XANADU RESIDENCE

the houses here are really good and well maintained and the houses up the hill is very spacious with some even having a personal sauna but the garage is a bit small we had to park our car diagonally and during the winter ice builds up on the roads that are go from the bottom to top of the residence and one miss step and your hurling down hill witch can result in a trip to the hospital, they really need to melt the ice on the roads.

I would give 5 stars. Nice and quiet place. Circled clubhouse will be there soon around 7240 square meters. Single, town house and apartments etcs. Really good fresh air and natural beauty.

The best residence in UB. All the facilities are well maintained, quiet, fresh air & good location right next to Zaisan tolgoi. Tennis & basketball court is nice too! Highly recommend!

Lovely residential complex with ample amenities.

Spend a night at my friends crib. Honestly, very comfy and safe place to live! Good thing they had customer service too!!!

For this price I can buy in Brooklyn single house with big yard.
