Y2 Residence Hotel

Don't stay here. The bathroom was not too clean. As soon as you turn on the shower, you can smell the drain, and it smells bad. Found some hair in the bathroom and on the bed. They charged us P2,000 just for a stain from the bed sheets that could easily be washed. It wasn't an ink but from a durag that usually stains. They were not reasonable. Don't waste your time.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The staff provided outstanding service—they were polite, quick to assist, and always smiling. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted fresh. The hotel is also close to restaurants and major attractions. Highly recommended!

We booked two rooms for our family and relatives. The rooms are spacious, though they look a bit old and could use some updating. We appreciated the kitchenette and microwave, which are convenient for long stays. The rooftop pool is quite small and tends to get crowded, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The price was very affordable. There were a lot of people since it was the Yuletide season. Deliveries of Angels pizza were non stop. Parking is limited so you might need to park at the mall nearby. Visiting hours were until 10pm only. You can bring foods and drinks, no limit.

Well I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years before Covid. I haven’t been here since 2020. The staff is great. The location is good. The hotel it self is becoming run down. I mean the rooms. My sink in the bathroom did not drain well. Bathroom outdated and kinda dirty looking. They need to start renovating their rooms. The restaurant downstairs was good but after breakfast, dead. No good meals for dinner. They need to put some authentic Filipino food. Chicken/pork adobo pancit.

I used to love staying at this hotel because of its warm and cozy amenities, plus the buffet breakfast that was always a highlight of my visits. Unfortunately, my recent stay was a bit disappointing. The room’s floor and the kitchen area had several visible stains, which took away from the otherwise comfortable atmosphere. On top of that, the breakfast was no longer served buffet-style—or at least not during my stay—which was one of the things I always looked forward to. I still appreciate the hotel’s charm, but I hope management addresses these issues so future visits can be as enjoyable as they once were.

From the moment my son and I checked in for our two-week stay, we were thoroughly impressed with Hotel Y. The location is an absolute dream. Being able to walk to a mall, countless restaurants, and convenience stores made our trip so much easier. The area felt incredibly safe, allowing us to venture out for evening snacks and even enjoy live music nearby.||The staff at this hotel are simply amazing. Their kindness and willingness to help went far beyond what I’ve experienced at other hotels. They were always ready to offer directions and suggestions, and I even relied on them to help me find my way back to the hotel when I got turned around. Their support was truly a lifesaver.||Our room was pristine and had everything we needed, including a small kitchenette. We appreciated the diligent daily housekeeping service that kept our space feeling fresh and clean. Hotel Y offers a warm, welcoming experience that I would highly recommend to anyone, especially families looking for a safe and convenient base to explore the city.

We booked a 2 nights accommodation and we are not able to sleep the 2nd night due to partying noises around our room. We are situated in Room 705. Room 706, 704, 703 are all having their own party inside their room respectively. At 6pm we complained about noises, understandable that it is still early to complain. By 10pm, where you're rule said that visitors can just stay 6am-10pm, they are still partying inside their room loud speaker music and partying noises we did complain. They continued till midnight, and we still are complaining. We understand actions was taken and so, but waking up at 4am with screaming and loud thumping across the hallway is not acceptable. We choose to book a hotel as our sleeping place, we are amazed about the room and staff, however they should have the responsibility to check the guests and the number of people they will allow entring in and out of a respective room for others to have a safe space to rest.

This place was very affordable and comfy but pretty far from any place we wanted to go to in Manila. There were ants in one of our bathrooms when we arrived, but staff took care of that right away. There were only two elevators and they took forever to go up and down. Otherwise the room itself was spacious, clean, and we received free breakfast at the lobby restaurant. This place is definitely a good bang for your buck.
