We were on a euro trip with our cousins and were blown away by the massive rooms and views from the hotel. Well within our budget and just a tram ride away from major Amsterdam attractions. 100% would recommend for solo, couple or family travellers. Very vibrant colors in the room.

Don’t feel like a 4 star hotel. The room is slightly outdated, marks on the walls and using duct tapes to seal the windows lol. We extend one night and there were a 10€ upgrade fee and were told to pay it when we check out. Later the staffs made calls, send email and chase you around for the 10€, they even disable our room keys when we have already paid for it. We move the rest of the nights to a nearby hotel (Corendon) and it’s so much nicer.

Really great hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful big rooms with spacious shower rooms. Really nice touch in giving small gifts to the kids||Breakfast is really good, and great value.||Tram to all the tourist spots, runs every 10 minutes from right outside the hotel and takes less than 15 minutes to get into the centre||Really cant fault the place

Disappointing; Poor room condition, very unprofessional handling of payment issue, self check-in only. The room was in poor condition — with multiple damages, taped-up windows, marks and scratches on the walls. It was far too expensive considering the state of the room. The hotel operates with self check-in only, which made communication and problem-solving more difficult when issues arose. We extended our stay by one night and had to upgrade the booking to remain in the same room, which required an additional payment of €10. I was told to pay this amount at checkout. However, the next day I received both a message with a link asking me to pay the €10 within one hour and a phone call from the hotel insisting that I make the payment immediately. I paid it online, even though I had been instructed to settle it at checkout. When we returned to our room that night, our key cards had been disabled. We had to go back to reception and explain the situation. At first, the staff didn’t believe that I had paid online and even claimed that online payment wasn’t possible. After some time, they eventually found the payment in their system and reactivated our cards. I found this entire situation very unprofessional — being called, inconvenienced, and spoken to disrespectfully over €10 was completely unnecessary. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

I stayed here for 2 days. Check-in and check-out were quick via self-service screens. The room was a perfect size and had a comfortable bed and good pillows. The bathroom was also very clean and modern. The location was great, close to many attractions. It was also convenient to have underground private parking, although I think €20 per day is a bit too expensive.

Great stay, tram right outside hotel to get to central . Local supermarkets less than 5 minute walk from hotel! We got the train from airport to first stop and then walked 15 mins to hotel - couldn’t fault. A lot quieter around hotel locals area. Hotel was lovely very clean and spacious & had great air con!!! Only problem we had was the coffee machine broke on last bru around - can’t really complain as that was the only problem!

The hotel was fine overall. The rooms were not very modern and fresh but overall well maintained. The water pressure was outstanding. Unfortunately the mini fridge has black mould inside. The room had no proper glasses for wine or beer (only plastic glasses in the bathroom) and when we asked the staff about it they couldn’t provide them also. The room didn’t have any body lotion as well. Overall for 150 EUR per night in a distant location you expect more. However, the hotel is conveniently located 20 mins from the airport so if you need to catch an early flight but still want to go to the city center then it can be a reasonable compromise

Very helpful staff, good transport links into Amsterdam about 15-20 minutes on tram. Very good rooms. Only problem was no bar / food / drinks services apart from 2 machines. They have a bar area so should serve drinks snacks, have to go to other hotels in the area for a drink.
