Wyndham San Jose Herradura Hotel & Convention Center

The hotel was ok 3 out of 5. Our main review lies within the restaurant Quattro! Our service from Manuel and Pablo was simply outstanding. On point and really felt like 5 star service, thank you so much! Because of you two gentlemen, we will be coming back. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was a delight, we had a tenderloin on a bed a risotto, a fillet of salmon on a bed of cuddle fish inked pasta, and the house pizza, all of which were truly amazing! I would make monthly appearances here if we lived closer, such great service! Thank you gents!

First I want to give a grande shout out to Marco! Marco thank you for everything. The property was nice but you and Dylan at Pirates restaurant was the best part. My wife and I had great time in San Jose. I gave 3 stars because the AC started to go out with about a day and half before the end of our trip. I was told it couldn't be fixed in short-term due to resetting the system.......? They offered to us to change rooms but that was our last night there. Up at 6:30 am Wednesday and Thursday. But do not let this review push away from this hotel. The breakfast was awesome, the staff of the hotel were kind and friendly. Quattro Restaurant and Pirates restaurant are great, plus they make good drinks 🍻. Very clean property.

My experience here was great. The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. We had complimentary breakfast which was really good. The hotel is walking distance from a supermarket and McDonald’s and taco bell. The hotel was affordable considering the other hotels around the area.

Our stay at this hotel was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and taken care of in every detail. I came with my husband to celebrate our anniversary at Quattro Restaurant, and everything exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding—Emmanuel and Pablo were incredibly attentive and made us feel truly taken care of throughout the evening.|The quality of the food was exceptional, each dish prepared with great flavor and attention to detail. The restaurant itself has been beautifully upgraded; the ambiance is warm, elegant, and perfect for spending time with your partner, friends, or family. It’s a space that feels inviting and special.|We will definitely be coming back.

Very lovely location, but it needs major renovations. From the pool table to the actual pool and hot tubs. The staff is amazing but the owner has the perfect hotel if he or she added upgrades.

What a classy hotel with excellent service from the bell staff, reception desk and everyone. A few went above and beyond to make sure I was good: Bernardo wirh bell staff, Randy with room service, and the man that runs the coffee shop. Muchos gracias senors! It is very clean and I am in love with the jacuzzi tub.
