I got Corona virus, which my test got positive, and I can't make a trip to anywhere, I have to stay at home. Also my parents who live in Sacramento, they're old and I can't put them in risky situation!!! I tried to contact Priceline and hotel to cancel reservations and get refund back, which they refused and they treated me very rude, disrespectful, they used bad words to me. Also the supervisor accused me that I cursed his employee, which I just ask them to help me with situation, which it could happen with anyone. Front desk agent, Mike told me I can come and use my room ?! How ? To spread the virus ? Then if this is the case, this hotel is septic cause that's how they treat their guest, I was waiting for manager on duty or supervisor to call me for 3 hours (which they didn't have anyone to be responsible) , supervisor called me and treated me like trash, and he told me they not refunding my money back. Which I'll contact the manager of hotel (if issue doesn't get solved, I'll to their region and HR) to complain. I'm currently at hospital cause of shortness of breath and other symptoms which supervisor and front desk agent told me it's ok for them that I go stay there!!! Just they want the money and they don't care about people and their guests and employees health. They take the money and steal it. I'm very upset of this situation and horrible customer service, I want my money back at least.
Now that I read other reviews, I understand how why they steal money. They only sees money , all the reviews are bad, they don't care of quality and customer service, I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
I wished if I could rate 0 to this fake and fraud business!!!
I'm lucky I didn't stay there, then I don't get more trash treatment from this fraud and shady business .
