WYNDHAM GRAND YANGON Hotel

I celebrated my baby’s 9th birthday at the lobby cafe on 5 Oct. Almost every staff member are quite nice since before I decided to choose the location. I did inquire by ph and they followed me up on the date which I told them for confirmation date. Thank you for their services and I would like to mention the name which I noticed., Ko Htein Win, Joel, Saint Saint, Hsu Poe, Lilac, Min, Hein Htet and Zaya.||One more thing I want to suggest is hotel should arrange complimentary cake for kids birthday. I have 3 kids and I did birthday celebration with their friends almost every year at random places. I did my daughter’s birthday at Spoon Restaurant in 2023 and they gave small birthday cake. Then, I did Melia, Novotel & Lotte hotel as well. All of these hotel gave us birthday cake even it’s not the full size kg cake we, customer feel a bit warm and happy. But for this time, when I ask on my reservation time they reply that they can arrange for 100 people celebrating., I was shocked and all of my events are just small like this time around 30 people. But I understand the policy might be different and when I got from Spoon, may be it was dinner and all are over 12 years. This time is only high tea & aged are including under 12. I don’t feel upset but just share the customer concern to notice for better service.

We had a wonderful experience during happy hour at Wyndham Grand Hotel. The three staff members, May thu, Hana, Adam, were absolutely amazing — they helped us kindly while we were taking food from the buffet set and even took beautiful couple photos for us. They spoke so gently and warmly, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality truly made our evening special. Thank you so much for your thoughtful service — it really made our visit memorable! 💖

Had a great stay and enjoyed Hi-Tea and Happy Hour Buffet at Executive Lounge. The city view there is very beautiful. And a big thanks and shoutout to the Lounge team ( Hana, Adam and Myo) very attentive and well-mannered, assisted with everything we needed. Will definitely come back again.

We stayed at superior room with City View. Room is spacious and my family loved it. Breakfast is really delicious with many menu. Alex from concierge is really helpful to carry my belongings during the whole stay. In future I will also coming back to stay.

Wyndham Grand Hotel – 5-Star Experience! I stayed at Wyndham Grand Hotel from 31 May to 4 June, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The swimming pool and gym room were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation and workouts. Breakfast was absolutely perfect—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety. My room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. All amenities and accessories provided were of high quality and met every need. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily, and everything was spotless. The reception team was professional, helpful, and always welcoming. The bellboy was friendly and attentive, and the security team was also excellent. Most importantly, every staff member I encountered was clever, active, and truly dedicated to their work. Wyndham Grand is very lucky to have such a hardworking and professional team, especially in times like this. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Very nice hotel. The room are clean and comfortable with all toiletries (toothbrush, soap, comb, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower cap…). Can enjoy gym and swimming pool until 9pm.Breakfast is nice, have local / Chinese / western food and beverage.Service is great and people are nice.Great location, near the lake.

I stayed here recently for a short visit. The rooms in the higher floors give a spectacular view. The service is good on par with any branded hotel. The location is very good and you can shop and done all you want at the mall attached to the hotel. Overall, it’s a good hotel for both business or leisure travel.
