"The Riviera Maya’s most beautifully styled adventure park begins with a reception area inside a natural cave. Tours here include Latin America’s highest zip lines over the tropical forest, amphibious vehicles you drive through caves and jungles, and swimming and rafting through underground rivers. Though Xplor is a family-friendly attraction, it may be better suited to teens and adults because of the physical activity required. If you don’t have all day, book Xplor Fuego, the nighttime admission: Temperatures are cooler, torchlight adds an exotic touch, and you soar over the trees by moonlight."

I went to Xplor Park with my son on a Tuesday and we had a great time overall. The zip lines were the highlight for both of us, really thrilling and definitely something we’ll remember. We also enjoyed the underground rivers and the park was clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the day. The food was just okay and unfortunately there were quite a few flies around the buffet, which was a bit off-putting. One other thing to note is that the photos they take throughout the park are way too expensive, which was disappointing because we would have loved to take some home. Even with those issues, we still had a fun experience. The park gets pretty crowded, even on a weekday, but it didn’t ruin the day. I’d give it between 4 and 5 stars and recommend it to families looking for a bit of adventure.

So, so fun! Definitely take your time to plan everything since the park gets really busy, so I recommend getting in early! But as I said, this place is so much fun, the activities are fun and really put you in. My favourite was the river swim! Seeing the insides of a cavern is a wonderful experience! Either alone or with your family/friends, you'll have a great time! Just remember to make time to eat something at the buffet 😋

Great family experience! Bring good water shoes, I saw many people walking around missing one or both shoes, from the water rides. Our family of 5 had a blast, the youngest was 9, so there was some tandem zip lines so he wouldn't get stuck. The water slide was 1.5-hours most of the day, so we skipped that. Arrive early, play hard, have an early lunch, play hard, then enjoy one last meal before you leave.

The lunch buffet was amazing: lots of options and healthy alternatives. The park was well maintained, each attraction takes around 30min to 1 hour. We went on a Saturday and our guide told us it would be crowded (3000 people) but the queues were rather short and sometimes there were no queues at all. Highly recommended when you are looking for some thrills.

Most fun we’ve had in 4 trips in the Q-roo. Wow!! Adventure and Adrenaline, but come with your disney world face…walk, march, keep moving, keep walking, line up, engage, smile for the birdie…repeat. Needs to stay open later, all Xcarret parks need to have longer hours. Not enough time to do everything and for the ticket price, not cool that u pretty much need to skip eating if i want to get to everything. Also need better wait time indicators. The green light, yellow and red really only works for automobiles and roads, mot human beings. Best tip, get there as early as u can.

Fun, Fun we had a great time. I’m glad it was our first excursion because you have to be fit for that jungle. 10 zip lines, walking, hiking, required to complete the zip lines. Beautiful views , ATV, water slides. Cave swimming was so much fun. Get the picture package. The Food was amazing to be a buffet lots of options and fresh.

Google
A truly amazing place. Everything attraction we done around playa del carmen was over priced and not value for money. This place is expensive yes, but I would definitely say its value for money compared to other local attractions. The most unique element of this park is its layout. Yes its a maze but it is well sign posted and truly magnificent for it to be mostly all underground. Iv never been to a park quite like this and would happily go again. Positives Buffet - amazing, lots of choice. Line times- we just had to queue twice. Once for the rafts for 30 min and then 50 min for water slide. We arrived for 9, started with zipping which had no line and proceeded to all attractions..we just had to wait for 2 of them and got all done. The park itself Phenomenal layout, unique underground experience like no other. Negatives You can only buy all pictures and not induvidual. We opted not to buy any pics. There was one picture we wanted and would have happily paid for that if we were allowed. Definetly loosing out on money because of this. When we went on the zip line they would not allow us to go seperate. After paying about 135 euro for tickets you would imagine you could take a sole run. We begged can we do seperate and the guy just proceded to not listen and said "better together" proceeding to rope us together. After the first run we decided to split up in line and pretend we didnt know each other which then worked. Water slide We were a group of 3 and had to wait a half hour before they allowed us queue till a 4th from a seperate group joined. Slightly annoying but nothing that could of helped that.

