A reservation is required for this restaurant, which specializes in fish. We opted for table seating, and the chef personally assisted in preparing each dish while explaining the ingredients and the best way to enjoy them.
We chose the Saikyou set (¥18,000 per person), which included a variety of high-quality fish dishes. The sea urchin, fish roe, and grilled fish rice bowl were particularly delicious. The fish platter featured generous slices, though slightly smaller cuts might have been preferable. A great bonus—you can enjoy free-flow rice if you have the appetite!
By the end of the course, we were completely satisfied. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys premium seafood.
