Y2 Residence Hotel

From the moment my son and I checked in for our two-week stay, we were thoroughly impressed with Hotel Y. The location is an absolute dream. Being able to walk to a mall, countless restaurants, and convenience stores made our trip so much easier. The area felt incredibly safe, allowing us to venture out for evening snacks and even enjoy live music nearby.||The staff at this hotel are simply amazing. Their kindness and willingness to help went far beyond what I’ve experienced at other hotels. They were always ready to offer directions and suggestions, and I even relied on them to help me find my way back to the hotel when I got turned around. Their support was truly a lifesaver.||Our room was pristine and had everything we needed, including a small kitchenette. We appreciated the diligent daily housekeeping service that kept our space feeling fresh and clean. Hotel Y offers a warm, welcoming experience that I would highly recommend to anyone, especially families looking for a safe and convenient base to explore the city.

The hotel was very conveniently situated near the entertainment and restaurant areas, about a 7-minute walk. The staff very polite and helpful especially when I was trying to figure out how to fill out the form for a local SIM card. The lady receptionist who helped me had incredible patience. The room was spacious, very clean and noise levels from nearby rooms very low. For the price in a popular area it was excellent.

To be fair enough the hotel is nice but unfortunately during my 5th visit to the hotel I was unfair treated and decided to have a big X on the hotel no more using it I was charged PHP 1780 just for a towel got a bit dirty some removable color was on it very light and limited area on the towel. The staff was really lazy to wash it out while I am pretty sure it can be washed out easily. However I have decided to take the towel as i have paid that big amount for just a normal towel. This is my experience with Y2 resistance hotel after 5 visits I am saying bye bye will never check in again and will not recommend it to anyone.

The wifi kept disconnecting. ||As far as I can remember since 2017, there's a frying pan, a small casserole/ sauce pot and a big casserole included in the kitchen. However, in several recent times, there's only a frying pan. When I requested for the other 2, I was told they can only send in either the small pot or the big one. They will charge for the other pot (which I didn't avail of anyway).||I've been frequenty placed in Room 805, and to date, nothing's been done to fix the aircondition temperature. The remote displays 16, but the room feels warm, like it's on 20.

I've stayed here numerous times and recently enjoyed yet another wonderful experience. The staff, hands down, are the number one reason i keep coming back. After these professionals, the room is great and always kept clean and comfortable. The restaurant offers great dining options and makes it easy to not eat out ask the time. The wifi works wonderfully and the in-house laundry service is excellent.

Clean and comfortable hotel with very helpful staff and good security. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the bedroom was roomy and comfortable. The main room had a sofa which was so small and uncomfortable I could not sit on it. TV was OK and Internet was very good. Limited cooking options available in kitchen area. Gym was small and a bit cluttered but hardly used so it was OK for me. Reception staff very responsive and helpful. A lot of building work nearby which is not too noisy but means the building is a bit cut off. When the building work is complete it would be an OK place to stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Y2 Hotel Makati! I was impressed by the modern yet calming ambiance—perfect for unwinding after a long day in the city. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the rooftop pool with a great view of Makati—it was a perfect spot to relax. The location is also super convenient, close to restaurants, malls, and nightlife. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

My 4th time here. I had again a wonderful 1br suite called premiere. Large and fine with kitchen and 2 tvs. My best appreciation for all personnel, always kind and available. This year i even could get special promo 30% down. Very good. My personal suggestions: add 1 sheet to bed. Add small towels in bathroom. I enjoyed my stay there.

This place was very affordable and comfy but pretty far from any place we wanted to go to in Manila. There were ants in one of our bathrooms when we arrived, but staff took care of that right away. There were only two elevators and they took forever to go up and down. Otherwise the room itself was spacious, clean, and we received free breakfast at the lobby restaurant. This place is definitely a good bang for your buck.