Google
Awesome zip lining experience (just be prepared for a lot of climbing to the top)... there are 13 lines in total, some that take you through a waterfall at the end! Fun driving the side-by-side jeeps through the jungle and caves. Paddling on underground streams was unique. Food buffet included was AMAZING! Huge variety of yummy food (try the pibil!). Juice breaks in shade huts as well. Spent the whole day and loves it.

Yelp
Had an awesome time visiting with family. We visited Xcaret and Xplor and I was kind of concerned with Xplor since I had two seniors and one kid under 10. I assumed Xcaret would be more for them but overall my family enjoyed Xplor more. Got picked up early in the morning and we were done before 5pm. The Zip line and the underground river was the highlight of our trip. We didn't get to do the water slides as one of my kids were scared. The ATV ride was very bumpy and we didn't want to get wet but we did. My suggestions if visiting is to do the water slides and zip lines first as they get backed up the most. We did the underground river first and then changed into dry clothes. This was the same strategy suggested at Xcaret. You will get wet in the zip lines and in the ATV ride. Bring water shoes and bring dry shoes. We only brought water shoes and it was pretty uncomfortable and wet the entire day. The lunch was fantastic! They had ayce lobster! I think it was seasonal and we just got lucky. I saw other pics and they had crab legs instead. Best of all, you can stop by unlimited times. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
Worth the money & time!!!! Greatly enjoyed the tunnel , You should go Yes 4sho, Make sure to take in all their shows, well worth it.

Yelp
A ton more walking than I expected and in water shoes, it's super hard. I'm not sure how people managed to bring kids here because the walking alone was exhausting as an adult and hard on your feet in the flimsy $40 water shoes you may have to buy if your shoes don't suffice. It felt a bit like Disney world- walk in a long entrance and wait in line for 25 mins to check in. Walk another 10 to find lockers. No clear instructions on when you need shoes and don't- we get to the line for the slide and they make us buy shoes- ok. We come back and then my dry bag didn't comply with their size limits- they didn't offer me one of the 6 lockers there but rather I had to walk all the way back to my locker. Long line for river rafting whole time so we did the river walk which was a super long walk to. We enjoyed the hammock zip line into water. We only hit 3 items in 4 hours due to all the lines.

Yelp
Xplor was so incredibly fun. I definitely pushed the envelope of what I would have thought my comfort zone would be, and had an absolute blast doing it ;-)

Yelp
An awesome park with excursions. The buffet is also good with many options to choose from. The ATV/car ride was my favorite. Xcaret and its parks are a must...

Yelp
Xplor park was a fun and exciting day! If you like to be active and have your adrenaline pumping then this is the park for you! I definitely recommend paying for the shuttle service. This service picked us up from our resort at 7:50am, brought us to Xplor and took us back to our resort after the park closed at 5pm. Be prepared to be there for 8 hours. Bring a towel and change of clothes so you feel clean and dry for the ride home. The buffet was good but don't leave your plate unattended because the birds fly in and eat off the plates lol! The zip lining was safe and fun. We zip lined for almost 3 hours after completing both circuits!! We did everything except the hammock splash, we ran out of time and we're tired near the end of the day! We purchased the photo package which was definitely worth it, however they said it was $89 USD but they charged my debit card $119 so I'm not sure why that extra $30 was added on.

Yelp
Staff for most part was all friendly. Some on the ziplines did not speak English so there was some struggle if you have questions. If you are from out of the country and don't have a rental car I'd book the shuttle. It takes you both ways and is apparently much less than a taxi. There is a buffet included. And it had so much food and drink! Everything was clearly labeled and had allergen labels on it. If you have dietary issues this was so helpful and appreciated . There is stuff for you if you are gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. The rides were fun. If I skipped one it would have been boat ride. We got stuck behind a lady and her kid. Instead of letting us pass she just made us help her get unstuck the whole ride. So that one didn't end up being overly fun Definitely worth the money! (We did xplore fuego 530-11 pm)

Yelp
This place is highly recommended, highly recommended to attend night-time during feugo.... Came back here twice if we so fun... Fyi better be ready for a workout on the ziplines... there is alot of climbing on multiple towers but overall great time...

