Don't schedule your exam with them! I'm going to Brazil tomorrow (where the government requires a RT-CPR with a negative result, performed within 72 hours prior to the moment of boarding) I had scheduled this exact exam through their website several weeks ago and getting at their clinic today at the Terminal 4 (JFK) I was informed that the test was not available, and their CPR test would take me around 5 days to get the results, which wouldn't follow the travel restrictions to enter the country. I was never contacted by them to inform that the exam was not available leaving me without any option other option than getting tested on this other clinic at the Terminal 1 that charged me 399$ (double of the price that I was expecting to pay with XpresCheck). Hopefully I can help other travellers with my review. Stay safe guys!

Went for a rapid test at 4:30pm on 11/27. One hour standard wait for a $250 rapid COVID test. They took my money and I never got the results. Not via email or phone and they won’t pick up a call. Please avoid this at all costs!!

As someone who travels for work and through JFK constantly, this company brings an amazing sense of security to me. I am happy to see that our pilot and airline workers on the front line are being taken care of and tested first. Keep up the good work Xprescheck. I will definitely be in line for testing once open to the public

Staff rude and the doc couldn't even speak English at an airport? Got the confirmation that my results are ready but couldn't log in so unable to actually see the results. Called them and are probably still waiting for them to pick up when you see this message For the expense of 250 dollars i would say never ever do this get it from anywhere else and they have better service and are cheaper Worst experience in my life

I couldn’t be more grateful this testing center was built at JFK International airport. With thousands of passengers each day, Xprescheck provides a sense of safety and security in our current environment. It makes me feel more confident to fly out of JFK and I am hoping I see more of these in other large airports as well!

DISORGANIZED NIGHTMARE FOR TRAVELERS - Appointments not timely. My girlfriend was stranded for using this service. Booked a 2:50 appointment for a 5:30 flight and they took an hour to test and over an hour for results. She missed her flight. She told numerous staff and staff couldn’t not help her. She missed flight AVOID THIS SERVICE.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Environment very clean and professional. Definitely a success in helping bring travel back coast to coast. Staff was saying they are excited about idea of testing passengers in a few weeks. 5 stars wish I could give 10!!

Unprofessional rude personnel. I payed 250$ for a COVID 19PCR test and they were supposed to give me the results within 1 hour via e-mail. After 10 hours I had to call them back to ask for the results and the male secretary that replied on the phone was more than rude by hanging up the phone. If you have chance to choose among others try to avoid them.. Just waste of money and time with them.
