Y2 Residence Hotel

From the moment my son and I checked in for our two-week stay, we were thoroughly impressed with Hotel Y. The location is an absolute dream. Being able to walk to a mall, countless restaurants, and convenience stores made our trip so much easier. The area felt incredibly safe, allowing us to venture out for evening snacks and even enjoy live music nearby.||The staff at this hotel are simply amazing. Their kindness and willingness to help went far beyond what I’ve experienced at other hotels. They were always ready to offer directions and suggestions, and I even relied on them to help me find my way back to the hotel when I got turned around. Their support was truly a lifesaver.||Our room was pristine and had everything we needed, including a small kitchenette. We appreciated the diligent daily housekeeping service that kept our space feeling fresh and clean. Hotel Y offers a warm, welcoming experience that I would highly recommend to anyone, especially families looking for a safe and convenient base to explore the city.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Y2 Hotel Makati! I was impressed by the modern yet calming ambiance—perfect for unwinding after a long day in the city. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the rooftop pool with a great view of Makati—it was a perfect spot to relax. The location is also super convenient, close to restaurants, malls, and nightlife. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

My 4th time here. I had again a wonderful 1br suite called premiere. Large and fine with kitchen and 2 tvs. My best appreciation for all personnel, always kind and available. This year i even could get special promo 30% down. Very good. My personal suggestions: add 1 sheet to bed. Add small towels in bathroom. I enjoyed my stay there.

I've stayed here numerous times and recently enjoyed yet another wonderful experience. The staff, hands down, are the number one reason i keep coming back. After these professionals, the room is great and always kept clean and comfortable. The restaurant offers great dining options and makes it easy to not eat out ask the time. The wifi works wonderfully and the in-house laundry service is excellent.

Clean and comfortable hotel with very helpful staff and good security. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the bedroom was roomy and comfortable. The main room had a sofa which was so small and uncomfortable I could not sit on it. TV was OK and Internet was very good. Limited cooking options available in kitchen area. Gym was small and a bit cluttered but hardly used so it was OK for me. Reception staff very responsive and helpful. A lot of building work nearby which is not too noisy but means the building is a bit cut off. When the building work is complete it would be an OK place to stay.

Location - quiet but in the heart of Poblacion, Makati.|Staff - They are all courteous, friendly and helpful. Staff I mean from Security, Front Desk, Housekeeping, so happy.|AC, Water pressure, Hot shower, and Elevator were working excellently. This is also a pet-friendly establishment which is a plus.||Rooms (1402 and 704) we stayed at are pretty soundproofed, not sure in other rooms though.||We had our photoshoot in there due to our wedding and we were upgraded for FREE (from 1BR Premier to 2BR and from Studio to 1BR). We were so happy about this gesture.||I would recommend Y2 Residence Hotel 100x than Gramercy and Antel Spa and Suites.|||For improvement:||AC in the lobby - it seems like only 1 AC was working because it is so hot in the lobby especially around 10 AM to late afternoon, which should not be the case given this is a hotel.||Curtains are dirty - must be vacuumed or washed regularly.||Elevator access - I understand that if you're on 14th floor, you would only have access to 14th floor. But for families staying in the different floors, it is a bit of a hassle as you need to meet downstairs or ask the guard to press the floor where you'te family is located. Not of a big deal for me though, maybe this can be improved.||There is no bath mat in both rooms (1402 and 704), it would be nice to include bath mat AUTOMATICALLY instead of letting the guest asks for it every single time.||Despite the above, we were still so happy with Y2, definitely a gem and will come back here. Comfortable residence block. Nice decor. Large rooms and comfortable bed. Sofa was very small and little use. Kitchen is basic but OK. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Century mall is nearby although there is a lot of building work ongoing nearby the hotel. Once this is complete I would return.

The best service. Top of the line hotel. Very accessible. The room was top of the line. My family was so happy with the stay. They were relaxed and satisfied with our short vacation. They wanted to stay longer but they have things to do. The price was worth it. Will surely go back

This place was very affordable and comfy but pretty far from any place we wanted to go to in Manila. There were ants in one of our bathrooms when we arrived, but staff took care of that right away. There were only two elevators and they took forever to go up and down. Otherwise the room itself was spacious, clean, and we received free breakfast at the lobby restaurant. This place is definitely a good bang for your buck.
