This Is the Best National Park in the U.S.

"Yellowstone National Park was named the best national park in the country by Travel + Leisure readers in T+L's 2022 World's Best Awards. Celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2022, the park is known for its natural attractions, activities, lodging, wildlife, accessibility, and cleanliness. It features over 10,000 active hydrothermal features, including hot springs and geysers, and protects numerous endangered species. Yellowstone's landscape draws hikers, bikers, campers, and backpackers, and the park has been recognized for its efforts in preservation and visitor experience." - Travel + Leisure Editors

In Yellowstone, Wolf-Spotting Is an Education in the Laws of Nature

"Yellowstone National Park is a place where nature's sometimes brutal laws still rule the land. The controversial reintroduction of wolves in 1995 has helped restore the natural balance, controlling the elk population and allowing vegetation like aspen, cottonwood, and willow trees to flourish. The park offers a unique wolf-watching experience, attracting millions of visitors annually who hope to catch a glimpse of these apex predators in their natural habitat."

This was my second trip to yellowstone. The first trip was a snowmobiling trip through the park which was amazing. Getting to see the park in the summer time was just as amazing. The views are amazing. Abundant wildlife sightings. The hydrothermal features are so cool to see. The bacterial mats create such beautiful colors. This is such a beautiful park to visit and you could easily spend multiple days here. There are so many things to stop and see and other things to do. There can easily be a lot of walking and hiking if you choose to. Do not miss this park!

We took an amazing adventure through Southern Yellowstone with Good Trip Adventures, starting our drive from the Montage Big Sky. Jenni, our driver and guide was incredible. Only in her second season, her knowledge was that of a seasoned guide. Her scientific knowledge about geology, biology, wildlife, and history made our all day trip starting at the wonderful Montage at Big Sky thoroughly enjoyable. Jenni knew exactly where to stop to get the best views with reasonable distance walks. As we made our way on a 90 minute walk around upper and lower guider basins at Yellowstone Lodge Jennie explained the characteristics of each hot spring and why each had a different color makeup or temperature using her best detection gun. Her timing was impeccable to allow a bathroom break and being on time for the eruption of Old Faithful. We highly recommend Good Trip Adventures and Montage Big Sky, and don’t forget to ask for Jenni.

I had not been to Yellowstone since I was a child so all I really remembered was Old Faithful. Arriving in mid Sept is a good time to visit since the summer crowds are gone . We drove through the Lamar Valley which is the best area to see wildlife, did the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone driving loop ( hiking options ) and the loop road from Canyon Village to Hot Springs—Norris-Canyon Village. We saw Bison, mule deer, black bears, pronghorn, porcupine, fox, wolf and elk. I think I saw a grizzly but it was too far away to be certain. It was a treat to see Old Faithful go off once again.

We had a great visit to Yellowstone National Park. The park is much bigger than people may realize so plan for multiple days or a lot of driving to see the main attractions. Wildlife viewing was nice for us. The kids got really excited over how close we got to the Bison. So close we have a video of what sounds like a growl but not really sure what it means. We were in the car and the Buffalo was perched on a ledge above us. Very cool to see. Mud Volcano was very neat to see and Old Faithful did not disappoint. Plenty to do in the area while you wait for the eruption. The Rangers in the park were very helpful and extremely nice. The kids loved getting their Junior Ranger Badge. Highly recommended!

So incredibly beautiful! I am only disappointed in myself for not planning more time here, and getting up earlier and staying later. I will be back. Every place was so majestic and inspiring. It makes you want to see every single national park out there.

Had an amazing 1st time spending two days in the park. One day in the rain and one day in the Sun. It was magical!!! Stayed in West Yellowstone, just after the summer season and it wasn't too busy at all. Can't wait to go back. Even had a little up close and personal with a sweet buffalo couple that I wasn't looking for, but got some video nonetheless.

Yellowstone has been on my bucket list for a long time, I was not expecting to spend all my time, in the car, in line, to move from place to place. I was a little disappointed but I was able to enjoy the 3 days spent there. We did stay too far from the park, adding another 20 mi drive in and out. We did take in most of the main features. One and done!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ & beyond ♾️. Can't compare it's priceless beauty, calmness, breathtaking & mesmerizing wonders of mother nature. Haven't seen anything like this before. Mega Live Volcano right underneath. Boiling, bubbling & waiting quietly 🌋..... Must see to believe it. Can't be explained in words. Gotta visit rather than reading or watching on screens. River 🏞️ , Falls, Mountains ⛰️, Glaciers 🏔️, Hot Springs, Rainbow 🌈 Geysers ⛲, Muddy Volcanoes, Fumaroles 💨 & limitless opportunities to see Bison 🦬, Bears 🐻, Wolves 🐺, Fox 🦊, deers 🦌, Elks 🫎, Coyotes, Butterflies 🦋, Birds 🐦🐦‍⬛...... I just can't stop praising but hey who cares. I will forever. My kids & specially Wife (😉) still dreaming to go again n again and may be again 😁. North entrance from Montana, Gardiner is the best route for peace lovers. Old Faithful entrance is a bit crowded. Just a suggestion, else don't matter. Be there at let us know
