X Factory

An incredible place to eat for anyone who loves Georgian Cuisine and culture. The food was superb, just like what you'd get in a restaurant in Georgia itself. The atmosphere and mood was even better, with live Georgian music and singing. The owner of the place even gifted a bottle of Georgian wine as I knew some Georgian songs and some of their culture. That was such a cool experience. Can recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!

Me and my friend stopped by at X factory (the smaller one next to the restaurant) for some chicken shawarma. She recommended me this place because she knows I love georgian food. It was immaculate. I ate the entire thing and wanted more. For the price of roughly 12$, you get a big serving size. It was so so delicious I will be putting my friends onto this place.

We had the most wonderful dining experience tonight. The food was absolutely exceptional and every dish was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor. The service was equally impressive; our server was kind, attentive, and took the time to explain the menu while offering great suggestions and options. The atmosphere made the evening even more special, especially with the live music adding such a charming touch. It felt warm, welcoming, and elegant all at once. Went to X-Factory on a friday night with my friends and we had the best time! The food was absolutely amazing, and I liked that they had different options for khinkali aside from the original meat filling. We got to listen to live music and dance! 100% recommend!!!

Tried this place for the first time after visiting many Georgian restaurants in New York. Unfortunately, the food was average, the prices were unjustifiably high, and the service was below average. The staff clearly lacks basic service standards, which is disappointing. I regret the money I spent here.

I googled this place and saw that they have wifi. When I got there, I checked outside, if they do have wifi... it says "factory-guest" something like that and it was locked. I was planning on dining there while using wifi to just play video games; enjoy coffee, food and etc. I walked in, and waited for a nonchalant waitress to ask me what I want. I'm pretty sure I was not dressed like a bum for her to treat me like one. I asked her if the establishment has wifi for paying customers, and she replied coldly,"no". Ok, so they have wifi, and they still say they don't... interesting. The waitress was very unwelcoming. I was deciding to come here or go to Sunflower cafe. Sunflower cafe was PACKED! I don't like crowded places so I wanted to give this place a try; they are empty for a reason. The waitress was definitely not meant for customer service.

The service was disgusting. The lady on the front was totally out of her mind. The Shawarma they sell is dry and meet totally burned out , when I complained about it, she’s like oh we have to cook it well , I tried so many different places that sells Georgian Shawarma. I never had this kind of experience very low quality your food. Will never come back !!!!!!!
