This hotel is the reason to come to Arad! The staff were so warm and welcoming. The rooms had beautiful desert views and were very clean and comfortable. Loves the feel of the entire property. They even lit Hannukah candles with us and made delicious donuts! The breakfast was terrific. Overall a wonderful place to stay

After staying at this hotel for 7 weeks now, I can say this has been one of my best stays away from home. Joana and the staff made me feel at home from day one. Any issues that I saw arise were taken care of immediately. Breakfast each day was always fresh and had healthy selections. Being on the edge of Arad it was a nice quiet place to stay and close to the Dead Sea. If you’re staying in Southern Israel, this is the place to stay.

Highly recommend this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were thrilled we chose this place. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, well appointed, and have gorgeous desert views. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. It's like staying at a family members house. The breakfast was outstanding. I miss the pastries. If traveling through Arad, stay here.

Wonderful little hotel in Arad, the perfect venue for hiking or biking in the area. Staff were super friendly, breakfast was excellent, loved the selection of teas and coffee in the lounge. We stayed in one of the suite rooms which was huge with a beautiful view. Great bed and pillows helped us sleep well. They also have a lockable room for storing bikes.

***updated*** I have come back to this hotel because after further future travel to Israel, I have realized that this hotel is by far the best place to stay in Israel. My only concern was the internet, but it seems I was not aware of the infrastructure. The walls have to be reinforced due to building codes. The internet works well if you aren't in the reinforced part of the apartments. Please read below my old review, but I have removed the internet comments. They were made before I had a full understanding of the facility and what the city of arad has available. ***old*** This hotel is the best place to stay if you need a place in the southern area of Israel. The staff is amazing and caters to your every need. Great English speaking staff for foreigners who don't speak Hebrew or Arabic. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are clean.

I had the pleasure of an extended stay and enjoyed it immensely. The staff was friendly, helpful, and exceptionally attentive. Each member of the staff went out of their way to ensure every need was met in a timely manner and with a smile. The breakfast was incredible with a large selection – prepared and served as if you were a member of their family! The area is convenient to the Dead Sea and the Negev with wonderful views and plenty of opportunity to relax or hike the numerous trails right outside your room. I can’t say enough about the staff – they were helpful in every detail from arranging a day trip to the desert to making reservations at the numerous parks and attractions in the area. Outstanding! I’ll definitely stay again and look forward to it.

Lovely small inn on the edge of the desert. The views are beautiful, the rooms are comfy and sparkling clearn and the breakfast is amazing (and we're not usually breakfast eaters). The owner is warm and friendly and always available to help - Highly recommend!!

Our Deluxe room was large with a big patio looking out over the desert. It was very clean, but the decor was quite basic. Shower in the bath that had pressure nozzles, but no handles to assist in getting in or out. Tea and coffee in the room and also free 24/7 in the lobby. The breakfast is excellent and can be eaten inside or outdoors. The service is simply superb - it is a family run hotel, but clearly all the staff feel part of the family!
