It is a special occasion place and offers an immaculate service that’s personable and memorable. Kudos to the team that works there.

Best wagyu beef fried in HK! We ordered omakase set. The first piece already bought us to heaven. It’s full of grill flavour with the oil on beef. Immediately melt in mouth. With this set we tried different part of the body, which they all taste amazing. The beef is too balanced in fat that it’s not suitable for people on diet or you need to do lots of exercise ; )

Wagyu omakase! It’s soo good, service is great they’ll grill for you or instruct you on how each piece of wagyu should be grilled. I recommend getting the second tier omakase, tons of meat and very filling! We ordered sides of grilled vegetables, cold noodles, and bean sprouts, all delicious but we definitely did not need it, the omakase set dinner itself was SO filling, comes with rice as an end dish

This omakase meal was melt in your mouth worthy. Each piece of wagyu was delicious and definitely top quality. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable in their cuts of meat as well. Perfect for beef lovers! It is on the expensive side though - especially just for 1 piece of wagyu per each part

Visiting Yakiniku Great was a wonderful experience. We arrived as a couple, without a booking and fortunately, they were able to accommodate us. We opted for one of their set menu options and were definitely not disappointed. The food was awesome and the service was magnificent.

The Japanese Wagyu beef omakase here is priced at HK$680. It includes 8 pieces of meat and a single bite of sushi. The price is reasonable, considering the high quality. Initially, I was worried I wouldn’t be satisfied, but I was pleasantly surprised – it’s almost too good to be true! Truly a great yakiniku experience, living up to the name of the restaurant: Yakiniku Great! 🥩
