I choose this hotel because it was within short walking distance from tokyo train station. Room was clean, though the twin bed room was rather small. Abit expensive though, but it's in Tokyo and close to train station, so expected that. Service staff were great.I requested help from a female staff at the reception counter to help me contact a resort hotel in hakone for shuttle bus arrangement. She goes out of the way to help me and even printed a map of the shuttle bus location. Excellent service. Hotel provided free Toiletries at lobby for customers.

Cleanliness: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Comfort: 4/5 Noise: 5/5 Overall: Clean, comfortable, and tiny. A short walk to Tokyo Station. I’d stay again! The extended review... Cleanliness: 5/5 - All that I can ask for are clean linens and towels. Service: 5/5 - Friendly and hospitable staff. Comfort: 4/5 - The efficiency of the room was quite impressive. It was the smallest room but we made it work. At times we had to wait to cross paths. Noise: 5/5 - The hotel room was nice and quiet for us!

The Yaesu Terminal Hotel is my favorite for business trips because of its unbeatable location; just a 3-minute walk from Tokyo Station and a 10-minute walk to my HQ office. Check-in is always smooth and easy, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offers a mix of Western and Japanese dishes that are simple yet satisfying. The clean, comfortable rooms and thoughtful amenities make it a convenient and relaxing place to stay in Tokyo, at a reasonable price for the convenience it provides. 😊

Stayed here for 5 nights on our tour of Japan. Teeny tiny rooms but spotlessly clean and fully equipped with fresh pyjamas every night and toiletries galore. There is a ‘top up’ counter in reception where you can simply help yourself to additional toiletries etc and a microwave and of course the ever present vending machine for drinks. There is a restaurant which serves breakfast but some of our group tried it and weren’t impressed so we simply bought food at the nearby 7/11 and stored it in our fridge. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is fantastic near Tokyo railway station.

Very handy Central location in Tokyo. But the building is starting to show it's age. I arrived late went to bed could here a noise like drip drip water it was the air conditioner in the roof of the room I went down stairs and the staff member came up to the room and said oh I have to hear it. What a joke I'm paying to stay here and something is not right you should go ahead and remedy the issue. I got given New room same issue with the drip drip I give up .

Very conveniently situated, just a few minutes' walk from the main JR station. Standard small, room. The heating/air con was a bit temperamental (as so often) The front desk spoke some English (not much!): they lent me an adaptor. CNN available -- the only hotel in Japan where I could access it, I regret to say.|My only complaint would be that the restaurant was not open for breakfast, but my tour company should have alerted me to this. The restaurant was available for evening meals and I had a very pleasant one there.

Yelp
Like most hotels in Japan, the rooms are small. But it is what you should expect as space is limited and a premium especially in Tokyo. To check in you need to go to the second floor. You can get there two ways. You can catch the elevator (which is small, only 3 of us and 3 big bags could fit) or walk up the stairs on the left hand side of the front door. Although our room was small, it is very clean and the layout is practical. What, you forgot your toiletry bag at home?!?!? No need to worry. They provide all the essentials like soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and a mini toothpaste. They provide you with slippers to wear in the room and a robe. It is about 4 minutes away from Tokyo station and there are lots of places to eat around here as well. Just a word to the wise.... If you are a big person, you may not like the shower tub as it is tiny. Overall, this is a very convenient and clean hotel and we would stay here again.

Yelp
We picked this hotel for a one night stay due to its location - so close to Tokyo Station. I cannot recommend it. First off, our room was rather run down and dirty around the edges - but ok, it was just one night right? But then, there are the cockroaches. As we unpacked, a roach ran out from under the furniture, trying to hide under our suitcases. See attached picture of aforementioned roach, now deceased via slipper lol. Upon further investigation, there was a lot of trash and empty bottles left under the bed, so clearly cleanliness is an issue here. When we informed the front desk, they said (while grabbing a ready can of Raid) that yes, they have cockroaches quite a bit. Ok then. We moved rooms and it was slightly cleaner than the first. I understand this is not a luxury hotel and that some buildings struggle with pests. However, the prices and representations for this hotel are certainly at a point where I would expect cleaner rooms, fewer cockroaches, and less nonchalant reactions to said cockroaches.
