I recently stayed at Yangon Urban Hotel during the first week of December 2024 and had a fantastic experience. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. While there were occasional power outages in the area, the hotel's generator ensured that my room always had electricity, which I greatly appreciated.
Furthermore, all of my requests were promptly addressed. The staff even went the extra mile by personally escorting me to a nearby food shop within a 10-minute walk. This level of hospitality was truly exceptional.
The location of the hotel is also a plus point. I could walk to Sule pagoda, shopping malls, convenience stores and countless eating places surrounding.
