Xu Restaurant Lounge

A few factors enticed my wife and I to visit Xu on Valentine's Day. She still had good memories from visiting years ago, and I had heard the owner was a good man (which happens to be important to us). Finally, the set menu for the Day looked scrumptious and special. We were delighted with our experience. All the dishes were good, but the oysters to start and the grilled pork were our favorites; for me the seared tiger prawns with bbq chili sauce were excellent and both of us loved the Banh Khot that we added on as another appetizer. Service was attentive, relaxed, and engaged throughout dinner. We dine quite early typically, so the restaurant was just starting to fill up as we left--the atmosphere was great for us, but we didn't get a feel for what it's like in full swing. The restaurant's location is very convenient. Recommended!

Chanced upon this place in HCMC and would highly recommend it. We went for happy hour drinks, the white wine was refreshing and my husband had some delicious cocktails. The atmosphere was relaxed and music was good. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and very hospitable team. Really like the vibe, suitable for events and hanging out after work, especially when there's fireworks bc this really near Bach Dang harbor Will return soon.

Atmosphere was excellent. The lamb shanks was extremely tender, and goes amazing with the mashed potato. The chicken rice, beef luc lac, duck breast were also magnificent. Portions, price are extremely reasonable(coming from huge foodie). Best restaurant I've ever had.

What an amazing dinner. The food was great and very entertaining. We loved our server - espresso martini shots and dragon breath rice bites - you’ll have to go to find out what I mean.

⭐ True Hospitality ⭐ I rarely give 5-star reviews when using the service but I will share my 5-star service experience here. The staff here all show the spirit of Hospitality. My friend and I had a fun evening enjoying delicious drinks and delicious food. Especially, thank you bartender Xuan Phu, bartender Minh, the waiter, the cashier for taking care of us and making our evening complete. The cashier still remembers my friend as a familiar old customer and welcomes him like a relative. The Chilli cocktail is wonderful, the moderate sweet and sour taste of tropical fruit Passion fruit, the saltiness of the salt on the rim of the glass makes the drink more flavorful. Hope to come back again soon, guys 😊

Calling all kiwi’s this bar is amazing and value for money!! The bar staff are so hospitable and make the best drinks. Happy hour is mint 4pm to 8.30pm - you’ll never get these prices at home. You can taste the alcohol, it will kick your ass, their cocktails are art! I would highly recommend this place for all Pacifica famz - value for money family 😎
