Xicha (Shanghai New World City Store)

Located on the first storey on the New World City Plaza, this outlet had attracted many diners on the day of our visit. It was past 2pm and the place was super crowded and some of us could not even find a seat. Nonetheless, we placed our order at the recommendation of the staff that included the no. 1 selling tea, the blackcurrant and also the mango tea. And wow, believe you me, they were so super good. Not only it's flavourful, icy and refreshing, you can actually taste and eat the real fruits inside the tea! It was heavenly. Although it was crowded, service was quite fast too as staff were very efficient in serving, taking orders and prepping the drinks. Prices were reasonable too considering the quantity and quality! We really liked the tea! Super good!

Ordered the freshy graph and something bree oil oolong tea to go. Perfect taste both cups. I like the grapes so muchhh so refreshing for the perfect super hot summer day like this. (space to wait is quite limited, 3 stars).

The employee there is very very very rude, I’m Muslim she have put jelly for me and I didn’t order jelly in my order. She is not understanding or nice and she was screaming at me.

The chinese lady who helped me talking my order was so rude! She kept on saying all orders were out of stock except for us. At the end we discovered that she was just saying it to non-Chinese customers!

Tried it several times, great bubble milk tea.

Love the Hey Tea especially the Cheezo fruit tea. Not so many queue here.
