Xanadu Main Beach Resort

My sister and I had a wonderful 3 night stay in a two bedroom apartment in the North Tower. The unit was exactly as described and suited us perfectly. Such a lovely roomy apartment that had everything we needed for our stay. The views were magnificent. Check-in was seamless and the staff very friendly and gave clear instructions. Car parking was easy to find and the car spaces were a generous size. The unit was very quiet and the beds, pillows all very comfortable and the unit immaculately clean. We received a special rate for our stay as it was part of a bulk booking for an event nearby so we considered the price was good value. Starter kit of coffee, tea and other kitchen basics were plentiful and the bathroom supplies were lovely. There really was not one thing we could fault about our stay.

Very comfortable room layout with 2 balconies, proper lounge and living areas . Kitchen stocked with most appliances required for a good stay. Laundry in apartment very useful. Views excellent.|Heated pool, spa and sauna was great for my joints!|Overall I’d give this apartment a 4.5 star rating. A few lights needed replacing , but it didn’t affect our stay. Appears to be a well managed resort going by the cleanliness and obvious well maintained gardens and grounds.

Love this resort! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Xanadu this year, both times as part of seminars & holidays. the apartments are huge and spacious, love the layout & the views over the ocean from the balconies. What a view to enjoy drinkies & watch the surfers. So close to the beach, and my new favoutire cafe, The Winey Cow was just 1min walk away. The shops & restaurants etc on Tedder St are just a 2-minute walk, and I think we went to almost all of them! Great cafes, service & atmosphere. The Electric Tram is just 4mins walk, so cheap & convenient. We loved our stay & will be back again in 2026.

My wife & I stayed at the Xanadu for 9 nights and loved every minute. On arrival,|we were told we have been upgraded to the Executive suite on the 22nd floor - OMG what a room. Spectacular views with every amenity you could think off. Goodies on the dining table when we walked in and the size of the apartment was huge. Absolutely blown away and will definitely be staying again.

A luxurious experience with an amazing view. We loved our stay. The lounge and bed were very comfortable and the kitchen was terrific. |The only small negative was that pool towels are not provided, you have to rent them.

A great place to stay. Fantastic views. Very spacious. Lovely pool and BBQ area. Just a short stroll to the beach. Close to some great restaurants and so easy to catch the tram to Surfers Paradise. Will be back again.

We had the most amazing stay at Xanadu Main Beach Resort in April 2025. The staff were friendly and helpful, directing us to the basement carpark with ease. The rooms were lovely! So well appointed, comfortable - they had everything a family of 4 needed while on holiday. It was clean and tidy, and felt like an upmarket home away from home. The pools, spa & gym were a great addition to our stay, and we took advantage of the pools every day we were there, regardless of the weather. The communication before we arrived was excellent, and I honestly can't rate this resort high enough. Thank you so much for a brilliant stay, we will be back!

Everything about Xanadu was excellent. The management and staff where extremely professional and friendly at all times. The resort facilities are extensive and extremely well maintained. Our apartment was equipped to meet every need and spotlessly clean. The complex is only a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Tedder Ave or the Yacht and Surf Clubs. We would not consider any other venue when holidaying on the Gold Coast.
