Yaesu Terminal Hotel

The single room is small but it’s acceptable for me. I can lay my 28-inch suitcase open. The price is great and the location is perfect, Tokyo station within walking distance. S good deal for solo travelers 🧳👌

Yaesu Terminal hotel was a mixed bag for me, for one I really like the location - just 5 minutes from Tokyo station, I also really appreciated the amenities that they had out in reception free of charge, and the coffee machine that was quick and easy to grab on the way out or on the way back up to the room. what I did not like was the absolute and complete lack of any and all space in the rooms. we were in a twin room, and there was about 20cm between the beds...which was the only place we could fit out 3 cases! there just wasn't enough space in the room for two people, plus bags and cases, plus shopping with us both trying to change at the same time unless someone changed in the bathroom. the lack of space was very frustrating on more than one occasion. The bathroom was also small, the toilet was so close to the wall i couldn't really sit on it properly, but the water pressure in the room was good and the fact the room had a fridge was very helpful too. |The hotel is a short walk away from a 7/11, Lawson and family mart as well aa gorgeous department store, the Pokémon Café, a Coco's curry house, and a 24 hour Matsuya! as well as being close to Tokyo station it was also close to Nihonbashi station too.|overall, the room was not what I would have chosen for myself but the hotel was selected FOR US as we were part of a tour, so made do for the time we were there, and the area was good for the transport links.

The hotel is spacious, comfortable, and excellent value for money. The rooms are well-designed, clean, and provide plenty of space to relax. Its location is very convenient, just a short walk from Tokyo Station, making it easy to access transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, it’s a highly recommended choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and affordability in Tokyo.

A very nice hotel that was very comfortable although the bedrooms were barely big enough for 2 people. In order to access our cases, we had to put them onto the bed. However, it's in a great position very close to Tokyo station.

The location is just beside the Tokyo Station and walking less than 10mins from.JR gates. And area surrounded by F&B. However the room is compact and suitable for couple / Solo travelers. Overall is excellent.

The receptionist's unfriendly demeanor set the tone for my stay, making me feel unwelcome for no reason. The room was smaller than expected with limited space to unpack. On the bright side, hotel’s location near Ginza was convenient.

It's a small businessmen's hotel. And the room is a little on the small side. But its location is excellent, just a short walk from the Tokyo station Yaesu exit/entrance. That in my opinion makes up for a lot of it. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was the smallest room but we made it work. At times we had to wait to cross paths. Noise: 5/5 - The hotel room was nice and quiet for us!

Like most hotels in Japan, the rooms are small. But it is what you should expect as space is limited and a premium especially in Tokyo. To check in you need to go to the second floor. You can get there two ways. You can catch the elevator (which is small, only 3 of us and 3 big bags could fit) or walk up the stairs on the left hand side of the front door. Although our room was small, it is very clean and the layout is practical. What, you forgot your toiletry bag at home?!?!? No need to worry. They provide all the essentials like soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and a mini toothpaste. They provide you with slippers to wear in the room and a robe. It is about 4 minutes away from Tokyo station and there are lots of places to eat around here as well. Just a word to the wise.... If you are a big person, you may not like the shower tub as it is tiny. Overall, this is a very convenient and clean hotel and we would stay here again.

We picked this hotel for a one night stay due to its location - so close to Tokyo Station. I cannot recommend it. First off, our room was rather run down and dirty around the edges - but ok, it was just one night right? But then, there are the cockroaches. As we unpacked, a roach ran out from under the furniture, trying to hide under our suitcases. See attached picture of aforementioned roach, now deceased via slipper lol. Upon further investigation, there was a lot of trash and empty bottles left under the bed, so clearly cleanliness is an issue here. When we informed the front desk, they said (while grabbing a ready can of Raid) that yes, they have cockroaches quite a bit. Ok then. We moved rooms and it was slightly cleaner than the first. I understand this is not a luxury hotel and that some buildings struggle with pests. However, the prices and representations for this hotel are certainly at a point where I would expect cleaner rooms, fewer cockroaches, and less nonchalant reactions to said cockroaches.
