Very cute hostel, we had the private room with its own bathroom so absolutely no complaints. Other guests were very quiet so we had a great night of sleep. The shower is really hot, perfect after a backpacking trip. We also rented a tent, sleeping bags, and sleeping pads here and it was reasonably priced and super quick to rent and to return after our trip. My only complaint is that there was very little vegan food in the breakfast in the morning, even just some soy milk would have made it better not just for vegans but for lactose intolerant folks as well.

Yagan house is a special place. It’s really cozy, clean, and everything you need before or after some hiking in Torres Del Paine. We had a bedroom with attached bathroom and everything was nice, with hot water, soap and shampoo, and very clean. The staff at the front are really welcoming and super helpful. We weren’t expecting breakfast but that was actually a real highlight! Eggs and bread and cereal and milk cooked just for you are a great way to start the day. Cooking for yourself is also easy in the shared kitchen. The vibe of the hostel is good with folks hanging out in the kitchen area but not loud at night as many people are doing early excursions. The location is an easy walk to anything in Puerto Natales. If you need to do anything on the internet the wifi is great. The bus station is about 15 mins walk or a quick Uber. Book early as this place fills up!

Had a great stay at this hostel. Breakfast included which starts early (ideal for those going on excursions during the day). Our private room was great, no issue with hot water, beds were comfortable and the duvet was great in the cold weather. Service was great, always someone available at the front desk for restaurant recommendations, trekking advice, bilingual as well which helps. Very nice hostel, room off the kitchen is awesome, great vibes. Great location, close to all restaurants and supermarkets. Can't find a negative about our stay.

We loved staying at Yagan House! It was only a 15min walk from the main bus station, the common areas were very cozy, our room was clean with a double bed, and the breakfast was so good (eggs, oatmeal, bread with cheese and salami, coffee, yogurt)! Our check in was late after our 4th day hiking the W circuit but the front desk was open and even provided recommendations for restaurants open late. The price per night was more affordable than other single rooms we looked at on Hostel World. Thanks for hosting us!

My favorite hostel during my trip! It felt very home-y. The place is super cozy and the staff are very friendly. I was easily able to book my tours with them and it was very convenient. The shared areas are very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Most of all, I met amazing people here during my stay. I highly recommend!

Certainly an extremely cheap option for all kinds of trekking equipment but there are many other options available in Puerto Natales. The pricing reflects the quality of the equipment. One of the poles we used was extremely old and snapped on the 2nd day of use on an O trek. There were other issues of missing a screw for one of the pole straps which led to a lost strap in the middle of the hike. Please go elsewhere for getting equipment, unless you’re an expert at examining equipment before you rent it.

We've had a very good stay at Yagan House. The hostel is very cozy and welcoming. Everything is clean and the kitchen is great if you want to cook yourself. The staff is super friendly and attentive (they make a great breakfast as well!). They provided us with tips for activities and we could store our backpacks there for five days while we were doing the W-trek in Torres del Paine.