Yelp
My family and I had an amazing time at Xplor Park! My kids loved the ziplining the most. From swimming in the cenote to relaxing at the hammock you can spend all day here. The photo package is worth it! We received over 100 high resolution photos. The buffet was amazing and even had crab legs! They also have juice bars and snack sections everywhere. I think the whole package deal is a great value!
google avatar

Yelp
Didn't know what to expect coming here for a cruise excursion Everything was. A. Blast! We did zipline drove a dune buggy cave swam and the buffet was surprisingly very good! As a first time zip liner it was all fun and everything but it indeed gets dull Do the shorter course zip line as the 9 course one was a little too much and got repetitive. The views were splendid from the high tower though! Will definitely try their other parks! AND DEFINITELY USE THEIR AUTOMATED PICTURE SERVICE!! High quality pictures you can get digital copies of after your day!

Yelp
The park itself was okay. I would just go visit a different park by Xcaret. Food was okay nothing special. No lines were a plus but overall not as amazing as other reviews say it's just an average park.

Yelp
Oooooh I loved this adventure park!! Hours of fun!!! From the six zip lines, to the carts, the swimming in the caves, and then the food...I loved it all. Located in playa Del Carmen, this park screams culture and fun! It was 70° and a little chilly with all of the water excursions. But we still had fun and myself and son was able to go back in to the restaurant for hot tea and Coco to warm us up. Every staff here goes out of their way to assist; I must have gotten lost three times. Memories were made here!
google avatar

Yelp
This place was too much fun but make sure to get to the bus pickup spots on time. We unfortunately missed the morning bus and had to arrange for alternative transportation. Aside from this we had a blast the entire day. We were able to go through all of the zip lining, the new water slide, atv, eat twice, and do a couple of other activities before the day ended. If you're looking for an outdoor activity I would definitely check this place out but be prepared to walk a lot.

Yelp
If you ever find yourself in Cancun Mexico ( why wouldn't you anyway lol), get you some tickets to Xplor! Most resorts have a shuffle to and from the amusement park so check with your guest services. I recommend you purchase thr tickets online ( sometimes you may get a better deal or atleast a coupon). The Xplor offers an under water cave, ziplines, RVs, and all you can eat lunch! It's definitely a full day of activities so be prepared. The day goes pretty fast!

Yelp
We've been to Mexico many times. Done the other properties with this park (xcaret, xel-ha) but first time at xplor. Have to say, this place is pretty damn fun. It was off season so the crowds weren't terrible. When you get there you start and finish around the "heart" of the place. There you can see a "red, yellow, green" light system so you know what's busy, or good to go. Ours were green all day. The zip lining was amazing. So many towers and places to see while in the air. Safety was top notch. Plenty of checks and systems in place to make even paranoid me comfortable. The off road atv thing was really boring. Think gold carts with a gas motor. No real speed. Nothing to really see. But yeah. The paddle senote deal was also difficult, and not fun at all. I'd skip that again and again. Now the two senote where you float. Beautiful. Tons to see. Bats, small fish, lights that show you the beauty of the cave. Really loved this excursion. The food? Xcaret and xelha made me ready to be disappointed but my God. This was the best excursion food I've had. It was almost better than the resort. Really liked this place. They are building a huge water slide that should be open in November. Next time we're in town, I'll come back and report on that.

Yelp
I was VERY impressed with Xplor and surprisingly enjoyed it it much more than Xcaret. The park is very maneagable and well organized. I loved that it is not too big and all the attractions are included. I loved that you don't really need a map to navigate the park because there are sighs and arrows everywere and all the attractions start and end at "El Corazón" , (the heart). The lockers are conveniently located there as well. The included buffet lunch was yummy (also surprising), and had plenty of options to satisty even the pickiest of eaters. We bought our tickets online 2 weeks prior and that got us a discount. We arrived at the park 15 min before they open and that was perfect! By the time we were finished with the registration, helmets, etc. there was a line. We had read comments from some people online saying that it was best to do the zipline first because later in the day it gets crowded so that's what we did and we zipped right in (pun intended). I was not expecting the amount of stairs so beware. The stairs were welcome for me and my crew since we like to exercise and we had not worked out that day. The underground river was beautiful! We did not buy the picture package but I was able to brig my cellphone on most attractions and got some really cool pics and vids. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Yelp
This is was one of my favorite parks. You do lots of walking and all well worth it. Each activity has an adrenaline that a child to an older person can do. If you are up for fun and scenic view this is the place for you. Don't miss out and book this place! Where to go? Cancun, Mexico
google avatar

Liz B.

