What an amazing trip. Very informative and so fun. Fresh clear water, got to see fishes. Everyone, kids and adults had a great time. I would definitely come again and recommend to everyone.

Phenomenal experience. There are multiple cenote and they have guides that walk you through. There are a lot of extra costs when you get there, like lifejackets and water shoes. If you have water shoes, definitely bring them. You can get lockers so we all shared one because they were pretty big. Our tour guide was absolutely amazing. He had this pipe and would make Jaguar noises lol. If you don’t have time to go to multiple Snote locations, definitely check this one out. There are multiple Sanota within this location, so it was definitely worth it.

Super loved the place.. The biggest advantage of this cenote over others is it's totally underground. So don't have to worry about Tulum/Cancun's frisky weather... There are total 3 cenotes in here, the 3rd one is the largest and the most beautiful...

This place is amazing , if you visiting Tulum Mexico you need to visit this Cenotes they are breath, taking and Beautiful, your money will be worth it. You get a safe vest and tour for 700 pesos but you get kayak and tours to caves and open cenotes excellent experience.

Incredible and Unforgettable Experience! If you’re looking for a unique adventure in Tulum, Tours Yaxmuul is the best choice. From the start, the service was excellent, with friendly guides who are knowledgeable about the history and nature of the area. The visit to the Tulum ruins was fascinating. We learned about the Mayan culture while enjoying breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Then, the activities they had planned for us were super fun, full of adrenaline, and a great connection with nature. The highlight of the tour was definitely the cenotes—magical, unique, and absolutely stunning. Each one had its own charm, with crystal-clear waters and an atmosphere that made us feel like we were in another world. A must-visit at least once in a lifetime! Thank you, Tours Yaxmuul, for an unforgettable experience! 100% recommended.

Transport is offered to and from the main highway. Only got to visit 3 out of 4 cenotes. Not sure what happened to the fourth one. The life jackets are old and staff don’t pay attention to the rated weight limit for each jacket. I’m lucky I had basic swimming skills and an understanding of life jackets work. The staff were pretty nice though. Likely because of the expected tips but still loved this part. Came on a weekday with relatively little activity so that probably helped too

Very cool place to see underground cenotes. There are multiple caves, so people aren't on top of eachother inside. I went with a tour group so it was pre-arranged. The caves are beautiful, filled with blue water and lots of stalagtites and stalagmites...as well as some bats flying around. Food was good and there were other activities to do as well. Notes: You are not supposed to wear sunscreen inside. Road is very bumpy and offload coming in...be prepared. Highly recommend...would love to go back!

This was the first cenote I’ve ever swam in, and it was absolutely stunning. Completely underground, with crystal-clear water and an otherworldly atmosphere. An unforgettable experience. Highly recommended

Yelp
Getting there: I won't be much help here since I am not from Mexico, but I know it was located off the main road through Tulum. Experience: If you visit Tulum, this is a must do. I was a little skeptical at first because I was thinking, "swimming in dark caves, seems a little sketch," but I was so glad I did it. Also, they have lighting inside the caves. Our tour guide Carla was so awesome. She made us all feel safe and welcomed, and we were able to hangout with her like she was a part of our group of girls for the day. First, they make you rinse off any sunscreen or oils you may be carrying on your body (to preserve the caves is my guess). Then they take you to a small area where a man asks mother nature for permission to enter into the caves (really cool). So we were taken into 4 cenotes. The first one we repelled down into. It seems scary at first, but I promise it is not at all. The second one was a fully open cenote and the third and fourth were completely underground, but again they have lighting so it's not scary. This was probably a once in a lifetime opportunity, and it was such a blast and so cool to see how the caves have eroded over time. I fully recommend. (I apologize as I didn't grab any pictures inside the 4th cenote.)

Yelp
Warning- YUUX MUUL CENOTES should be under investigation! The same experience happened to us on March 29, 2023! It seems to be a reoccurring incident at Yux-Muul! Our locker was broken into, and the establishment did absolutely nothing (the thieves were watching ). This seems to be a reoccurring theme at this establishment and an inside robbery. Management did nothing and told us that their security cameras were not in the direction of the lockers to ensure safety-It makes absolutely no sense. It takes approximately 40 minutes to travel to the high-end department store from Yuux Muul, and the thieves were essentially waiting minutes after our tour began before we were robbed. Please know the lockers are directly next to the check-in, so how could the employees not recognize that this had happened? Management had made no attempts to guard the lockers with security cameras or provide a security guard. We paid $140 for three people, which is quite costly not to mention the time and energy to cancel the cards, auto pay, and everything else that goes along with having your identity stolen. It ruined our vacation. Beware-Yuux Muul should be investigated as tourists are not safe at this establishment!

Yelp
We went to this place March 28,2023. We paid 100 Mexican pesos to place our stuff in a locker. While we went in the tour someone rip the door open with a tool. They got out my purse with all my credit cards , diver license, my husband wallet with his credit cards, driver license, some cash, and my daughter's phone and AirPods. The establishment didn't do anything. I ask the owner to call the police and he didn't. All of our credit cards were charged with thousands of dollars in each in imported clothes in playa del Carmen. In our credit card it appeared as Clip MX importadora Le. I asked the maintenance guy of the VRBO we were staying at. He said that Importadora Le is a company that has a bunch of stores with different names in which they sale very expensive clothes. He also said is very common for people to rob in all the cenote places by the employees. If they see you arrive with a bunch of stuff. Please leave all you stuff in the car. Also, make sure they don't double charge your credit card in restaurants. And call the police! They told me the police wouldn't come even if there was a death body there!
