Xanascat - Alberg Torre Malagrida

It's one of those places that I wished I knew existed when I arrived in Spain. The second most gorgeous hostel I staid in and the girl at the front desk was not just nice but really caring. Olot is a unique place being so close to Barcelona, enveloped in nature (volcanic mountains overgrown with lush temperate forests and cascading waterfalls forming turquoise blue swimming pools). I made sure to spend a few days here catching the break from the heat and pollution of the city before heading north.
