I had high expectations for XLine Dubai Marina, but unfortunately, I wasn’t entirely impressed. The zip line itself was thrilling, and the views of the marina were amazing. However, the service didn’t meet my expectations. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful when it came to answering questions or assisting with the process.
The experience could have been much more enjoyable if the personnel had been more attentive and welcoming. It’s unfortunate, as the location and activity have great potential.
One of the staff members appeared quite sick, possibly with the flu, and was in close contact with people without wearing a mask, which made me uncomfortable.
Additionally, the personnel at the counter were not helpful or welcoming, and I felt the entire process lacked proper customer service. Considering the high price for such an activity, I expected a more professional and pleasant experience.
For the cost, I believe there's room for significant improvement in both the service and health safety protocols.
I’m not sure if I’d return, but if you're considering it, just be aware of the service aspect!
