A historic hall which is about 80 yrs old. Tickets are proced at Tw100 each and it comes with a guide who will bring you to various parts of the hall and explain the history behind each. The state of the hall is still quite good but could see lots of leaking which the guide explained was due to the construction. We were not able to visit the residential room of the president whichmay be interesting. Place feels a bit eerie given the lack of human traffic as well as the wind whistling. There are few structures in the vicinity which had not been maintained well. Some political prioritisation which is sad as this is quite a historical place which had hosted the top politicians around the world.

Zhongzheng Hall, located in the picturesque Yangmingshan National Park, is a significant historical and architectural landmark in Taiwan. This hall is prominently featured on the NT$100 banknote, making it a recognizable symbol for locals and visitors alike. The intricate design, surrounded by the serene beauty of Yangmingshan, creates a perfect harmony between nature and history. Visiting this hall offers an opportunity to learn about Taiwan’s rich past while appreciating its architectural grandeur. Recommendation to Visit Zhongzheng Hall is a must-visit for those interested in history, culture, and architecture. Whether you're a history buff or simply looking for a beautiful place to explore, Zhongzheng Hall should be on your itinerary when visiting Yangmingshan.

I didn't go inside the place and I saw the place. Need to buy the ticket to enter this place. Batt I just see many. Sherry blossom trees in front of this place so I just drop and take some photos for this place and I think it's pretty good. So if you want to know more about things inside this place, you could read artists review, but for this review, I think it's pretty good for just taking photos for the Sherry blossom in front of this place you can see my photos

Nice place to view some of the collection. Going to this building you will pas by rows of pine tree which why it's better to walk through it. You can also see steam coming from under the bridge.

Seems like there's lots of on demand tours available. Went through most of the rooms available and it was very educational about the Taiwanese government from the 60s to early 2000s

Shockingly few locals have ever been here, despite the fact that it's pictured on the back of the $100 bill. Looming large (and largely abandoned) atop an active hot spring, it's a bizarre, somewhat haunting historic building experience.

Google Map location and bus stop is wrong for this place this place. I took 260 and nearly missed to get down, luckily the bus driver know my destination and inform me. Anyway, it's less than 10 mins walk if you missed the stop and ended up at the YangMingShan bus terminal. Entrance fee is NT100 and a guided tour of over 1 hour is compulsory, and there is no garden to view if you don't pay for the ticket, so I did not go in due to time constraint.
