XLine Dubai Marina

Such a great experience! For those who live extreme experiences, it is not the most scary but definitely worth it. Super well organized, from the order process to the actual activity. The great plus is the go pro video each participant gets. Still waiting for it so hopefully it is in good quality. The office is in the parking lot of the marina mall which is a grès place to go to, before and after the zip line.

Little hard to find but people will help! We were half hr late but they were surprisingly still waiting for us! They were all fantastic friendly funny professional and swift. Possessions are safe in a locker and have water coolers. You can take your phone! They put it in a fanny pack and strap it you somehow. Makes it convenient to get pix up there before flying. They hand it right back to you as soon as you’re being unharnessed. This is the smoothest running operation I’ve ever seen! So worth it it was exhilarating!! View was amazing we could see the Palm while getting harnessed! The flight is beyond words. Just amazing all around good job you guys!! Highly recommend!

Dubai Marina X-line ,A Must-Do Adventure! This was an absolutely thrilling experience! The views were beyond spectacular Dubai truly knows how to take your breath away. What sets Dubai apart is how 100% safe every adventure feels. I’ve tried activities in other countries too, but honestly, nothing matches the safety standards and professionalism of Dubai. The entire experience was well-organized, and the team made us feel secure and comfortable throughout. **Bonus: They provide you with high-quality photos and videos so you can relive this memory forever. Highly recommend this if you’re in Dubai, don’t miss it!

We went before sunset and you go to a rooftop with a gorgeous view of Dubai Ain the ferris wheel and the marina. Then you fly down! It seems scary at first but when I actually started flying down I couldn’t stop smiling😊 definitely recommend!

Very cool attraction on the map of Dubai with lots of adrenaline! the place of the descent starts in the Marina from which you can see Dubai from a different perspective. However I expected a longer descent (not only 1 minute) and a different approach to the client. apart from that, I highly recommend this attraction to test yourself and your abilities!

Bought my daughter this experience for her Xmas. Great experience and very well organised. Only disappointment was not being able to go down together at the same time as advertised. Only notified when we checked in. Would highly recommend.

Smooth process from check in to when you disembark from the line. Staff were friendly, keen on safety and very patient.

I had high expectations for XLine Dubai Marina, but unfortunately, I wasn’t entirely impressed. The zip line itself was thrilling, and the views of the marina were amazing. However, the service didn’t meet my expectations. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful when it came to answering questions or assisting with the process. The experience could have been much more enjoyable if the personnel had been more attentive and welcoming. It’s unfortunate, as the location and activity have great potential. One of the staff members appeared quite sick, possibly with the flu, and was in close contact with people without wearing a mask, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the personnel at the counter were not helpful or welcoming, and I felt the entire process lacked proper customer service. Considering the high price for such an activity, I expected a more professional and pleasant experience. For the cost, I believe there's room for significant improvement in both the service and health safety protocols. I’m not sure if I’d return, but if you're considering it, just be aware of the service aspect!
