AVOID. Unless you can sleep through any level of noise, or they give you a second floor room, I would highly suggest you avoid this hotel.
Quite soon after checking in, I noticed that the rooms are not soundproofed at all. My room was on the 1st floor and the hallway passes in front of it. This means you can hear other guests walking past making noise, and slamming their room doors loudly.
I told reception quite quickly that I was concerned about the noise levels and that it may be difficult to sleep in the night - I was told that no other rooms were available. In the end my suspicions were correct, I did not sleep at all throughout the night - disturbed by unreasonable levels of noise from other guests. I had no option but to book another hotel. Xinlor hotel unfortunately wouldn't even refund half of what I paid, so I lost my money on the 3 nights I booked.
Only after insisting I wanted a partial refund, reception called the manager, who then said they had another room on the second floor where the noise wasn't bad. I was told originally that no other rooms were available, and because of this I booked another hotel and ended up paying more money.
Very poor customer service, no integrity at all.
