This is the first hotel I choose every time I come to work in Phuket and I usually stay 3-4 nights here (X21). The room balcony is very large, you can walk out to sit ,sip and relax in the evening or stay in the room and work all day. The location is perfect, you can walk to the old town area in just 5-10 minutes and it is close to the walking street on Sundays. The atmosphere around is quiet, parking space nearby, the price is reasonable, the staff is friendly and welcoming every time I come here.

This is a good hotel with an excellent location if staying in Old Town for a few days. Staff were very accommodating with check in/out as arrived late & checked out early.  It is very good value. However, downside is no lift and if at the top and heavy luggage it’s a struggle and wi-fi intermittent to non existent. We would recommend if you can overlook those issues. Lovely and clean and quirky. 🙏

Excellent boutique hotel at a super location. Room is clean and comfortable. Interior design is very unique and interesting, with antiques all around.

Xinlor was the first hotel we stayed at in Thailand for five nights. It exceeded our expectations, and we were thoroughly satisfied. The location and cleanliness were excellent. Within 100 meters, there has a great budget-friendly breakfast restaurant offering excellent service.

We have stayed here one night per now (will stay here in total of 4 nights), but already know now that we love it! It has a great location: close to restaurants, the old town of phuket and cute shops. The street itself is rather quiet at night which is good and it feels like a nice and proper neighborhood! Everything is very clean and the building has been renovated with great care and attention to detail. The history of the place is very well represented through the decoration (old tin mill factory) which gives it character. Love the atmosphere, style and the rooms are like the rest of the hotel! We had a room with a balcony, and view over the streets which was enchanting. The staff is helpful, sweet and efficient. We came two hours before the actual “check-in time” and the room was already ready for us!!

I booked the rooms and found out later than I had to pay for a simple toothbrush. The hotel given its nature of being a shophouse does not have any elevator. The staff was kind enough to help us. In the room, the mattress and bedding are quite basic. The worst things about the rooms are 1) the smell of the shower curtain which was quite damp, and 2) when I woke up in the morning the light by the sink started flickering.

The decor is beautiful when entering the hotel. Rooms not so much. Rooms are small along with even a smaller bathroom with connecting shower. Did not like that the windows, you could see directly who was staying beside you — had to keep curtains closed most of the time making the room appear dark and gloomy. If you’re staying here, it’s for the location and not bad for a nights stay.

I’m honestly so sad to leave this place – 5/5 stars! The location is perfect, the staff are hands down the friendliest I’ve met in Thailand, and the rooms are super modern and spotlessly clean. That said, the beds are *classic Thailand*: rock-hard. My spoiled European body needed some time to adjust, but hey, I survived! :D Can’t wait to come back!
