Rooms are modern and spacious. Shower is amazing! The staff we interacted with were very friendly. The man at reception spoke English, french. The tram line 2 is outside the hotel door. It's actually a very scenic ride and you will get to central station within 15 or 20 minutes and within walking distance of all the main attractions within 15. The price was very good. I assume this is because it's not in the central area but honestly we preferred that. There are restaurants around the hotel and a well known park we never made it too. I would definitely recommend

I had a very pleasant stay at XO Hotels Couture. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transport, making it simple to get around the city. Overall, great value for money and a relaxing experience. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The location was ideal, with a tram stop right outside that took us straight into the city centre, extremely convenient for getting around. The only real downside was that we couldn’t use the bath tub in our room because there was no plug. When we rang reception, we were told the plugs had been removed and couldn’t be provided to guests, which was disappointing. This meant we had to stick to showers throughout our stay. The hotel operates mostly on a self-service basis, with self check-in/check-out and vending/coffee machines available instead of traditional services. This suited us fine as we were mainly using the hotel as a base and didn’t use many of the facilities. Overall, a good stay with just one small let-down. In response to XO Hotel Comment; Hi XO Hotels, I did mention the bathtub plug during my stay, as I spoke directly to your staff. They informed me that it’s a hotel rule, no bath plugs are allowed in any of the rooms. So, either this is an official policy and it should be clearly stated, or your staff are a little misinformed. Either way, it would be great to own it rather than imply it could have been handled differently.

Google
This is an honest review. It was fabulous. The hotels in the city are crazy expensive and we chose this for our 5 nights stay. It was quite affordable and we did not have much expectations. However, it was beyond what we could have comprehended. The lady at the reception was quite lovely. She offered a hotel branded soft toy to my 4 year old, which made his day. The hotel is elegant and neat. Rooms were cleaned everyday. It was prim for Christmas celebtraions. As for connectivity, the hotel is connected with Tram no. 2, which goes to all the way to the Central Station via all the spots that you would want to visit in Amsterdam. And the tram stop is just outside the hotel! The returning tram drops you less than 50 meters away from the hotel. The area felt safe and residential. Over all it was a good experience. Shout out to the lady who helped us with the check in and gave a toy to my son! :)

Google
We stayed three nights and had a great stay. Nice room with a big bathroom and shower, not typical European WC. We arrived early and stored our luggage until check-in. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. Tram stop right out front and only 3 stops from Museumplein. The neighborhood around us was amazing. Vondelpark only 5 minutes away and on the edge of the Jordaan. Always felt safe, even returning late at night.

Google
Genuinely lovely and clean hotel which I got at a very reasonable price for 3 nights over new year. It is right outside the tram stop to great coffee shops and restaurant districts. The staff are professional and kind. Good vending machines too. Location by canal and metro also 15 min walk. Only thing I’d change is perhaps the pillows which are very very puffy and almost make me sit up as I sleep and also there is LOTS of signs stating no smoking and possession drugs on hotel premises illegal which I totally understand however it is very intense given the fact a lot of tourists who come here will smoke and as long as they don’t smoke in and around the hotel, aren’t causing problems. Thanks for a great stay

Google
Nice hotel, big rooms, modern feel. You won't need to interact with the staff at all. Self check in and check out. No room service but they do offer breakfast. Well connected with tram number 2 leaving every 10 minutes right from the gate of this hotel to Amsterdam central.

Google
Very nice experience, you can park for only 25€ for 24 hours. The tram ist just over the street 30 seconds from the hotel. Al our wishes for fullfille we were on the 8th floor and our baby got a little Panda as present. Tim from the reception was very lovely.🥰

Yelp
Pretty nice hotel I stayed at with my party of 3. When it came to checking in, there was some confusion however and it took us some time to get checked in and settled to our rooms. Each day you are charged a certain amount for breakfast and it wasn't included in the stay, which was a bummer, so we opted out and ended up hitting up a Lidl nearby to grab food. When we finally got to our room, the room was nice and clean, and it had two beds in the room, the beds were a bit small but by the time we got to our rooms, i was just glad to get off of my feet. The room was really clean and had shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms which o me was a good thing to have, because this was nearing the end of our trip and I was running low of my toiletries.

Yelp
Wow, I really have to say that I am convinced of the quality in this Best Western Hotel. So I have to give 5 stars, especially considering the price! So, the hotel is very stylish from its interior design. The lobby has many wooden elements and some modern kind of objects floating up in the air above the bar. To check in, you can use the self-check in terminal - type in your name, piece of cake! I got my room on the 7th floor with a nice view over the area, a little bit off from the old, traditional Amsterdam city center. Everything is nice and modern - also in the room, a lot of wooden Mahagoni elements. A large and comfy bed! Well, only the carpet seems like directly taken from Space Invaders on LSD or something and is a bit too colorful. Anyhow, I really dig the room, it is space and nicely decorated with 2 modern chairs, a stylish lamp like from the 70s in the corner by the window and a lot of different direct and indirect lighting. On the right hand site if the space desk, there is a Nespresso machine with some capsules for free, tea and some free water - I like! The bathroom has a nice shower and is also large enough. Well, nothing much left to be desired, really! There's also a small gym with some treadmills and stuff. Breakfast - like usually - I did not have, so I can't tell. The best thing is yet to come, for 3 nites I pay € 210,- so 70 per night. For this whole package, I have to give 5 starts and the hotel staff is also very cool!

