I’ve given Yavapai Café multiple chances over the years, but unfortunately, the service continues to disappoint. During my most recent visit, in the middle of the busy season, there was only one staff member working. That’s simply not enough to handle the volume of customers, especially at such a popular location in the Grand Canyon.
We waited over 30 minutes just to receive our coffee, and by the time it was ready, our food had already gone cold. This isn’t a one-time fluke either, it’s been a consistent issue every time I return. It’s clear that management isn’t adjusting staffing levels to meet demand, which is frustrating when you’re paying park prices and just trying to enjoy your visit.
