Xu Restaurant Lounge

I stopped by Xu Restaurant for a drink, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great atmosphere and excellent selection of cocktails! The lounge area was cozy and inviting, and the bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed trying out some of their signature drinks, and the prices were reasonable. The service was top-notch, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. While I didn't dine here, I was impressed by the overall vibe and the quality of the drinks. If you're looking for a great spot to grab a drink and unwind, Xu Restaurant is definitely worth checking out. The promotions and events they have, such as 'Ladies Night', are a great bonus too! Overall, I had a great experience at Xu Restaurant, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy a drink or two.

Truly excellent food, beautiful and stylish atmosphere, and super friendly staff make this a must-visit restaurant. Pricing is reasonable for the quality on offer.

My wife and I had a superb dinner. We chose the 4 course degustation menu with matched wines and oddly had the entire first floor restaurant space to ourselves. Each course featured three separate dishes, beautifully presented and expertly fusing traditional recipes with a modern interpretation.

Had an absolutely exceptional experience at Xu! The food and drinks were wonderful but our server Hien truly went above and beyond for us. We were looking for authentic food, and we got it! Ask for Hien if you go!

Considering the settings, Xu actually has some of the best authentic Vietnamese dishes in HMC. The first floor is an awesome bar, and the second floor is the restaurant. Best in class near the Park Hyatt.

We chose the four course tasting menu for our last night in Ho Chi Minh on our Honeymoon and were highly impressed. Excellent quality food, a story to accompany each course from the waiters as to the origins of the food and it’s ingredients, and great portion sizes - we were definitely full by the end and given the quantity of the dishes (13 in total) relieved that they were each a little smaller in size! We opted for cocktails to accompany our meal rather than wine as the cocktail menu was extensive, intriguing and reasonably priced. A great atmosphere both in the restaurant and downstairs lounge. What a great way to celebrate our final evening in this vibrant city.

The place is really good, great atmosphere with stylish colors and mise en place. Maybe little bit retró. Food is high quality, served greatly and with nice and original mix of flavors. Wine cart maybe should be updated. Waiters service is what you expect in a place like this, caring, dish explanation and friendly. I had really good time and suggest to try this place if you are in Saigon (I come often to Saigon, but it was first time here). From outside you don't notice the restaurant, as on the ground floor is a club for music and good cocktails. Restaurant is at the first floor after you enter.

We just had the best Fish we have ever eaten, and we have eaten at Michelin starred restaurants all over the world. Our sweet server explained everything on the menu and I can't tell you enough how fabulous the food was - the coconut sauce for my Seabass was spicy and flavorful my husband's caper flavored grouper was out of this world. I heartily recommend you come and enjoy a gourmet evening here in the heart of Saigon.BTW, A service elevator next-door will bring you up here in case your knees do not want to do a flight of stairs. A truly wonderful evening!!!!
