I’m writing this because what happened during my visit deserves attention from management.
My wife, cousin, and I came to celebrate a birthday and spent a significant amount of money that night. At one point, my wife and cousin took a few short selfie videos at our table while having drinks. No dancers or staff were being recorded. A security guard named David confronted us outside the restroom area and repeatedly demanded to go through both of our phone galleries.
My wife voluntarily showed him the short selfie clips, but he continued insisting on scrolling through her entire camera roll. For obvious privacy reasons, that is not something anyone should feel pressured to allow. When I told him that if it was an issue he could just kick us out, he escalated immediately.
He physically pushed me multiple times while forcing me out of the club even as I was leaving and continued outside by slapping cigarettes out of my hand and even out of my mouth, striking my face in the process.
I understand and respect that clubs enforce strict no-recording policies. That’s not the issue. The issue was the unnecessary physical aggression and the way the situation was handled. Not to mention the person he chose to harass and disrespect was none other than Award-Nominated Adult Star Zoey Di Giacomo (Now can you imagine why a random bouncer cant just browse through her phone like it’s nothing?). I even messaged management via their outdated contact form in their website to no response.
We’re never coming back, same goes for everyone we know.