Yelp
So tickets to this park do seem a little pricey but what you get for your money is worth it. A day is just enough to try all activities once and to do a couple of them twice. Very well organized and extremely helpful staff! I actually have a pretty legitimate fear of heights, but I decided to go for it and had an amazing time. Also, you can pop over and get some of the best fresh juices anytime you want unlimited. And the buffet that is included might be the best I've ever had! Of the trips if you were going to skip one it would be the river "boat" trip - the river swim was amazing but the "boats" were a little awkward-it would have been easier to swim again!

Yelp
Excellent family fun day at Xplor park. Came here while staying in Tulum and have to say it was a choice well made. The Xcaret parks are very well done and have plenty to do for all ages. Recommend to conquer the zip lining first early in the day as it is a one hour affair. The park allows you to do zip lining once per visit to the park so it's good to get that out of the way. Out of the two choices for zip lining adventures I recommend the jaguar route as it's longer and more adventurous. Water shoes are recommended as your feet will certainly get wet. They say you are not allowed to carry anything on the zip lining but we saw locals and guests carrying their phones around their neck in the water proof cases and true ogs had GoPro's attached to their helmets. We opted for the photo package as there are many photo opp spots throughout the park and it seemed like decent value. The food here is delicious and there is a wide variety of food that is delicious and nutritious. Beverages are good and the Horchata is great here. The vehicle ride is bumpy but a lot of fun! Overall 5 stars!
google avatar

Andrea L.

Yelp
The activities were so much fun!! I'd love to come back. They said this is the adventure park that's a little smaller than Xcaret, I agree.
google avatar

Richard P.

Yelp
Highly recommend to do activities everytime your going to cancun, price is worth it for alot of activities, highly recommended to do the zip line first thing do be because less lines and not too hot, then ATV . Food buffet selection are taste good and after lunch should do all the water activities.

Ashley L.

Yelp
The cave activities were very exciting and fun. I enjoyed myself and would come back to explore those attractions. Please ensure you have a comfortable pair of water shoes because you will be waking a lot. The zipline was an intense experience. The people working there can come off as rude but they are doing their job to keep you safe and informed. I recommend starting your day with the zipline because it gets very busy towards the end of the day. Keep in mind the zipline has you waking up a lot of stairs! The buffet was delicious. Many different options to choose from.

Yelp
Xplor is open for the day or the nighttime under the name Xplor Fuego from 5:30 PM to 11 PM. Our tickets came with free parking, 2 lockers, one entry into the BBQ buffet with unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, and fun mostly water-based activities. We weren't sure what Xplor Fuego was going to be like and I didn't realize almost all the activities (other than the zip lines and the dry ATV ride) would be water-based and I was getting cold in the nighttime air. After going to Xcaret later, I would prefer to spend money at that park and not at Xplor as they are both pricey and I thought Xcaret was better. Xplor's activities were too long and once you started you couldn't easily stop. The first thing we did was the underground river that ended in a slide. It took us an hour from entering the park to exiting this first activity. You walk in 3-4 feet of water with a rocky bottom so you have to walk carefully as you traverse the underground winding river. The slide was very fun but over too quickly after the long trek to get there. You have the option to ride -just - the slide again but might have to wait in the inevitable line of people at the end. Getting geared up for the ziplines and waiting in that line took ~15 minutes and the ziplines themselves took about 45 minutes if you wanted to leave midway, good luck. There was no easy bail option as you went from tower to tower until the end. The ATV ride has both a 'wet' version and a 'dry' version and if you want one over the other you will have to make that request known in advance. The ATV was very fun but also you are handed the keys to an albeit slow vehicle and told to follow the road for 5km. There are attendants placed sparsely along the path, but otherwise, you are told to leave at least 10 feet of space between you and any cars ahead and to have fun. I felt like I was Lex and Tim Murphy driving their sphere in Jurassic Park, away from other people, but contained by the path ahead. I wouldn't buy the Xplor photo package again since we brought our GoPro and could take selfies and singles with it just as good as the photo package, though the cameras and the way you touch your wristband to the sensor and it takes the photo were very easy to use. If you are on a budget and bring your way to take pictures (waterproof phone pouch/GoPro) then you can skimp on the photo package. We paid $156/per person including the photos.

