest problem is the shuttle, it runs a few times in the morning and only a couple times back from the park at night. If you are doing Disney, do not stay here! Stay at a Disney hotel, it's well worth the convienance.

Arlise Kat R.

Yelp
For my moms birthday, my sister and I decided to bring her here for her birthday. We checked in on a Friday, and the front desk, we we're greeted and tended to by Alberto who made the check in process seem like a second because of his great conversation. We then met and spoke with Tomas and Hadley who were at the front desk at the time and all three people were wonderful and welcoming. Saturday morning at 11am, my mom and I went down to Back Bay Bar & Grill for an early lunch. We were greeted by the Genesis and Pierina who felt like family immediately! The love and care they showed to my mom for her birthday was priceless. Pierina suggested the best food and drinks. My mom had the chicken quesadilla, which was overflowing with cheese and chicken and onions. Pierina suggested the buffalo chicken wrap, and it was DELICIOUS. It was my first time having one, and it was worth it. Genesis and Pierina brought over an on the house brownie and ice cream for the birthday girl, and the brownie was sooooo good. Later that day, we met some friends at the Oasis pool, and she was our server there as well and continued with her great service. At the pool, you're able to scan a code on the yellow triangle on the back of your chair that will allow you to order food and drinks poolside, and if you're lucky, you'll get Pierina as your server like we did. Not having to physically leave the pool area and order the food direct to me was very convenient. Oh! I'd also like to say thank you so much to Back Bays Manager, Maynard, who came over to check on us when we were at the pool. He also gave us some snack on him to have in the room for the birthday girl, and at the pool, he brought us complimentary water and a drink for my moms birthday. The weekend was great, and my mom enjoyed her birthday. We intended on going to Disney on Saturday, but the relaxing at the pool, meeting new friends, and having great service forced us to stay and enjoy this property, which was worth it. We'll be back in 2 months for another fantastic time!

Yelp
I stayed here for a statewide convention when we were thinking we were over the covid hump, before delta raised its ugly head. Masks were totally optional. Here's the good... all of the staff! All of the staff I came in contact with were excellent, polite and good at their jobs. The room... clean and nice with a great view. Because of staffing shortages and covid, rooms are not cleaned every day, sheets are not changed etc. I am totally fine with that because that is what I like anyway. I don't need someone coming in every day. I hang up my towels and reuse them and I don't see why one would need their sheets changed every day. The one thing I would recommend is including a microwave. There is a mini fridge and a coffee maker but no micro. Why? People have leftovers that they want to eat later or the next day. The food... since this hotel is on Disney property and not real close to other restaurants we ate most of our meals here. Here was where my disappointment comes into play. The coffee shop did not have the lunch items (salads) as advertised. The nachos at the pool were so so. Not a lot of chicken on them. The menu at the bar is basically the same as the restaurant. The fish dish I got was a little disappointing. It was just ok and it was not cheap. The bright side for the food was actually what they served at the confo. Every breakfast we had, the box lunch and the banquet were all really good. The pool... ok. Nothing special. Apparently there are other pools on property but I didn't feel like hiking to find them. The property as a whole... this hotel is part of a larger property that is all timeshare or something to that effect. I don't really like that it is so far away from "the action." When I go to Orlando with my husband we like to stay somewhere that we can walk to restaurants and other attractions. Overall, the stay had no major issues. As I mentioned, the staff was great. I just usually prefer a place with a better pool and located closer to the attractions.

Yelp
The team members here at this resort are all 5 star service oriented. We had 0 issues. We came here to meet people from mypointsunlimited.com and they accommodated all of us with no hassle at all. This resort is very clean, the hospitality was amazing and they have restaurant and bars inside this hotel. This place is perfect for staying for work, vacation, pleasure anything you need. They have shuttle for transportation to parks.

