XLine Dubai Marina

Very cool attraction on the map of Dubai with lots of adrenaline! the place of the descent starts in the Marina from which you can see Dubai from a different perspective. However I expected a longer descent (not only 1 minute) and a different approach to the client. apart from that, I highly recommend this attraction to test yourself and your abilities!

I had high expectations for XLine Dubai Marina, but unfortunately, I wasn’t entirely impressed. The zip line itself was thrilling, and the views of the marina were amazing. However, the service didn’t meet my expectations. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful when it came to answering questions or assisting with the process. The experience could have been much more enjoyable if the personnel had been more attentive and welcoming. It’s unfortunate, as the location and activity have great potential. One of the staff members appeared quite sick, possibly with the flu, and was in close contact with people without wearing a mask, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the personnel at the counter were not helpful or welcoming, and I felt the entire process lacked proper customer service. Considering the high price for such an activity, I expected a more professional and pleasant experience. For the cost, I believe there's room for significant improvement in both the service and health safety protocols. I’m not sure if I’d return, but if you're considering it, just be aware of the service aspect!

XLine Dubai was an absolutely thrilling experience! Flying over the Dubai Marina at such high speed gave me an adrenaline rush like never before. The staff was professional and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout. The views from above were stunning — the skyscrapers, the water, the city vibes — all combined into one unforgettable ride. If you’re looking for adventure in Dubai, this is a must-try!

A great experience in the heart of Dubai Marina. Friendly and professional staff at all stages of the day, on time schedule and well organised. You will check in at Dubai Marina Mall, where their office is located on the 2nd floor parking opposite Waitrose. From here you are taken by mini bus to the launch site which is just a 5-10 minute drive. Once you reach the top you have time to admire the view and take some pictures before being suited up and you’re ready to go in less than 10 minutes. The ride itself is comfortable, completely safe and gives you stunning views of the marina as you pass over the water back to Dubai Marina Mall. All photos and videos are included in the price and were available in less than 48 hours after the experience. The price is slightly higher than the Zipline at Ras Al Khaimar, however it was a great experience and I would recommend. If you return for a second go, they offer a big discount for you.

Brilliant experience and very friendly staff at Dubai XLine. A great addition for your trip. Thoroughly recommend it. The only difficulty I had was locating the office you meet at before the event due to a lack of signage in the Marina Mall. It is located effectively in a corner of a multi storey car park and is clear to see once you're there.

Very Thrilling & Super exciting experience, A must have thing in Dubai, to be honest it is scary while preparing for it on terrace of that heighted building, but once it started, fears turned to my one of the most thrilling as well exciting experience of my life!

It was a fantastic experience that could not be done anywhere. It was a little difficult to find the waiting area after parking, but all procedures at the waiting area were very fast and simple. The view of Dubai from the top was indescribably great, and the service of the staff, such as photography and video shooting. I could feel the meticulous consideration of the staff who calmed my nervousness with light jokes. If you want unforgettable memories with your lovers and family, I highly recommend you try Zip Line.