Yelp
We had a lot of fun, although some experiences, such as the driving in the mud experience need better safety futures and better seatbelts.

Yelp
Definitely made for the adrenaline junkies! While this place has a few different activities, they all take quite some time to complete. We got a package through our hotel and it included all the activities. My favorite one had to be the hammock landing into the water. The ziplines had great views, but it lasted very long which was a little bit exhausting in the heat. We did an underground cave swim which led to a huge waterfall. That is definitely an activity for a more experienced swimmer. You are given life jackets but there are hardly any areas to rest and there does not seem to be any lifeguards around until you get to the end. The cave swim starts off shallow and then gets quite deep. The waterfall at the end comes down very hard and you have to pass through it to exit. While it was beautiful to swim through, it was quite exhausting, almost too exhausting to complete. The ATVs were cool but not as thrilling as we expected. We got one of the photo packages which was so convenient since we were not carrying our phones around and we got some pretty cool shots. The food was also included and it was soo tasty. It was buffet style and they had a large variety of options. This place is definitely an experience for the more adventurous type!

Yelp

Anthony C.

Yelp
The zip lines were very fun. You really do feel like in the middle of the jungle because of all the vegetation. There are two courses but we only did the "deer" course. The amphibious vehicles were fun to drive around. The pictures came out great because of the areas that selfie cameras were placed. It is a lot of walking though so our feet were sore from the water shoes. But we had a great time. There are other activities as well. At night they call it Xplor Fuego. Same activities but there are torches lit all throughout the property. Gives a cool vibe.
google avatar

Kristi C.

Yelp
So fun and exciting! I can't believe I did the zip lining -especially the tallest one in the riviera maya!!!

Yelp
This place was so fun! I booked online through their website, with the added transportation package. I recommend using their buses to get there, the drive is far from the Hotel Zone (about 1 hour). The only downfall is when you are ready to go, you have to wait until 5 pm, for the buses to pick everyone up (bus pick up was at 7 am). The cave swim is scary, even with a life jacket. I am 5'2 and struggled to touch the ground most of the time. It is really pretty but without my boyfriends help, I would not have been able to do it. There are life guards to help you throughout though. Zip lining was extremely fun, I was very scared at first but I enjoyed the thrill. The scariest part was really walking up all the stairs to get the top. The zip lines do end up in water, so be prepared to get soaked! The "ATV" buggies they had are fun but.. the employee tried to kick me out the driver seat because she said I was going to fast. Personally, I think that's where the real thrill is but I still had a good time. If you go twice, they'll give you a different path the second time. The raft was fun but definitely a work out. Most people kept getting stuck, including myself! I DO recommend the picture package! We got so many good pics from it, just take advantage of all the drops throughout the different excursions. The Food: Chefs Kiss! We actually went to the buffet twice to eat because of how good it was.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
One of my top excursions ever. If you are in playa del Carmen or near there, you need to come to this park. There's zip-lining, atvs, cave exploration, cave swimming, rafting, and a fun thing called the hammock splash! The whole day was a blast!! The park is super safe and immaculately clean! And the buffet had some of the best food I have ever eaten. Very fresh and authentic! Don't miss out on this fun adventure park!
google avatar

Yelp
Great Park to have your adrenaline pumping, These park you will always need to wear a helmet, if you get the ticket plus the lunch buffet is enjoyable, if you get hungry in the morning before the buffet theres a place of juices and shakes you can get before and they are free! Wear close shoes because you don't want to get hurt since here you are always or in a zip line or in an Atv or inside the caves. Bring a towel because they aren't free here. For pictures its better for you to purchase a package of pictures so you don't have to carry your phone all the time and it can get wet. Overall the place was Awesome!