Yelp
This hotel is right in the middle of a time share resort. There are 6 towers that are owner occupied. This resort is filled with things to do. They have ping pong, miniature golf, an arcade, a spa, 6 different pools with two water slides, 6 hot tubs, and activities galore. They have several different restaurants. If you never left the resort you would have a blast! We could see the fireworks from Disney Magic Kingdom and Epcot center from our room. Our room 909 had an amazing view, it had 2 queen beds, a twin bunk bed and a two TV's. We had a desk and chairs. There was a coffee area and a fridge. We were not too far from the ice maker. This place is very pricy but totally worth every penny! I also want to point out that Katy Crews at the front desk made our stay memorable with her excellent customer service. We purchased park hopper tickets to Disney World at the hotel and Sev made all the reservations. He did a phenomenal job explaining everything and making recommendations. Samir was very helpful and informative too!! Everyone was so helpful. It was epic!! We will definitely be back! My family and I had a magical experience.

Yelp
This is the hotel part of Bonnet Creek at Wyndham. Each building here has their own smaller pool. We have some friends staying in the building next door, the hotel side. Their pool area is decent. They have a bar by their pool with a nice deck. They also have a pirate ship themed pools and slides for the kids in the complex as well as a basic pool area too for the more mature kids.

Yelp
Great hotel with plenty amenities. We stayed on the 10 floor and the view was great! Amenities: 1. Gym - clean, multiple machines and free weights, water, and towels available inside. 2. Arcade - fun game room, great for kids and adults who love arcade games 3. Spa - I didn't use it but it looked nice 4. Dining - multiple restaurants with a variety of choices and cafes with Starbucks. We ordered a late night pizza from the Grand East menu since most things close at 10 PM and that was available until 1 AM. 5. Pet Friendly - this location allows small dogs up to 25lbs and they have a dedicated space for them to go potty. They don't have a problem with walking your dog on the boardwalk as long as they're well behaved. 6. Pool - the hotel has its own pool and hot tub but you can also visit the other pools located along the boardwalk. There are 2 pools with lazy rivers that were very relaxing and one is located next to a bar so you can grab drink. 7. Room - on a sale of 1 to 10... the room was a 7.5 because the shower is small and hard to regulate the water temperature. The beds are average comfort for a hotel. The bathroom sink area is a little dusty. It has an iron and ironing board, hair dry and extra towels, mini refrigerator and safe. The tv is fine, it works and it's a good size to enjoy. 8. Parking - Garage parking is available and super convenient

Yelp
All time favorite hotel as a local! Fabulous prices. Never over crowded. Phenomenal pools and outdoor sports and leisure activities. Love love love this place!

Yelp
The resort itself is very nice however the timeshare spiel was a bait and switch. We listened to a high pressure sales pitch with promises of a "free 3-7 nights trip including park tickets" It ended up being a gigantic headache. We had to register our code within 6 months of the presentation and then pay a $198 fee to reserve our dates. Then we had to pay several hundred more dollars in hotel and resort fees. The park tickets were not issued upon check in. We had to purchase the tickets ourselves and then you have to drive half hour to a place with expectation that they reimburse you for the park tickets with a Mastercard gift card. None of this experience was relaxing. Would not repeat

Yelp
This place is not worth the price, location or your consideration. They have a coffee shop, sundries shop breakfast buffet, restaurant and a bar but the pool areas are severely lacking and warn down. The elevators are dirty and neglected and often broken. The bar by the pool is dirty and the pool chairs are dirty. You have to rent the towels and leave your name and room number make sure you return them! They keep a log. Ducks everywhere and all over pools in the morning. The hotel is surrounded by timeshares. The lake and the walkway were nice but not enough to make me go back. If you enjoy cleanliness and classiness, this is not the place for you. You've be warned.

Yelp
Booked myself a small getaway! I liked this hotel. It was clean, the pools were great loved that they have more than 1 pool for everyone. They had kids slides , a lazy river. My room was spacious & nice. I would visit again. You could see the Disney fireworks every night from the lake view . Keep in mind this hotel is shared with a timeshare hotel. There are a lot of family + kids. If that's not your vibe this might not be for you.

