From the time I walked into the building until the time I left, the customer service was amazing. Luka was very patient and took time to explain everything I needed and its purpose and she’s funny as well. Y.& Sons definitely make you feel welcome even if you are a foreigner.

Y and Sons is a must stop in your trip to Japan. This isn't a place for a kimono rental but definitely the place to go if you plan on purchasing a kimono in the future. Satoshi was so helpful in getting me fitted. They are very flexible if you want it purchase one in the future but take measurements now. The garments are premium but everything is custom made and lasts a lifetime.

Extremely helpful staff, and even though I entered last minute, Kota walked me through everything that I needed to know about wearing a yukata. 10/10, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high quality yukata at good prices.