Yelp
My favorite park out of all of XCARET's parks There were so many activities and I can't wait to come back. Activities we participated in: 1. Zip lining tour 2. Underground swimming 3. ATV The zip lining lines were long and so fun, especially the last one that ended up in the water. My group spent about 2 hours on zip lines. The underground river was unique, swimming with stalactites around us in clear water. It ended with this really smooth and long water slide The ATV was prob my favorite since I was the driver! The drive was longer than I expected and driving in the water, curvy bumpy roads, into caves, with friends was definitely an experience to remember.
google avatar

Yelp
I love this place. Out of all the excursions we went on. This park by far was the best. From walking in the bottom of the ocean. To driving atv's. The buffets and the view. You can't beat it. We will definitely be back for more. I highly recommend this park for your next excursion!
google avatar

Yelp
The park is great for families and friends to enjoy adventurous activities together, such as zip-lining and ATV rides. It feels very safe as there're staffs everywhere and the safety measures in place seem excellent . However, if you've experienced these activities in the wild, it would not be as thrilling. The water activities are all similar, taking place in an underground tunnel. Basically you could choose to swim, walk, or raft. All-inclusive food and drinks are provided. The locker room and restaurant are conveniently located in the center of the park, and since it's not very big, retrieving items from the locker is an easy walk. If you purchased a photo pass, the machine identifies you based on your helmet, so be sure not to mix yours with others. Remember to wear water shoes and shorts.

Yelp
We stayed at the all fun inclusive Xcaret Arte resort. During our first day, we decided to spend our first afternoon by visiting Xplor part, which in the afternoon becomes Xplor Fuego (because of all the fire and red lights used to illuminate the park at night. The safety helmets included a chip that takes photos of you during the activities and sends them directly to your room's TV. Take as many as you can, because the prices are on the packages ate fixed, weather you take 20 photos or 2000. The buggy off road karts was a lot of fun. The track is very long, full with sharp turns, hanging bridges, caves, and potholes, lots and lots of potholes! Everything you need to keep the foot on the pedal and a smile on your face. For the second attraction we did the zip lines. There are 7 in total, each one higher or longer that the last. Towards the end, the one before last has you going through a ring of fire; while the last one have you splashing over water before coming to an end. We had a great time at Xplor and would recommend you visit it if staying at Xcaret or visiting the area and looking for something fun to do.

Yelp
Xplor Fuego is Loads of fun! Zip lines was a total blast along with the ATV! Buffet truly enjoyable!

Yelp
Talk about a wonderful experience! Xplor was all that, plus some! Ziplining has long been an item on my bucket list, one that I thought I would never check off. But during my honeymoon this past week in Playa de Carmen, I did just that! Early Saturday morning, a shuttle was sent to our hotel at Fairmont Mayakoba to pick us up for the excursion. The driver checked our names when we got onto the shuttle and they were checked in again when we arrived at Xplor. Our tour guide provided us with an explanation of what to expect while in the park, suggested the order we should do every activity and provided us with waivers to sign before sending us on our way. We checked in with another person to obtain our helmets, purchase a photo package if desired and obtain a key for the complimentary locker. Personally, I purchased the photo package and wasn't too thrilled with what we received. For 79.99, I expected better shots, but the quality of the pictures we received was just ok. We decided to do ziplining first, as our guide suggested and I am glad that we did, as the line grew extremely long by the time we completed each portion. The actually ziplining was amazing, but the walking in between towers and the heat was almost unbearable! I feel sorry for anyone who physically couldn't complete the activity, because they said it was literally no turning back, you had to just tough it out. After ziplining, we hit the cafe! The crew working here were constantly cleaning and sanitizing, making sure the guests were safe. We were assigned a table and given sanitizer prior to touching anything. While we were able to pour our own drinks, we had someone serve our food which was set up in stations, buffet-style. The food was absolutely amazing! Next we hit the paddle boats and the ATVs. While the sights during paddle boating through the caves were amazing, paddling with your hands was quite a feat. It was very tiring and seems almost impossible to steer. The sights while riding the ATVs were equally amazing, but the terrain was very rough and hard on the body. Despite the blazing hot sun and long, taxing treks, I am very thankful I was able to take part in this experience. My husband and I made memories that will last us a lifetime. Literally, this has been an amazing honeymoon and Xplor made it that much better.

