Yelo Belle Epoque is closer to a pension than a hotel, but the staff is friendly and helpful, my room on the 4th floor was clean and quiet and the bed is comfortable. It is a good option for budget travelers. Well located, a few blocks from the Croisette.

Loud conversations from neighboring rooms or footsteps and movement in the hallways can be easily heard, which might be inconvenient for those who need a quiet space to rest. As for the location, this is a significant advantage of the hotel. Conveniently situated, guests can easily reach the train station, the beach, or nearby dining spots. This makes it an ideal choice for travelers looking to enjoy accessibility during their trip. In summary, if you are looking for a clean and friendly place to stay with a convenient location, this hotel is a suitable option. Warning ⚠️ ‼️ Reserved a room through Marriott (confirmed reservation) and when I came to check in I was told that there were no rooms available!! Imagine! The hotel offered zero assistance. I cannot stress enough that this place should be avoided. It’s also way worse than the sonder next door, which has issues too!

Everything was fantastic. Even though we were given rooms with a view of the parking lot, they were very quiet. We travelers know that French stars don't shine much, but here they have made an effort to justify their 4 stars. All the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and the service at breakfast made up for the modest price. The location and neighborhood are fabulous for getting to know Cannes. Excellent location for lunch, dinner, shopping, and traveling, being right next to the train and bus stations.

We stayed there for two nights in July of 2024. The hotel is great with good service, polite employees and great rooms. Even though the rooms are not big, they are arranged and decorated very beautifully with nice furniture, a nice bed, refrigerator and a safe. There’s even a small balcony. Even though this hotel is in the centre of Cannes with many restaurants on the same road, the windows cancel 99% of the noise. The staff was kind enough to give us an extra hour for late check-out. Would certainly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Cannes! The location is great to go everywhere on foot and you will not need a car. In case you do have a car, there’s a big parking garage right across in which you will get a 50% discount if you are a hotel guest. It will only cost you €12.50 a day. The train station taking you to all other major cities of the French Riviera is also only 50 meters away. The train will take you to Nice in about 35 minutes and Monaco- Monte Carlo in an hour for about €10-11 each.

We happened to stay in this hotel for a week and as soon as we checked in and were informed that for the whole week we would be there there are only two small complementary bottles of water for us. This should have been our first sign to leave and never look back. I was paying two times the cost of what was being promoted online, naturally one would object and request compensation, they did nothing of the sort. The service and housekeeping was so bad that we ran out of amenities in the room and two days went by with no one refilling them. The complementary body wash and shampoo etc were watered down to look full. They claimed to be clean and disinfected rooms and that is not true either my allergies were going nuts while in the room.

The staff was great and very helpful and all of them had a great sense of humor. There was no issue dropping our luggage off at the hotel before the room was ready so we could go explore the city. The location is great. It is close to the train station and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There was a small elevator and the hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would probably classify it as a three star hotel, however, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Great Hotel and staff. Modest rooms, but the location is second to none. Adjacent to bus and train station, short walk to beach, restaurants and tourist destinations. Can walk anywhere, the multi-lingual staff prooved to be the best help of our trip. The location is a must visit! Highly recommend.
