Restaurants got very good authentic selection of choices. The room is very spacious and clean, good amenities. Further edit: For the serious bit: I actually got food poisoning from the iced soy milk at the buffet. However, what happened next is why I'm still giving them such a high rating. The staff were immediately so caring and proactive. They walked me to the hotel's medical center to see the nurse, who gave me meds right away. The team then went above and beyond by having porridge delivered straight to my room. It's clear that food safety is a big challenge in Phu Quoc, and while the hotel wasn't immune, their response showed they are really trying hard to keep things safe (I noticed they even use bottled water for cooking at the buffet). On top of that, the location is perfect for visiting the safari and Grand World, with easy shuttle buses running constantly. Huge thanks to the whole team for making sure we still had a fantastic experience in Vietnam, even after a tough start.

This seems to be the best place to stay in Phu Quoc😚 The hygiene is very good. I want to come here again. The food is very delicious and the rooms are very well maintained. If you come to Phu Quoc, you'll want to eat at least the food here. The water in the pool is incredibly clean. The view here is especially breathtaking. The ocean is close by, so swimming is a breeze.

We just arrived for our stay and are already blown away. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has an amazing variety—everything from local Vietnamese food to Western options, sushi, and Korean dishes. Our kids loved the huge swimming pool. We can't wait to see what the rest of our stay holds!

Awesome hotel, we stayed for 5 nights as a family of 5 from Australia and my wife, the kids and I absolutely loved all of the activities and facilities at the hotel. The hotel itself is so impressive and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming! So much of the activities are included it’s great! Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience there. All the staff were incredibly supportive and friendly, especially when I needed to borrow something like an umbrella on a rainy day or ask for directions to unfamiliar places. The buffet was also delicious, I highly recommend trying the sticky rice for breakfast. The facilities were great as well. There’s a children’s area where you can feel confident that your kids will be well taken care of by staff who speak both Vietnamese and English fluently. Also, the girl from the guest relations team was so kind. I truly enjoyed my trip there!

Since we arrived the staff was very helpful arranging a convenient tranfer for us with their hotel shuttle. We were welcomed with a smile and a refreshing ice tea. Check in was fast and they carefully explained all the activities that were complementary with our room. The room is spacious and clean. It's a friendly family atmosphere. The rooms have everything you need and it was nice have English viewing channels on the TV. In the morning we had a large breakfast buffet that in my opinion caters to everyone. The staff is friendly and actively patrolling the restaurant helping guests and cleaning up. Food was delicious and I'm literally round now. First impressions are awesome and we would definitely recommend it to friends.

1. Location is good as close to the water park and safari. But not many restaurant nearby. The closest is to the Grand world2. Breakfast: quite lots of variety, but taste is just normal. No surprise3. Room : clean and big. But no boiling jar, so cannot boil water for drinks (coffee or tea) for ourselves. Very bad for a so called 5 star hotel.4. Facilities : good and enough. Downstairs is a shopping mall and a mini mart. The swimming pool slides are great for kids5. Kidsclub is great for a kid. Lots of activities6. The restaurant Atlantis : very bad for such a high price. We ordered salmon, but taste very bad as it seems to be a canned salmon. Very very bad. But it is the only restaurant in the hotel apart from the Nautius which provides dinner buffet only.
