Jacqueline and our other servers were SO amazing. the food was th best food we had thus far in our first trip to Lima, and they gave us an experience to remember for my birthday. I will definitely be back to visit again sometime. Muchas gracias!

This is a top-quality dining experience. Chef Ralf and the rest of the team took us on such an interesting culinary journey through Peru. The presentation and preparation of the food is incredible, and the dishes are both creative and innovative while being rooted in Peru's diverse beautiful culture.

Best meal of the year! Vladimir provided us with great recommendations. From the appetizers to the entree, everything was delicious. Each dish felt well thought out and each ingredient intentional. Would recommend for a date night as well.

The food was amazing! They try different ingredients using classic Peruvian dishes, although they’re different. The taste and variety of flavors is great! Service was 10/10. Definitely a good place to be with your special person.

Pros: friendly, welcoming and warm staff. Great service! The desert with a donut fried in the shape of an ice cream cone was the highlight of the meal. Perfectly executed. Cons: the 17 course tasting menu is well-done but no surprises or exciting flavour combinations to be experienced sadly. A lot of excellent ceviche dishes but the main gimmick is liquid nitrogen frozen leche de Tigre, and experiencing that once is enough, when it’s repeated it’s a bit of a head scratcher. The restaurant was quite empty when I visited and there is no beverage pairing, cocktails are also very expensive and weren’t top notch. If trying to decide which restaurant to visit in Lima I would highly recommend visiting Merito and giving Xoma a pass if you’re pressed for time.

Everything was amazing, great service. The curry fish was decent but I would’ve liked It to be cooked more and seasoned more as well.

An amazing culinary experience in a relaxing atmosphere, with friendly staff. The chefs impressively experiment with local and traditional ingredients, transforming them into artistic and modern creations. Well done to the entire Xoma team!

What a tasty food and experience. I highly recommend this place. The combinations and fresh products in every dish is amazing! The service was the best