Yelp
Breakfast buffet is very good. I love having the smoked salmon on my bagel. Very pricy at $30 per person.

Yelp
Beautiful resort within the gates to Disney World. My husband and I were at the NYC auto show last year when we walked by a rep for Wyndham. For $100 and 90 minutes (which could be done at their location in NYC) of our time we could stay at the Wyndham Grand for 3 nights. This included taxes and resort fees too. Since the timeshare presentation wasn't going to cut into our vacation time we decided this was a price we couldn't pass up. When we arrived to check in I was told there is normally a $75 a night resort fee charge (yikes!) but this was included in our stay. We did have to pay $26 per night for parking in the garage (or $29 a night for valet). Before we arrived Wyndham sent me several emails to upgrade our room but we decided not to. When we were went to our room we were pleasantly surprised by an upgraded suite with bunk beds which would have cost us an additional $45 per night had I upgraded through the email. The room was clean and large. We had two queen sized beds and two bunk beds in their own separate area. The bunk bed area also had its own tv. The resort is broken into several different buildings. Most buildings are for timeshare owners and the other for hotel guests. Our stay gave us access to all of the pools (5), hot tubs (9) and activities across the entire resort. There is a pirate ship themed pool with a slide and another pool with a slide and splash area. The heated lazy river was perfect for our February stay. We were able to enjoy the pool even at night when it got cooler. We tried several pools and hot tubs and all were immaculate. I didn't love the prices inside the resort. Everything here is overpriced. The room does have a fridge though so you can bring some things. My daughter had her hair braided by the pool (only 3 half braids) which cost $35...very pricey. Overall this is a really nice place. There are plenty of activities throughout the day to keep busy. There is a free shuttle to Disney. My kids loved feeding the koi in the lake ($1 for food at the activity center). I'd stay here again, especially for the price we paid :)

Yelp
I'd give zero but it would not post!! It is too long a story to bore you with. Stay somewhere else!! Hilton or Marriott pleeeeeaaaase!!!!

Yelp
Spectacular. Gorgeous property that is run flawlessly. Everything from the rooms to the amenities to the restaurants are first class. The proximity to Disney is a huge plus. Ample parking, so much to do...mini golf, lazy river, pool, water slide, jacuzzi, koi pond, amphitheater...I cannot say enough about this amazing resort.

Yelp
My wife and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary with several weekend trips around Florida. Upon arrival here the check in desk was kind, resort is lovely with lots of amenities to keep you on property. Certainly, need to come back and enjoy a vacation with the family here. Check the place out, it will be an enjoyable stay.

Yelp
Spent the week here to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. At first, when looking for hotels to stay at this was NOT my first choice, however I honored my girlfriends wishes and booked here. To simply put it, I have no regrets booking this resort. Upon entering we were greeted by Dezzy at the front desk who actually checked us in early (our flight landed at 9:10 we were in a room by 10:45). She even upgraded our room for my girlfriends birthday so we can watch the fireworks and sent up a nice card with a cupcake and balloon. The pools were very nice, we were able to use any of the 5 pools on the resort and numerous hot tubs which I personally spent way too much time at. In the morning we would grab breakfast before heading to the parks and the prices were very responsible considering how nice the resort was. Despite it being a family friendly hotel it was very quiet and calm, the staff was very friendly. The game room was cool during our downtime we would go and play air hockey or mess around on the crane. The Starbucks was useful for the daily caffeine fix and the store inside sold drinks, snacks and etc... Next time I'm in Orlando I plan on staying here again. Overall I had a great experience and it truly exceeded my expectations.