Yelp
If you're looking for fun excursions on your vacation that last half the day, this is it! The young man at the airport sold us and when we saw that it was zip lining that was the icing on the cake. Going through the website and checking YouTube really gave us great insight into what we'd be doing. The shuttle came and picked us up from our resort early in the morning, pretty awesome that we didn't have to worry about transportation to and from the park. It was about a 30 minute ride to Xplor from our resort(Mayakoba). Once we arrived we were greeted by Jose. He gave us the rundown of what we'd be doing and how we should attack the day. I was thinking we'd have a guide taking us around the park but nope, you're on your own and able to create your own adventure. We signed our waivers and then got in line to receive our helmets. We paid for the picture package and it is linked to your helmet so anytime we walked/passed a camera, it snapped us. They sell lots of other gear if you need it as well. We purchased the swim shoes so we could walk comfortably around the park after get wet. Our first adventure took us on the zip lines. They start off low, about 70 ft above ground and gradually grow to 147 ft. I'm afraid of heights but this was fun as hell. Flying across the park just looking down at everyone was amazing. It's an experience I won't forget. After zip lining we did the water rafting. It was a cool idea but could be better if there was a little current to help push us along since we have to use our hands as oars. Still a pretty cool idea though. Then we had lunch. And this was like a great break in between because the food was nothing short of delicious. Just a buffet of Mexican cuisine that was wonderful. My wife and I indulged on everything. We love Mexican cuisine so it was normal for us lol. After lunch we ventured off to the amphibious vehicles. A Very fun trek around the park on the John Deere tractor. Overall we had a wonderful time and highly recommend Xplor. When we come back to Cancun I'm sure we will be taking our sons.

Yelp
I love, love, love this place. If you are going to be in the Cancun area it's a "Must Go!" My husband and I, listened to the tour guide suggestion about going to amphibious vehicles first, if you go later in the day you can end up waiting an hour before getting to go in your own car. Each vehicle holds 4 people. There are two different routes. The first time you go there is no water, but still a lot of fun as you will drive through various tunnels and caves. The second route do have water that you drive through and that was a blast. My husband and I were not too interested in the zip lines. There is a whole network of them in the park. If this is what interest you, you will probably want to go there first as the lines can become an hour long if you go later in the day. We decided to do the hammock zip lines which were a ton of fun. A bit of height but not so much where if you are some one who is afraid of heights would be deterred from trying it. We also did the underground river excursion where you walk through a system of cave tunnels. Certain parts of the water trek has a few obstacle challenges that you go through. The more difficult of the obstacles are optional. There were two slides on this walking through cave excursion, these slides were great! Fast and furious is the best way to describe them. Not too steep but just enough to get you great speed, the second slide was the twirling kind. We also did the swim excursion where you go through the cave tunnels with life vest on, this was slightly more challenging and took about 30 minutes. (There is a shorter water trail for those who don't want to go as long.) Quick side note: we purchased a photo package where we could take advantage of the different photo opportunities throughout the park. At first we didn't know how to activate the camera. When you purchase this photo packet, they activate your park entrance bracelet to reflect this purchase. The way you get the camera to take your picture is by waving your wrist band in front of the camera..at least 6 inches from camera. Some cameras require that you actually touch the camera for it to trigger a picture.) The swim through the cave was really cool because you get to see some really beautiful cave Stalagmites and at a certain point swim by bats. The part that was really neat was when you swim under a circular waterfall. There are life guards there to help people get through to exit with no problems. With the purchase of your ticket you get lunch, drinks and snacks included. The food at the buffet was good, there was various meats like hamburgers, steak, pork chops, fish and shrimp available on hand. The pork chops were fantastic, you get them straight from the grill and they were juicy, tasty and not dry! I am already looking forward to the next time I can come back to this place with my kids. When you are here you truly feel like you are an explorer on an adventure.

Yelp
This park is awesome!! It's such a wonderful mix of natural beauty and fun activities. There's so much to do here and you can choose to spend the day at XPlor or the night at "XPlor fuego" Some of my highlights are: Zip lining - there are two circuits of zip lines. One of them has 7 zip lines and the other has 5. There's such a fun variety of shorter lines and longer ones - the longest is really high up and takes more than a minute to complete! There are also zip lines that end in water, so come prepared to get wet and it's highly recommended to have close toed water shoes. Just so you know, there's a lot of walking up towers and stairs to get between the zip lines, so be prepared for a bit of a workout! Amphibious vehicles - be sure to get here early if you want to avoid the line! We got there around 10:30am and didn't have to wait, but by the time we completed the loop (which is a great length, not too short at all!), there was a line. This activity lets you drive a 4-seated vehicle off road, through caves, and into puddles of water. It's lots of fun to be a passenger and the driver, and anyone over 18 can drive the vehicle! Underground expedition - you need to have close toed shoes for this activity since much of it is walking through caves in a shallow water but on rocks. The caves are really cool and covered in stalactites, just note that the water is a bit colder down in the cave. Also, the path includes two short water slides! It's a one-way path that takes about 45 min to complete! There's so much more to do than what I just mentioned - there's an included restaurant for lunch, other places to grab food and drinks, an underground raft, and a water slide coming soon!

