The hotel is clean, well maintained and located right on a very nice, clean beach. Sunbeds and beach towels are included, which is a plus. The rooms, however, are decorated in a kitschy “fake antique” style — definitely not my taste, though this is subjective. The rooms are clean, but after room service the dishes were not collected.
Breakfasts are very good and diverse, with a wide selection of tasty Asian dishes — a big plus. Unfortunately, communication with the staff is difficult as most of them speak very little English.
Room service was slow and disappointing: we had to follow up three times, and after ordering we waited almost 2 hours, despite being told it would take around 40 minutes.
The animation team consists mainly of Russian staff and, unfortunately, their approach to children was not pleasant. Kids were invited to play and then discouraged from actually participating — very poor experience. The hotel is clearly oriented towards Russian clientele.
On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the beach is beautiful, there are nice water slides for kids, and aqua aerobics was modern and enjoyable.
Overall, two days would be my maximum stay. The hotel has potential, but service quality and atmosphere significantly affect the experience.