Yelp
We haven't even been here a full 24 hours and our stay has been amazing due to the phenomenal staff. My family and I drove here from Michigan to buy a house in Kissimmee and unfortunately the closing was delayed so we had to stay in a hotel until we can close. We chose the Wyndham Grand since we had our 2 little dogs with us and they're a pet friendly resort. Our amazing service began when we pulled up and the bellman attendant helped us unload our "Beverly Hillbillies" looking vehicle. We had a ton of bags with the 4 of us and all our dog stuff. When I got to the check-in desk the gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. I explained we needed to extend our stay due to housing issues and he was eager to help and assist me in changing our reservations. He informed me that our dogs were not to be left alone to protect the other guests from their barking if we weren't in the room. I completely understood considering my yorkie will howl if left alone ‍ After checking into our room I decided to checkout the restaurant menus within the resort. Deep Blu had some amazing options so I asked my husband if he could grab my dinner from there before he took my two teen boys out to eat. We found out that they didn't do carry outs which was sad since I couldn't leave the room to eat there due to the dogs. I called room service and explained our situation. A few minutes later I received a phone call from their food and beverage manager (I think her name was Katie) who was so helpful. She allowed me to place a carry out order due to our odd circumstances. I literally cried after I hung up. I know that sounds so petty but after the housing nightmare we've been dealing with, this simple act of kindness meant the world to me. I could see why the restaurant wouldn't do carry outs. The food was as beautiful as it was delicious. I'm sure the plating is a key with their dishes. I enjoyed every bit of it and could only imagine how well it would have been plated. I ordered the beet salad, crab cake and carrots. All of which were amazing! We have 2 more days here and to be honest, I'm not too mad about it now

Yelp
Up and downs with this place, but overall a good enjoyable stay. It is a bit goofy how they have Wyndham club, which is a separate timeshare type thing going on. So, although hotel guests and timeshare folks are all part of Wyndham, they treat you differently - like not giving you a towel if you are a hotel guest. Through me off and this part I didn't like.

Yelp
This place was overall just okay. It had a beautiful resort like feel to it- the pools were pretty but closed early at 9pm. The thermostat in my room never worked when I adjusted it. My view was the top of a lower building- not pretty. This was a good location- near the Disney area. It has a few restaurants and a coffee shop located inside. I stayed for one night and thought it was alright but then stayed at the Hyatt Regency and that was 5x better so I will be going there next time!

Yelp
I am not sure where the negative reviews come from because we had an INCREDIBLE stay here! We stayed Mon-Fri and everything was top knotch. The staff at all encounters was extremely friendly. We called down after room service closed one night asking where we could find a vending machine for water I needed for my Daughters formula and within 20 minutes they brought us up 3 bottles. We ordered room service every morning during our stay and had Starbucks literally delivered to us with a delicious breakfast!! We were on a work/play trip so I was able to work in the mornings and my toddler had more than enough room to run around or watch TV. The location is literally a mile (if that) from Disney Springs and right in the center of all Disney Parks. (I think it's closer than most Disney hotels!). The valet was quick everytime and the gentlemen were SO kind and attentive in helping us load our car and waiting for me to buckle in our toddler to even shut our doors for us. The rooms were spotless and the entire hotel was extremely clean and well kept up. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. We made reservations one night for the restaurant in the hotel and it was again, some of the best food we had during our entire stay in Orlando. We fly from California to Orlando maybe 1-2 times a year either for work or WDW and after staying here, I will never stay anywhere else!!! This hotel was so perfect!!! Not to mention they have SO many amenities on site such as 5 different pool areas and every night we saw the Disney firework shows from our room!! This hotel will be our go-to hotel from here on out!! I cannot praise enough good things about them!!!

Yelp
Great hotel with plenty of amenities! Stayed here for a few nights while visiting Disney/Universal. Loved having a free shuttle for the Disney parks. Made it super convenient. It was cold and rainy when we were there but the pool looks great! Went to the spa while staying and it was magical. Had a couples massage and it was heavenly. Would do it again! Not too pricey for a hotel spa either. Would definitely stay again.