Yelp
Nice experience , good ziplines and freezing rivers. I purchased the photo package for a special promo and charged a different price on my card. And no it has nothing to do with the exchange rate. Other things were purchased the same day and all others were correct .

Yelp
Xplor was a great time! I believe we did every activity, and time flies by! The buffet was huge and had great options. There was even bone marrow! A lot of photo ops, I walked walk through a few different times throughout your time there to get a few different options and explore at the same time. My favorite was the water raft through the cave, being in the water in a cave is such a rad experience.

Yelp
Estuve esperando media hora. Llego un señor me dijo que el del tour estaba tarde. Nunca me recogieron y ahora quieren cobrarme MÁS. TENGAN CUIDADO, que SON LADRONES. LOS QUE TE RECOGEN. NO TE BUSCAN TE ABANDONAN AUNQUE ESTUVE PRECISAMENTE en el lugar que me dijeron. Ellos se fueron por otra calle. DO NOT RELY ON TRANSPORTATION. THEY LEFT ME AND MY KIDS WE WERE THERE EARLY. 8:45 for a 9:10 pick up. They called names. They were for other parks. Then I had to call to see what was going on and why the "XENOTE" bus driver said they were late. But then when I called they were NOT THRERE BUT tried to pin it on me. AWFUL SERVICE.

Yelp
So glad we found this gem as an excursion. It is basically a fun park that has multiple activities for you to do/pick from. There is zip line, swimming through xenotes, off roading, underground river rafting, and a traditional Mexican/Cancun lunch was included which had wonderful cultural food. We ended up going here on a Saturday, which means It was pretty busy. When the bus got there we all stayed together to check-in (which took about 20 minutes) got our locker and then were able to split up and start enjoying the park on our own. The longest line was the zipline course and that is because we did the highest and longest course which everyone else wanted to do. All the other activities were open and able to do pretty quickly. If you do decide to come here remember money, pay for a locker its worth it, water shoes, change of clothes, towel and water bottle. Remember your mask for you need to wear them on the bus to and from and for zip lining. No other activity enforced mask policy. Keep in mind it is quite a drive from the resorts, so we ended up stuck in traffic and didnt get to the hotel until around 9pm. The ride back is the only reason for the 4 stars vs 5. It was a rough trip back. Excited to bring our son here next summer!

Yelp
We had a great time exploring Xplor Park. We loved the zip lines, the underground swim through a network of caves, and the ATVs. Xplor has lots to see, explore, and experience and is well worth your time.

Yelp
Booked this excursions cause I wanted to do a bunch of activities in one place. The vibe is cool. You have many activities : zip lines, buggy ride through the caves, swimming, and walking through cenotes. And you can do it as many times as you wish. They drop you off at the park at about 9ish and your there until 5pm. Yeah you are there till 5pm .. So no need to blow through everything, relax, enjoy the vibes. Get some EXCLUSIVE ( INCLUDED) grub and cool juice drinks they offer. The spot is like a adult /active young adult playground. If your seeking to do something different while in Mexico . I recommend this park. They have many different ones, but as I mentioned, I chose this one because of the ATV experience it offered :the ones that roll through the water..

Yelp
This place was crazy fun! It is pretty strenuous, and those that are overweight, older, or in poor health should certainly question whether or not they are up for it. I am in my 60s and relatively athletic, and there were times I was flat out exhausted in the heat and humidity. The zip lines were great fun, but there was a lot of stair climbing in tight quarters and heat to get to the launch pads. The cars through the jungle were fun, especially for new drivers, but the cars reminded me more of the Autopia ride at Disneyland than an ATV. They were throttled way back in terms of speed, but it was fun going through the jungle and into the caves and through waterfalls. My favorite parts were underground. The rafts were a waste of time because of crowding, but the discovery hike and swim through the water underground was awesome. Keep in mind that this is a gigantic place and to get from one area to another can be a long walk, much of it underground. I think when we were done we walked another 15 minutes underground just to get back to the changing area.
