Taking classes with Hannah has been the best thing for my workout routine! She gives great adjustments and options as well as balances the line of challenging flows but also the calming mindfulness of yoga practice. She's the best!

Hannah is one of the best teachers I have ever encountered. As someone who doesn’t like classes she made me feel safe to do what’s best for me. Her energy is amazing and I felt physically and mentally stronger after her class.

Hannah is an exceptional instructor, truly one of a kind. Her energy is both grounding and empowering, creating a space that’s as uplifting as it is challenging. The transitions were uniquely creative and effortlessly cool, and the playlist? Absolute fire. It was the kind of class that leaves you buzzing long after it ends. I walked out feeling stronger, more inspired, and genuinely grateful. A perfect balance of sweat, soul, and vibe. Just phenomenal.

10/10 every time!! Terri is such a skilled instructor and makes the flow possible while always giving me a challenging workout. My yoga practice has improved a ton since first taking her class a year ago! Highly recommended her as an instructor!

Samatha was one of the best teachers I've had. She was clear, precise, and easy to follow. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious. Her cues and encouragement throughout the class were much appreciated. I left feeling energized with a peaceful mind ready to conquer the day! Thanks Sam and Y7!

Jenn’s super fly and spry!!! Thoroughly enjoyed the class format and tunes. Ultra challenging and YES, you flow hard! Ally at the front is so engaging and welcoming, not something you always receive upon entry, so it’s very refreshing and just bookends the class with extra warmth and vibes! The cold towel at the end is next level! Been to a lot of studios across the country and never experienced that added touch. Thanks ladies, will be back!

Yelp
Yoga studio tour continues here in ATX! Y7 is another very cool studio filling an interesting niche. Very hot, flowy, dancy sequences with lots of options to move on your own! Their signature flows are set up in 3 parts: First the teacher takes the class through a sequence of poses slowly. Each pose is cued in detail and held for a few breaths to build muscle memory. For the 2nd part, the teacher cues those same poses but matches one breath to one movement (more fluid). Then for the final part, the teacher turns the music up and sets the class free to flow through the same sequence over and over on their own. I really enjoyed the sequences that I was guided through, and the studio itself had a great vibe. Everything was clean, everyone was nice, and I'm excited to come back and try some of their other classes!

Yelp
Great variety in style and format of classes with options for folks looking for more of a challenge as well as those looking for a more restorative practice. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming. The space is clean, and there's plenty of parking. Something unique about Y7 is for all of their classes the choice of music drives the practice rather than being a background element which I find really helpful and motivating during the tougher postures. Admittedly, the lack of visual input with the low light and no mirrors can take some getting used to -- especially if you rely on that to compensate for your balance like I do -- but it makes for a good challenge and forces you to be really in tune with your body and your practice. I was nervous about it at first, but I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. The dark environment also means no late admissions, which I know some find annoying, but it's better than being blinded by a late arrival or walking in late and getting kicked in the head by someone who can't see you.

Yelp
Sweat dripping. Beat bumping. Candlelit yoga. This place was awesome! Recently opened on South Lamar and with locations in NYC and LA, excited that Y7 Studio has found its place in Austin (first class is FREE with code 'ATX'). I signed up for my first ever hot yoga class with Y7 Studio and had an amazing 60 minute WeFlowHard vinyasa session with Raine, and it was the perfect recovery from my recent half marathon. I enjoyed the class so much and can't wait to book my next one! QUICK FACTS: - Parking? Yes! An open standard parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Another big win in my book! - Class packs? Yes, you can buy 1 class credit or save some $ buying packs of credits. Your first time can be free with code ATX, and/or you can buy a New Client Special pack of 3 classes for only $59! They also are available via ClassPass. - What to bring? A yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. They do offer yoga mats and towels rentals for $5 + $6 (or $9 bundle), but your first class they're complimentary! Complimentary lockers are also available during your session. Note that there are no showers or locker room onsite (just 1 bathroom).

Yelp
A+ experience at Y7. The studio has an amazing vibe. Great vibe, great amenities and the studio was very clean overall....temperature was well-regulated for the heated vinyasa class I took and they made it very easy for me as a first-timer at the studio to practice. I took Maria's class and her cadence + cues were on point throughout the 60-minute class. Would highly recommend this studio!

Yelp
This is the SECOND time I have shown up on time for class (class starts a noon & I showed up exactly at 12) but because the instructor already shut the door I could not take the class. I appreciate class starting on time but if it's not past the time class is starting why is the door already shut ?! I really enjoy this studio but getting turned away from a class is beyond frustrating. Please change this policy!

Yelp
This is one of the best yoga studios in Austin and my personal favorite. Everyone is so friendly, love that towels and mats are included in the memberships, the music is awesome, and the class format is fun!

Yelp
Was 2 min late because I drove over an hour to get to class and wanted to try a new place since I moved here from out of town and wouldn't be let in. I admit being late is on me, but to not be allowed in 2 min, not 5 or 10 min late but 2... is actually extremely bad service and I can't believe a local business would run like this. Very disappointed with this studio.

Sara H.

Yelp
Do not purchase a membership here -- they make it impossible to cancel and even if you follow instructions they will still charge you. Customer service is non existent so you can't even get a hold of anyone to help you, making it impossible to get your money back. They are unethical and don't care about their students.

Yelp
I love this place! The front desk worker was so friendly, and the instructor, Rain, was amazing! I really enjoyed her teaching style. She was supportive but pushed you to your edge. Also, the warm-up sequence was one of my favorites I've ever experienced. I will definitely be back :))

Yelp
I checked this studio out since they were offering a free first class....and because my favorite teacher, Zoe, was teaching! The WeFlowHard Vinyasa class was amazing! The room is heated so be ready to sweat. And only candles are used to light the room so know that it will be very dark. It's a great way to challenge yourself during balance poses. :) They do provide face towels and you can rent mats if needed. There are lockers outside of the room and cubbies inside to store your things. One big pro with the studio is that parking is not an issue. There is a big lot available outside of the building. One less than ideal thing is they only have one bathroom in the lobby and there is not a shower. If you aren't going straight home after class, you'll need to clean yourself up. With just one restroom and no showers, it's not as convenient as other places. I would still recommend checking this place out if you want to treat your body well!
