The hotel is wonderful, located right across from the Jordanian flagpole, which makes it very easy to find. The rooms are spacious and clean, the furniture is excellent, and the bathroom is great. The most important and beautiful part of the hotel is the kindness of the receptionist and his care for the comfort of the guests. We requested someone to check the TV, and within five minutes, the responsible staff member was in the room. The daily cleaning gives you a refreshing feeling. Breakfast is excellent—varied and delicious. The best experience we had in Aqaba was staying at this location.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The customer service was absolutely horrible — rude staff with zero interest in helping or making guests feel welcome. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room hot and uncomfortable throughout the stay. For the price paid, this place is a complete rip-off. Avoid at all costs.

We stayed in Yafko hotel for 2 nights, and we the first day we had breakfast from the buffet which was very poor and needed more variety, the worst experience we had the I had food poisoning from the boiled egg that I had in my breakfast in hotel , It turned out that it was rotten and as was told in the hospital when I got home in Amman .

Very dirty room, specially bathroom. It was so uncomfortable stay only because of the hygiene. It also had water problems. Warm water finished in the middle of showering and washing my hair, so I had to finish with cold water. And the power of water also comes and goes. It was a disaster. No place to put shampoo or shower gel. It was a very old shower. No place to hang toilet paper. The bathroom was extremely small, very hard to do anything in it. Also the window didn’t close completely. If you close one side then the other one opens. I can’t understand how it has so good rates. Good thing about this hotel is location and amazing view. Also the receptionist was so kind and helped us with so much recommendations we needed. We are so thankful for him. Maybe we just got very unlucky with our stay..but it was really the worst hotel we ever stayed 😞

Yafko is a really lovely hotel and a good value for money. ||Spacious room, with a spectacular view! The air-conditioner works efficiently and the bathroom is also a good size, featuring a fantastic shower! ||Though the bed was okay, and the pillows were rock-hard, we got a peaceful nights sleep, with no noise from our neighbors. ||Moreover, the staff were very helpful and eager to assist. ||It is just a few minutes walk away from shops and restaurants, as well as the promenade! ||Highly recommended!