Yelp
Got a room here for a night since we landed at 4pm and had a train at 5 in the morning to Paris (short stay). The location itself was not bad in regards to distance to the city but it was in a pretty secluded area. The check in process is really easy and automated which made it great to go straight to the room. Once in the room it is pretty small with no space to do much but i guess for the price it was expected. There was no iron or ironing board which i thought to be a bit weird but besides that all other accommodations were good. Bathroom and shower were great. For a short stay it is a good location.

Yelp
This hotel only has two bed options: one King sized bed or two twin-sized beds that are actually connected and are basically also a King sized bed. The rooms are also super tiny (though the bathrooms are somewhat spacious). You can check-in on a computer screen and get your key that way. Our room was decent, but just way too cramped. The location is a bit outside of town but you can take the tram directly in (and there is a ticket machine at the stop as well). This was the best hotel we could find for the price, but it was still relatively expensive at $176 USD per night. I'd stay here again if it was still the best value, but would recommend looking for other options.

Yelp
Good hotel very in a safe area a little bit far from downtown but you can walk (30 minutes -40 minutes) or take the tram in front of the hotel! Also you can buy passes from the front desk! Defintely worth the money!

Yelp
Aleksandra, the receptionist at the front desk, should get 10 stars. She was beyond helpful. It was the type of customer service we used to see long ago. She was prompt, courteous and friendly. She also helped me find things around town. If it weren't for her this review would be worse. To be fair the price was reasonable and the room was clean. The coffee maker didn't work and two days in a row I had ro have the safe reset. Aside from her it was an unimpressive stay.

Yelp
This hotel was fantastic! it is beautiful, the staff is great! The tram is just across the street and we were able to buy unlimited two day passes for 15 Euro from the front desk. The room was the nicest I have ever experienced at a Best Western (or most hotels I have stayed at) I have zero complaints - this was a great place to stay (and I am very picky)

Yelp
Amazing hôtel, rooms are confortable and beautiful. Good location, in front of tram, 10/15min to Amsterdam center. Hôtel très bien, les chambres sont confortables et la salle de bain est belle et propre. Très bon emplacement juste devant le tram, à environ 10/15 min du centre d'Amsterdam.

Yelp
So disappointed with this choice of hotel. We needed a central location due to a foot injury. We were assured it was a central location by the booking agent. The nearest store to buy water or places to eat are at least 10 min away. Hotel staff were not helpful at all when asking where nearest store or places to eat were. We were told the nearest were about a 10 min tram ride and to get off at a stop and look around. We were also assured there was refrigeration in the room again a necessity not an option. Also not true. The rooms are dated. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom amenities are also not good products. This is not a "premier" hotel rather a low budget but expensive one with no amenities

Yelp
I love this place. It is out a ways from town, but the tram is directly in front. Can buy tram tickets at the front desk. The staff are great. The doors are soft close so you don't wake up the whole floor when exiting your room. They must have quite a bit of noise insulation as I did not hear my neighbors until they really turned up the volume, after which the desk clerk came up and told them to quiet down. Nice breakfast, free fruit later on. Stay here.

Yelp
This hotel is located smack dab at a tram stop far from downtown. It is a bit run down for the price, but the breakfast was good and the front desk very personable. Housekeepiing was a little careless during our stay, but not enough to be a deal breaker. I'd consider staying here again.

Yelp
We stayed here for three nights in March 2015. There was not much info about this hotel before we came here but it turned out to be a great choice. Although it is not in downtown area, it has easy access to downtown Amsterdam and major attractions. You may take tram 2 where the Delfandlaan stop is just across the street. It takes about 10 minutes to museum area and about 20 minutes to Amsterdam central. If you like to stay in downtown, this is not for you. If you have limited budget, this is a great deal cause for the price under $100, you get spacious room, Nespresso machine in room, quiet environment and clean beds. The breakfast ( €15) is also good for the selection and you can get €2.5 discount if you book in advance. BTW, if you take intercity train to Amsterdam, you may also get off in Amsterdam Lelylaan station and walk to the hotel in 15 minutes. But it's not recommended if you have big luggages or have seniors in the group.

Yelp
The staff is helpful -- after they find out you already have a reservation and are staying here. If you don't look the part, they don't really take you serious -- which is ridiculous for how cheap this hotel is. The hotel itself is very clean, very regal looking, the rooms are ample and comfortable. The gym is a joke, it has a treadmill, elliptical, lifted abs, and some weights. It's a bit disorganized too. There isn't a pool or hot tub, there isn't a laundry center. The hotel is conveniently next to the 2 Tram, which works out if you're headed toward centraal or any place in that vicinity. I gave the hotel 4 stars for the value and cleanliness, but I'd give the staff 2 stars for their customer service.
