UPDATE - after 2 months living in Wynwood Bay: I've lived in many condo and apartment buildings - too many to count. My experience of high rise living is EXTENSIVE. Maria is one of THE ABSOLUTE BEST property managers I have ever encountered. Top notch, first class all the way. Maria is genuinely concerned about our comforts, professional, kind and sincerely cares. She's hands on and a 'roll up her sleeves', get it done person. I moved here in mid November - have had nothing short of a great experience and I owe it all to Maria. I think she works too hard - but that's not my business Thank you Maria for making Wynwood Bay a great place to live! ---------- Although I just moved in a week ago, the staff is so kind and helpful, I felt compelled to write a review. The building is very well maintained and the amenities create a calm, atmosphere. Maria’s door is always ‘open’ to address anything you need efficiently and properly. She’s amazing! Yasmir is prompt for any maintenance issue and always brings a smile and positive attitude. I’ve lived in many high rises and can honestly say - thus far, Wynwood Bay has a great staff including Paula who is awesome, helpful and professional. My only concern is lack of 24/7 concierge but staying hopeful that maybe that will change. Great location, immaculate building - would recommend!

We have been at Wynwood Bay for three years now and happy with our choice. The staff is very attentive, and responsive to all of our needs. The manager made a lot of improvements to the building, the maintenance team is fast and on top of everything. Extended concierge hours were a nice addition. Sadly, we will move out at the end of our lease, because of a job transfer. But we definitely will recommend Wynwood Bay to our friends.

Very low end for the price you pay. I prefer not to waste more of my energy by going into great details but this is a low budget residential building. Manager thinks she knows everything and acts like you know nothing. We have 2 months left and excited to get out!!! If you’re in your 20’s and first apt- it’s awesome for u. If you’ve been married, lived many places? This is lower end-living. Not suitable for anyone who is accustomed to mid-high level living. No 24 hr concierge, appliances are crap. Prices are far too high for what you get. Good luck but pls look elsewhere first.

I've been living at Wynwood Bay for almost a year now and I love it! The apartments are great value for being right on Biscayne and pretty big too. The gym is very big and has more equipment than your typical apartment gym. Management is very responsive with any maintenance needed and keep the community quite clean.

Paula was amazing! She gave me a super thorough tour of Wynwood Bay and was by far the best agent I’ve spoken to. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients — highly recommend!

I actually enjoyed living in this building - and even wrote positive reviews before. However, the move-out experience has been absolutely awful and extremely frustrating. Wynwood Bay is charging me PAST my lease end date even though I moved out early. My lease ended July 14th, I moved out June 30th, they want to charge me through July 30th - and at a higher rental rate! Management knew of my plans to move out early - and I gave “formal” notice almost 45 days before my lease end date. What they are doing is illegal (I am a lawyer and did my research - they did not provide me with notice required under Florida law to be able to charge me past my lease end date.) Aside from the legal aspect, who does that??? To a tenant who always paid on time, never caused any issues, and in fact contributed to the community. I have had countless conversations and email communications with management to explain why this is inappropriate and it's all fallen on deaf ears (or they just stop responding). I have wasted countless hours on this. Absolutely terrible experience. Watch your back with these people.

Shout out to the maintenance team here - they're outstanding! Prompt in responding to requests and every interaction I’ve had with them has been friendly and professional. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and with positivity.

Love living here! The views, the location, the amenities and the staff is amazing. I really like the area and the fact I can just walk to my favorite local spots.

Spacious apartments with high ceilings and breathtaking views. Compared to the newest buildings in the neighborhood you get more space for what you pay. Came for a tour as a friend just moved in the building and could not be happier. We were impressed with the building and the amenities. We are not moving until Summer but definitely keep them on our shortlist.

Worst place I've EVER LIVED. They kept my security deposit and refuse to give me a returned phone call or invoice of the work done. No security, bills get bigger and bigger every month, hot tub constantly broken, no Maintenance guy, no upper management; no sense of a community STAY AWAY
