I had the best experience with Vanessa at Yaly Couture. I brought my favorite dress and the team replicated it in 3 different materials. Vanessa speaks perfect English and is incredibly kind, efficient and professional. I had no idea how easy, fun and successful this would be. I absolutely love my dress from Yaly. Vicky made sure that the dress was perfect. They even remade the dress when it wasn’t right! Very affordable for what you get. I would recommend allowing longer if you want something novel and intricate. They made my dress in 3d2n with 3 fittings and modifications but it felt a little stressful towards the end. However the team managed everything very well!

It’s the go-to in Hoi A for a reason - a slick, customer oriented service, highly professional and top rate turnaround. If you want a suit or dress in a flash, that’ll last you a hundred years and look better than anything you can get in a high end department store, go for it. So why not five stars? I’m in the clothing industry, so take these comments accordingly. Material choices can be a little more restrictive - you can find better if you hunt around. Cost is a wee bit high compared to nearby rivals. Design options can be a little more restrictive. If you’re going for close-to-standard tailoring or dressmaking, you’re in for a winner. If you’ve got a lot of flair and some custom designs, and want that specific material, prepare to either work to find the right tailor/attendant or compromise a little. It’s also worth noting that Yaly staff are transparent with their work - they were happy to take me to the on-site factory and show me the process and talk with the tailor himself. It’s not a sweatshop or anything hideous like that - the folks there work hard for sure but they’re skilled, paid professionals doing work they’re passionate about. So if you’re concerned your clothes are cheap due to poor labour conditions, you can rest easy: Nike charge more and smash their staff a thousand times worse than this. Yaly couture is a successful, artisanal tailor, and for good reasons.

Absolutely loved Yaly Couture! Worked with Kate, who quickly assessed my random pictures and screenshots (definitely advise showing up prepared with photos) and then gave great advice based on my style. For example, I had an idea for silk palazzo pants based on some cotton pants I already own. Of course, in the candy shop of a million fabrics, the vibrant and wild prints grabbed my attention. Kate picked up a more sophisticated -- but still fun -- print, which was actually perfect and way more my style. (See the photo). The prices are great, the service is fast (did a check in within 24 hours for little tweaks) and Yaly ships to the US, so you don't have to buy extra luggage on your trip. Do it. You won't regret it.

Amazing fabrics! I was working together with Summer and she was amazing, understood what I meant without me having to explain it in detail. Very funny and friendly person! What I noticed is that for myself and also my friends the first attempt regarding the suit jacket turned out quite tight in the shoulders and elbows. So pay attention to that.

yaly we love you! The lovely Vicky was so kind and helpful and exactly got our vision for our pieces. I had three box fit shirts made, one regular formal white shirt (slightly boxy), a gorgeous two piece, and some fresh denim shorts. I wear my shorts all the time and the shirts have been perfect for work. The items were made quickly with barely any adjustments needed. There were so many materials available and lots of interesting pieces around the store to spark interest. I cannot wait to return to Yalys when I am back in vietnam. It is a bit more pricey than other places but you are paying for the quality and the expertise of the team! Thank you thank you thank you!
