We had the pleasure of staying at the Yanchep Inn this weekend. We attended a wedding in the cabaret Caves. Absolutely outstanding venue. The staff were absolutely amazing. They went to no end to make everything perfect. I have some food requirements and they made it happen with no fuss and made me feel special instead of weird like some places do. The staff at the Inn were as amazing. The rooms were great and the view is spectacular. A morning walk with all the kangaroos, and all the wildlife was so great. We will definitely be returning for another stay. Amazing effort team. AAA+++

Do not get the carvery!! By 2pm they had run out of pretty much everything and still charged $30!! Dry meat, no Yorkshire pudding, boiled potatoes and a random mushroom? Not even bread left for the soup.

It's our local since we've recently moved into the area. It's a great spot. Once only known for tourists, camps and excursions. But it's always a good venue. Casual, old, traditional. Great diverse dining areas. Staff can't be faulted. They're always helpful. The menu is comprehensive with old the Pb favourites plus the Sunday roast.

A group of us (4 adults, 3 children) went to the Christmas in July party this weekend. It was so much fun! Dinner was lovely, service was amazing and to top it off, we saw Santa!

It is with much sadness I write this review. In the past, the Yanchep Inn restaurant has been one of our highlights. Last year's Christmas Eve dinner was sensational. Sadly that is no longer the case. It's an hour's drive each way for us, and with a $17 Park(ing) fee we were expect the usual 'WOW, that is so worth it', but it was not to be. The meal wasn't even as good as we can cook at home. My wife's Pasta dish had zero seasoning, and no cheese. When we asked for cheese, 'yes, that will be $2.30 please'. Really? And my burger, wasn't even as good as the local Burger King. Dessert, Sticky date pudding. Over- cooked and dry pudding/cake, with barely enough caramel sauce to cover it, and ice-cream that was gritty, like it had been left out, melted and re-frozen. Or it was the cheapest they could find in the local supermarket. I don't know if it's new owners, new kitchen staff, or an accountant has been whispering sweet nothings in the owner's ear, but we won't be returning. (This review is my personal opinion, and I have not received any incentive to post it. Just need to CYA.)

We had a great one night stay in Yanchep Inn as well as dining in the restaurant. The service there was top notch and the food was delicious! The room was kind of dated, but it was clean and had a jetted tub, plus the experience of staying inside a national park with kangaroos at your doorstep was amazing (like a budget version of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge!).

Yelp
Historic Inn set in Yanchep National Park overlooking McNess Loch with a huge beer garden where kangaroos graze on the lawn, black cockatoos squawk overhead, and ducks roam under the tables. We ordered inside after picking a numbered table and our food arrived right away. My husband had the roast lunch special and was impressed with it, and my toasted cheese was fine. If you want to dine in nature the back patio is the place to be. There are also two bars, inside dining rooms and tables on the front porch. There are also overnight accommodations in this lovely natural setting, with the koala boardwalk only steps away from the inn, koala sightings guaranteed.
