Where do i even begin, this place is appalling. Walked in and was told there’s no space downstairs even though less than half of the restaurant was occupied. We got brought upstairs where we only saw other foreigners. They handed us a menu with no prices and asked if we needed an english menu. Should’ve left right there and then but we were tired and just wanted to eat. What we failed to realize was the ¥1000/person fee to just sit down! Another ¥800 for “service” which there was barely any the whole time we were there. I should’ve glanced at the reviews because there were many similar warnings like mine. Food was also below average and the portions are tiny. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Was surprised to see the amount of negative feedback towards foreign tourist. We had a fairly good experience sitting along the counter, served with somewhat decent service staff. ¥12,800 for 2 of us. Not sure if the menu is really overcharging, but average of ¥500 looked somewhat reasonable to me.

Tourists beware, read other reviews. We waited in line and spoke to locals behind us who just arrived asking if this was end of line. Waiter came out and spoke with people behind us saying the wait was like 30+ minutes. Couple in front of us were seated and when we were next the waiter said reservations only and said there was no availability. We should have read the reviews for this place from tourists as this place seems to treat tourists differently. Maybe it was a good thing considering some of the other tourists stated.

Stay away from this restaurant! We walked down the Ginza corridor, found this place, and entered. Failed to do my research. They gave us an English menu that had no prices. The basic yakitori in the area are around 150-200 yen each. We ordered two beers, one bottle of water, 20 yakitori skewers, and two steamed eggs. Our bill totaled 22,000 yen because we ordered from an Engish menu. The price is 4x as much as the Japanese menu. There is also a 10% upcharge. The food was mediocre. There are plenty of restaurants out there that have better service and food.

Foreigner/tourist trap. Made the mistake of not looking at the reviews before dining here but they are completely factual. Tourists/foreigners are made to dine upstairs even though there were available seats downstairs and made to pay foreign prices which I'd imagine is 3x more On top of that the food quality was terrible. Avoid!

Good option for yakitori in Ginza. Staff was super friendly even though I arrived 15 minutes before the last order.

Great range of flavours, textures, and techniques on offer. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

The sister restaurant was closed for 1 week for a party, and we really wanted to eat good yakitori, so we decided to give this place a try. The food is great, and it seems to be slightly cheaper. However they didn't have our favourite garlic chicken chazuke that we liked. One of the staff from the sister recognised us as he was working there that day, but only towards the end of the meal. Still, it was a nice meal. Thank you for the hard work!
